1. A processing technology of wax printing fabrics comprises the following steps:

(1) selecting textile cloth, bleaching and cleaning the cloth with plant ash, and drying;

(2) placing the wax in a pot, heating the pot at 80-100 deg.C for 0.5 hr to obtain wax juice;

(3) putting the wax juice into a ceramic bowl, dipping the wax juice with a copper knife, and drawing various patterns on the cloth treated in the step (1) with the copper knife dipped with the wax juice to form a batik fabric;

(4) putting the batik fabrics in a dye vat filled with dye, soaking for 5-6 days, taking out and airing;

(5) stretching the dried batik fabric in a width and longitudinal direction on a stenter system, wherein the stretching rates are respectively 2-9%;

(6) and cooling the fabric in the stretching state in an environment of 0-8 ℃ to obtain the batik textile with the 'Ge kiln pattern' wax pattern.

2. The process for producing a batik textile according to claim 1, wherein: the wax in the step (2) is a mixture of rosin, paraffin and beeswax, and the mixing ratio of the rosin, the paraffin and the beeswax is 1: 2: 1.5.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of textile manufacturing, in particular to a processing technology of wax printing textiles.

Background

The current state of wax pattern production technology, ice pattern, is the soul of wax printed fabric. After the wax is printed on the fabric in the wax dyeing factory, the semi-finished wax-faced fabric must be wax-textured. At present, the common method is to make wax patterns on the wax-printed semi-finished fabrics by beating in a wax-throwing machine, and then dye the wax patterns after washing off residual broken wax in the wax-throwing seams. The fallen wax pattern has rough and stiff texture, and the falling of partial wax surface can be guided in the process of manufacturing the wax pattern by beating the fabric, so that dyeing defects such as 'pock marks' and the like are caused. As the wax pattern production of the current mechanized wax dyeing factory generally stays on the technical level, the quality grade of the mechanized wax dyeing product is difficult to be improved all the time.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a technical scheme for processing a wax printing fabric.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

a processing technology of wax printing fabrics comprises the following steps:

(1) selecting textile cloth, bleaching and cleaning the cloth with plant ash, and drying;

(2) placing the wax in a pot, heating the pot at 80-100 deg.C for 0.5 hr to obtain wax juice;

(3) putting the wax juice into a ceramic bowl, dipping the wax juice with a copper knife, drawing various patterns on the cloth treated in the step (1) with the copper knife dipped with the wax juice to form a batik fabric, wherein a tool for drawing the batik is not a writing brush but a self-made steel knife. The wax is easy to cool and solidify when dipped by a brush pen, and the steel painting knife is convenient to preserve heat. The steel knife is composed of two or more thin copper sheets with the same shape, and one end of the steel knife is tied to a wood handle. The knife edge is slightly opened, and the middle part is slightly hollow, so that the beewax is easy to dip. According to the requirement of drawing various lines, copper knives with different specifications generally have the shapes of a semicircle, a triangle, an axe and the like;

(4) putting the batik fabrics in a dye vat filled with dye, soaking for 5-6 days, taking out and airing;

(5) stretching the dried batik fabric in a width and longitudinal direction on a stenter system, wherein the stretching rates are respectively 2-9%;

(6) and cooling the fabric in the stretching state in an environment of 0-8 ℃ to obtain the batik textile with the 'Ge kiln pattern' wax pattern.

Preferably, the wax in the step (2) is a mixture of rosin, paraffin wax and beeswax, and the mixing ratio of the rosin, the paraffin wax and the beeswax is 1: 2: 1.5.

preferably, the dye of step (5) is indigo, blue grass, a plant of Polygonaceae, with stem height of about two or three feet, blooming in July, and harvesting in August. The indigo is obtained by fermenting the indigo leaves in a pit.

Preferably, the cooling in the box body of the tenter system is air cooling or ice water spray cooling, and the cooling temperature is 2-4 ℃.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) by adopting the method, the wax pattern is manufactured without beating of a wax throwing machine, and the method is simple and convenient;

(2) according to different printed patterns, the fabric longitudinal stretching force is controlled by stretching the fabric width through the tenter and adjusting the fabric advancing speed through the tenter, and controllable wax grain lines can be respectively manufactured to be suitable for the fabric longitudinal stretching force;

(3) the cracking of the semi-finished wax-faced fabric is based on the physical action of expansion with heat and contraction with cold, so that defects such as 'pock marks' and the like in the falling wax pattern can not occur;

(4) the wax printing fabric is soaked in a dye vat filled with indigo for 5-6 days, and the printing is beautiful and the ornamental value is good.
