Background

The solid beverage is prepared by removing water from liquid beverage, and is a solid product with water content of not more than 5 g per 100 g of finished product, which is prepared from sugar, milk and dairy products, eggs or egg products, fruit juice or edible plant extracts and the like as main raw materials and proper amount of auxiliary materials or food additives, and is in the form of powder, granules or blocks.

Generally, liquid is agglomerated into massive solid beverage, the solid beverage needs to be finely ground into powder and then packaged, the existing small-sized packaging equipment is not uniform in bagging, more unqualified products are generated, and the small-sized packaging equipment cannot classify the unqualified products, so that the product quality is influenced.

Therefore, it is highly desirable to design a classification and bagging device for solid plant beverages, which can classify the solid plant beverages according to the weight of the solid plant beverages and can uniformly bag the solid plant beverages, so as to solve the above problems.

When the plant solid beverage needs to be bagged, a worker clamps the packaging bag through the clamping mechanism 16, the worker packs the plant solid beverage into the packaging bag, the clamping mechanism 16 rotates to drive the bagged plant solid beverage to move, then the packaged plant solid beverage is sealed through the separating mechanism 17, the clamping mechanism 16 rotates to drive the sealed plant solid beverage to move, the bagged plant solid beverage falls onto the first material plate 10, the unqualified and light bagged plant solid beverage falls off through the second material plate 14 on the upper portion, then the worker collects the unqualified bagged plant solid beverage, the unqualified and heavy bagged plant solid beverage drives the first material plate 10 to rotate downwards on the first rotating shaft 8 due to gravity, the first connecting block 6 on the upper portion slides upwards on the first guide rod 4 on the upper portion, the first spring 5 at the upper part is compressed, the first connecting block 6 at the lower part slides downwards on the first guide rod 4 at the lower part, the first spring 5 at the lower part is compressed, the heavier bagged plant solid beverage falls off along with the heavier bagged plant solid beverage through the second material plate 14 at the bottom, then, the staff collects the unqualified bagged plant solid beverage, after the heavier bagged plant solid beverage falls off, the first spring 5 at the upper part resets to drive the first connecting block 6 at the upper part to slide downwards on the first guide rod 4 at the upper part for resetting, the first spring 5 at the lower part resets to drive the first connecting block 6 at the lower part to slide upwards on the first guide rod 4 at the lower part, the first material plate 10 rotates upwards on the first rotating shaft 8 for resetting along with the resetting, when the qualified bagged plant solid beverage falls onto the first material plate 10, the qualified bagged plant solid beverage drives the first material plate 10 to rotate downwards on the first rotating shaft 8 due to gravity, the upper first connecting block 6 slides upwards on the upper first guide rod 4, the upper first spring 5 is compressed, the lower first connecting block 6 slides downwards on the lower first guide rod 4, the lower first spring 5 is compressed, the heavier bagged plant solid beverage falls off from the bottom second material plate 14, then the qualified bagged plant solid beverage is collected by the staff, after the qualified bagged plant solid beverage falls off, the upper first spring 5 resets to drive the upper first connecting block 6 to slide downwards on the upper first guide rod 4 for resetting, the lower first spring 5 resets to drive the lower first connecting block 6 to slide upwards on the lower first guide rod 4, the first material plate 10 rotates upwards on the first rotating shaft 8 for resetting, after all the bagged plant solid beverage powders are bagged, the clamping mechanism 16 stops rotating. The device has simple structure and convenient operation.

