An improved structure of a binding belt comprises: a buckle head and a belt body; the belt is characterized in that a belt surface of the belt body is concavely provided with a buckling tooth groove section, the buckling tooth groove section comprises a plurality of buckling teeth which are arranged side by side, a tooth valley is respectively arranged between each buckling tooth, two sides of the buckling tooth groove section are respectively provided with a side wall, the outer sides of the two side walls are provided with at least one corresponding V-shaped groove, and each V-shaped groove is provided with a notch tip.

2. The improved structure of belt as claimed in claim 1, wherein the notch tip of the V-shaped groove corresponds to the valley of the buckle tooth.

3. The improved structure of belt as claimed in claim 1, wherein the depth of the V-groove is not greater than the width of the side wall.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a band, and more particularly, to an improved structure of a band that can break an extra band without using a tool.

Background

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a conventional tie 10 is manufactured by plastic injection molding, and includes: a buckle head 11 and a belt body 12 integrally formed with the buckle head 11; wherein, the buckle head 11 is provided with a through hole 111 and a limit-retreat one-way latch 112; the belt surface of the belt body 12 is concavely provided with an arrangement-shaped buckle tooth groove section 13 corresponding to the retraction limiting unidirectional latch 112, and two sides of the buckle tooth groove section 13 are respectively provided with a side wall 14; after the binding belt 10 is bound around the object 1 by the belt body 12, the through hole 111 of the buckle head 11 is penetrated and arranged from the tail end of the binding belt 10, and the unidirectional drawing retraction limiting function of the retraction limiting unidirectional latch 112 embedded into the buckle tooth groove section 13 is used for applying force to tighten the belt body 12, so that the binding belt 10 can bind the object 1; however, the above structure, the belt body 12 remaining after the belt 10 is tightened takes up a certain space and causes a hindrance in finishing, and it is very inconvenient to use a cutter (e.g. scissors 2) or a pair of scissors to cut the remaining belt body 12.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention mainly aims to solve the above problems, and provides an improved structure of a bridle, which mainly comprises the following steps: at least one corresponding V-shaped groove is arranged on both sides of the bridle, so that the effect of breaking the redundant bridle without tools is achieved.

According to the above object of the present invention, there is provided an improved structure of a belt, comprising: a buckle head and a belt body; the buckle tooth groove section is arranged on a concave belt surface of the belt body and comprises a plurality of buckle teeth arranged side by side, a tooth valley is arranged between each buckle tooth, two sides of the buckle tooth groove section are respectively provided with a side wall, the outer sides of the two side walls are provided with at least one corresponding V-shaped groove, and each V-shaped groove is provided with a notch tip.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the notch tip of the V-shaped groove corresponds to the valley of the buckle tooth.

In an embodiment of the invention, the depth of the V-shaped groove is not greater than the width of the side wall.

By means of the structure, the redundant belt body penetrating through the buckle head can be broken by twisting the V-shaped groove of the belt body through fingers, and the effect of twisting off without using tools is achieved.

Detailed Description

The present invention is further described with reference to the following drawings and specific examples so that those skilled in the art can better understand the present invention and can practice the present invention, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.

Please refer to fig. 4 to 8, which include: a buckle head 21 and a belt body 22 integrally formed with the buckle head 21; a buckle tooth groove section 23 is concavely arranged on a belt surface of the belt body 22, the buckle tooth groove section 23 comprises a plurality of buckle teeth 24 which are arranged side by side, a tooth valley 241 is respectively arranged between the buckle teeth 24, two sides of the buckle tooth groove section 23 are respectively provided with a side wall 25, the outer side edges of the two side walls 25 are provided with at least one corresponding V-shaped groove 26, and the center of each V-shaped groove 26 is provided with a notch tip 261; by means of the above structure, the excess belt body 22 passing through the buckle head 21 can be broken by twisting the V-shaped groove 26 of the belt body 22 by the finger 3, so as to achieve the effect of twisting off the excess belt body 22 without using tools.

The composition and the function of the invention are explained in detail as follows: as shown in fig. 4 to 8, the present invention utilizes the twisting of the V-shaped grooves 26 disposed on the outer side of the side walls 25 by external force, and the V-shaped grooves 26 concentrate the external force on the position, in other words, the force applied to the belt body 22 is not uniform due to the existence of the notch, and the force applied to the V-shaped grooves 26 is the greatest, especially on the tip 261 of the notch, so that the belt body 22 is easily torn from the V-shaped grooves 26 on both sides to the inside, and the effect of cutting off the redundant belt body 22 without using tools is achieved. In the present embodiment, the notch tip 261 of the V-shaped groove 26 corresponds to the valley 241 of the buckle tooth 24, and the valley 241 is the thinnest and fragile portion of the band body 22, so that the band body 22 is most easily torn and broken when the finger 3 is twisted (as shown in fig. 7). In order to provide better tension resistance when the strap 20 is tightened on the object 1, the V-shaped grooves 26 do not penetrate the side walls 25, so that the strap body 22 has a certain tension resistance. It is worth mentioning that the V-shaped grooves 26 of the two side walls 25 are optimally spaced by 4-8 fasteners 24, so that the excessive belt body 22 is twisted at a position closer to the buckle head 21 after the strap 20 is tightened.