When the plant solid beverage needs to be bagged, a worker pulls two second guide rods 1618 which are close to each other back to slide back on a first fixed seat 1615, a second spring 1619 and a third spring 1620 are compressed, a suction cup 1621 moves back, then the worker places the packaging bag on a placing plate 1616, after the completion, the worker loosens the second guide rods 1618, the second spring 1619 and the third spring are reset to drive the second guide rods 1618 to slide and reset oppositely on the first fixed seat 1615, the suction cup 1621 moves oppositely to reset to suck the packaging bag, the worker packs the plant solid beverage into the packaging bag, the other worker starts a servo motor 1607, the servo motor 1607 rotates to drive a second rotating shaft 1608 to rotate through a first belt pulley assembly 1614, the second rotating shaft 1608 rotates to drive a rotating wheel 1609, the rotating wheel 1619 rotates to drive a chuck 1603 to rotate, the chuck 1613 rotates to drive a supporting shaft 1605 to rotate, the supporting shaft 1605 rotates to drive the first fixing seat 1615 to rotate, the first fixing seat 1615 rotates to drive the bagged plant solid beverage to move, the bagged plant solid beverage moves on the detachment mechanism 17 to slide upwards, when the bagged plant solid beverage moves to a proper position, the detachment mechanism 17 seals the bagged plant solid beverage, the bagged plant solid beverage moves to be detached from the suction cup 1621, the second spring 1619 and the third spring 1620 reset to drive the second guide rod 1618 to slide oppositely on the first fixing seat 1615 to reset, the suction cup 1621 moves oppositely to reset, the sealed bagged plant solid beverage falls onto the first material plate 10, after all the plant solid beverage powder is completely bagged, the operator turns off the servo motor 1607, the servo motor 1607 stops rotating to drive the second rotating shaft to stop rotating through the first belt pulley component 1608 4, the second rotating shaft stops rotating to drive the rotating wheel 1609 to stop rotating, the rotating wheel 1609 stops rotating to drive the chuck 1613 to stop rotating, the chuck 1613 stops rotating to drive the supporting shaft 1605 to stop rotating, and the supporting shaft 1605 stops rotating to drive the first fixing seat 1615 to stop rotating. This device simple structure can press from both sides the wrapping bag tightly, can also convey the plant solid drink that the bagging-off was accomplished.

The disengaging mechanism 17 comprises a third connecting block 1701, a second fixing block 1702, a second supporting plate 1703, a third connecting shaft 1704, a fourth connecting shaft 1705, a clamping block 1706 and an annular rail 1707, wherein the third connecting block 1701 is symmetrically arranged at the bottoms of the two first connecting plates 1603, the second fixing block 1702 is arranged on the left side of the fixing plate 1606, the second supporting plate 1703 is arranged at the bottom of the second fixing block 1702, the rotary third connecting shaft 1704 is arranged on the left side of the bottom of the second supporting plate 1703, the fourth connecting shaft 1705 is rotatably arranged on the right side of the second supporting plate 1703, the annular rail 1707 is arranged among the four third connecting blocks 1701, the third connecting shaft 1704 is rotatably connected with the bottom end of the fourth connecting shaft 1705 and the front end of the annular rail 1707, and the clamping block 1706 is symmetrically arranged at the front end of the annular rail 1707.

The bagged plant solid beverage moves to slide upwards on the annular rail 1707, and when the bagged plant solid beverage moves to the clamping block 1706, the clamping block 1706 seals the bagged plant solid beverage. The device has simple structure, and can seal the bagged plant solid beverage.

Example 3

As shown in fig. 4, 5, 6 and 7, based on embodiment 2, the present invention further includes a second fixed block 18, a second connecting plate 19, a second block 20, a rotating block 21 and a connecting rod 22, the first supporting plate 1601 at the rear side is provided with the second fixed block 18, the second fixed block 18 is provided with the second connecting plate 19, the second connecting plate 19 is provided with the second block 20 at the front side, one end of the second guiding rod 1618 at one side is provided with the connecting rod 22, the rotating blocks 21 are rotatably provided at the bottom ends of the four connecting rods 22, and the four rotating blocks 21 are slidably engaged with the second block 20.

The first fixing seat 1615 rotates to drive the rotating block 21 to slide between the second clamping block 20 and the second connecting plate 19 through the connecting rod 22, the rotating block 21 is clamped between the second clamping block 20 and the second connecting plate 19 to further drive the second guide rod 1618 on the outer side to slide outwards on the first fixing seat 1615, the second spring 1619 and the three springs are compressed, the sucking disc 1621 moves outwards to drive the packaging bag to be opened, the plant solid beverage powder is conveniently packed into the packaging bag by a worker, when the first fixing seat 1615 rotates to drive the rotating block 21 through the connecting rod 22 and is no longer located between the second clamping block 20 and the second connecting plate 19, the second spring 1619 and the three springs are reset to drive the second guide rod 1618 on the outer side to slide inwards on the first fixing seat 1615, and the sucking disc 1621 moves inwards to reset accordingly. This device simple structure can strut the wrapping bag, makes things convenient for the staff to pack the plant solid drink powder into the wrapping bag.

The material storage device is characterized by further comprising a third supporting plate 23, a third fixing block 24, a material storage tank 25, a material discharge pipe 26, a material guide port 27, a third fixing seat 28, a third rotating shaft 29, a torsion spring 30, connecting seats 31, a fourth rotating shaft 32, a missing gear 33, a material baffle 34 and a first gear 35, wherein the third supporting plate 23 is arranged on the rear side of the workbench 2, the third fixing blocks 24 are symmetrically arranged on the front side of the top of the third supporting plate 23 in an up-and-down manner, the material storage tank 25 is arranged on two of the third fixing blocks 24, the material discharge pipe 26 is arranged on the left side of the material storage tank 25, the material guide port 27 is arranged at the bottom end of the material discharge pipe 26, the third fixing seat 28 is arranged on the front side of the material guide port 27, the third rotating shaft 29 is rotatably arranged on the third fixing seat 28, the torsion spring 30 is arranged between the upper side and the lower side of the third fixing seat 28, and the four connecting seats 31 are uniformly arranged on the first fixing seat 1615 at intervals, four equal rotary type in connecting seat 31 top is provided with fourth pivot 32, four fourth pivot 32 top all is provided with lacks gear 33, 29 bottoms of third pivot are provided with striker plate 34, and it has the arc mouth to open on the striker plate 34, and the arc mouth coincides with guide opening 27, 29 bottoms of third pivot are provided with first gear 35, and first gear 35 mutually supports with lacking gear 33.

When the plant solid beverage needs to be bagged, a worker adds a certain amount of plant solid beverage powder into the storage tank 25, when the first fixing seat 1615 rotates to drive the second guide rod 1618 to move, the second guide rod 1618 moves to drive the third guide rod 33 to move to be meshed with the first gear 35, the first gear 35 rotates to drive the third rotating shaft 29 to rotate, the torsion spring 30 deforms, the third rotating shaft 29 rotates to drive the baffle plate 34 to rotate and not block the material guide opening 27, the plant solid beverage powder in the storage tank 25 falls into the packaging bag through the arc-shaped opening in the baffle plate 34, when the second guide rod 1618 moves to drive the third guide rod 29 to move to be disengaged from the first gear 35, the torsion spring 30 resets to drive the third rotating shaft 29 to rotate, and the third rotating shaft 29 rotates to drive the baffle plate 34 to block the material guide opening 27. This device simple structure can realize automatic unloading, no longer needs the staff manual to pack the plant solid drink powder.

The belt conveyor further comprises a fifth rotating shaft 36, a second belt pulley component 37, a first rubber wheel 38, a second gear 39, a sixth rotating shaft 40, a third belt pulley component 41, a third gear 42 and a second rubber wheel 43, the fifth rotating shaft 36 is rotatably arranged on the right side of the rear portion of the second support plate 1703, the second belt pulley component 37 is arranged between the output shaft of the fourth connecting shaft 1705 and the output shaft of the servo motor 1607, the second belt pulley component 37 consists of two belt pulleys and a flat belt, a belt pulley is arranged on the fourth connecting shaft 1705, a belt pulley is arranged on the output shaft of the servo motor 1607, a flat belt is arranged between the two belt pulleys, the first rubber wheel 38 is respectively arranged at the bottom ends of the third connecting shaft 1704 and the fourth connecting shaft 1705, the second gear 39 is arranged at the middle portions of the third connecting shaft 1704 and the fourth connecting shaft 1705, the two second gears 39 are mutually meshed, the sixth rotating shaft 40 is rotatably arranged on the left side of the rear portion of the second support plate 1703, be provided with third pulley assembly 41 between sixth pivot 40 and the third connecting axle 1704, third pulley assembly 41 comprises two belt pulleys and a flat belt, is provided with a belt pulley on the sixth pivot 40, is provided with another belt pulley on the third connecting axle 1704, is provided with the flat belt between two belt pulleys, all be provided with third gear 42 on fifth pivot 36 and the sixth pivot 40, two third gear 42 intermeshing, fifth pivot 36 and sixth pivot 40 bottom all are provided with second rubber wheel 43.

The servo motor 1607 rotates to drive the fourth connecting shaft 1705 to rotate through the second pulley component 37, the fourth connecting shaft 1705 rotates to drive the right second gear 39 to rotate to be meshed with the left second gear 39, the left second gear 39 rotates to drive the third connecting shaft 1704, the third connecting shaft 1704 rotates to drive the sixth rotating shaft 40 through the third pulley component 41, the sixth rotating shaft 40 rotates to drive the left third gear 42 to rotate to be meshed with the right third gear 42, the right third gear 42 rotates to drive the fifth rotating shaft 36 to rotate, the fifth rotating shaft 36 and the sixth rotating shaft 40 rotate to drive the second rubber wheel 43 to rotate, the mouth of the transported bagged plant solid beverage can be tightly pressed, the clamping block 1706 is convenient to seal the bagged plant solid beverage, the third connecting shaft 1704 and the fourth connecting shaft 1705 rotate to drive the first rubber wheel 38 to rotate, so that the sealed bagged plant solid beverage is sealed, more easily falls on the first material plate 10, after all the plant solid beverage powder is completely bagged, the operator turns off the servo motor 1607, the servo motor 1607 stops rotating and drives the fourth connecting shaft 1705 to stop rotating through the second pulley assembly 37, the fourth connecting shaft 1705 stops rotating and drives the second gear 39 on the right side to stop rotating and stop meshing with the second gear 39 on the left side, the second gear 39 on the left side stops rotating and drives the third connecting shaft 1704 to stop rotating, the third connecting shaft 1704 stops rotating and drives the sixth rotating shaft 40 to stop rotating through the third pulley assembly 41, the sixth rotating shaft 40 stops rotating and drives the third gear 42 on the left side to stop meshing with the third gear 42 on the right side, the third gear 42 on the right side stops rotating and drives the fifth rotating shaft 36 to stop rotating, the fifth rotating shaft 36 and the sixth rotating shaft 40 stop rotating and drives the second rubber wheel 43 to stop rotating, the third connecting shaft 1704 and the fourth connecting shaft 1705 stop rotating to drive the first rubber wheel 38 to stop rotating. This device simple structure can compress tightly the wrapping bag mouth of the solid beverage of bagged plants who comes in transit, makes things convenient for clamp splice 1706 to seal the solid beverage of bagged plants.

Still including fourth fixed block 44, fifth connecting axle 45, fourth connecting block 46 and spacing post 47, two equal symmetry slidingtype is provided with fifth connecting axle 45 on the first baffle 11, four fifth connecting axle 45 one end dorsad all is provided with fourth fixed block 44, close two all be provided with fourth connecting block 46 between the fifth connecting axle 45 one end, two be provided with spacing post 47 between the fourth connecting block 46.

Before the plant solid beverage that seals the completion drops, the staff slides to suitable position on first baffle 11 through promoting spacing post 47 and drive fifth connecting axle 45, and spacing post 47 can prevent that the bagged plant solid beverage that drops from standing up, blocks between first material board 10 and second material board 14.

The clamp 1706 is a hot-melting block and can be used for rapidly sealing the bagged plant solid beverage.
