An oil-extended SBS thermoplastic elastomer is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of SBS, 15-20 parts of oil, 6-9 parts of sodium alginate, 7-9 parts of maleic anhydride graft, 4-6 parts of diethylene glycol, 2-5 parts of tackifying resin, 1-4 parts of acetic acid, 2-5 parts of carbon nitride, 4-9 parts of carbon black, 20-30 parts of filler and 1-3 parts of antioxidant;

wherein the carbon nitride is graphite-like phase carbon nitride; the tackifying resin is a mixture of hydrogenated hydrocarbon resin and terpene resin in a mass ratio of 1: 3.

The oil-extended SBS thermoplastic elastomer of claim 1, wherein the raw materials comprise in parts by weight: the anti-oxidation coating comprises, by weight, 35 parts of SBS, 17 parts of oil, 7 parts of sodium alginate, 8 parts of maleic anhydride graft, 5 parts of diethylene glycol, 3.5 parts of tackifying resin, 2 parts of acetic acid, 3.5 parts of carbon nitride, 7 parts of carbon black, 25 parts of filler and 2 parts of antioxidant.

3. The oil-extended SBS thermoplastic elastomer of claim 2, wherein the filler is a mixture of any one of clay, chalk, calcium powder or light calcium carbonate mixed with talc in a mass ratio of 2: 1.

4. The oil-extended SBS thermoplastic elastomer according to claim 3, wherein the oil is a mixture of any one of naphthenic, white or paraffinic oil blended with amino silicone oil in a mass ratio of 5: 1.

5. The oil-extended SBS thermoplastic elastomer of claim 4, wherein the antioxidant is a hindered phenolic or phosphite antioxidant.

6. The process for the preparation of the oil-extended SBS thermoplastic elastomer according to any one of claims 1-5, comprising the steps of:

s1: installing the weight parts of SBS, sodium alginate, maleic anhydride graft and diethylene glycol in a reaction kettle, stirring and mixing at high speed, adding oil at the same time, and mixing for 10-20 min;

s2: vacuumizing the reaction kettle, introducing nitrogen for protection, sequentially adding tackifying resin, carbon nitride and acetic acid, stirring and activating for 10-15 minutes in an acid environment, adding carbon black, a filler and an antioxidant, stirring at a high speed, mixing, and extruding by a double-screw extruder to obtain the oil-filled SBS thermoplastic elastomer.

7. The method of claim 6, wherein the rotation speed of the high speed stirring and mixing is maintained at 350-400 r/min.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of thermoplastic elastomers, in particular to an oil-extended SBS thermoplastic elastomer and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The thermoplastic elastomer TPE is a worldwide standard environment-friendly material which has the excellent performances of high elasticity, ageing resistance, easiness in processing and the like of the traditional rubber. Particularly, the oil-extended SBS thermoplastic elastomer is prepared by adding materials such as oil-extended rubber or an auxiliary agent on the basis of the SBS thermoplastic elastomer, mixing and dissolving to obtain a novel thermoplastic elastomer material, the influence of the coupling efficiency and the molecular weight distribution on the performance of the oil-extended SBS thermoplastic elastomer is great, the direct mixing compatibility degree of two phases determines the final performance data such as fluidity, strength and the like of the material.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the SBS thermoplastic elastomer with high compatibility with oil extension.

The invention solves the technical problems through the following technical means: an oil-extended SBS comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of SBS, 15-20 parts of oil, 6-9 parts of sodium alginate, 7-9 parts of maleic anhydride graft, 4-6 parts of diethylene glycol, 2-5 parts of tackifying resin, 1-4 parts of acetic acid, 2-5 parts of carbon nitride, 4-9 parts of carbon black, 20-30 parts of filler and 1-3 parts of antioxidant;

wherein the carbon nitride is graphite-like phase carbon nitride; the tackifying resin is a mixture of hydrogenated hydrocarbon resin and terpene resin in a mass ratio of 1: 3.

The invention has the advantages that: the carboxyl group of the sodium alginate under the acidic condition has good affinity to polar functional groups on oil, so that incompatible SBS and oil base material are combined together, the adhesive capacity between SBS and oil base material is effectively improved, meanwhile, maleic anhydride which is not grafted is combined, the grafting rate is improved, the compatibility of SBS and oil base material is further increased, the graphite-like phase carbon nitride absorbs ultraviolet rays, the light stability of oil-filled SBS is improved, the yellowing resistance of a finished product is improved, and the fluidity of the oil-filled SBS can be increased by the diglycol.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the above oil-extended SBS thermoplastic elastomer, comprising the steps of:

s1: installing the weight parts of SBS, sodium alginate, maleic anhydride graft and diethylene glycol in a reaction kettle, stirring and mixing at high speed, adding oil at the same time, and mixing for 10-20 min;

s2: vacuumizing the reaction kettle, introducing nitrogen for protection, sequentially adding tackifying resin, carbon nitride and acetic acid, stirring and activating for 10-15 minutes in an acid environment, adding carbon black, a filler and an antioxidant, stirring at a high speed, mixing, and extruding by a double-screw extruder to obtain the SBS.

The invention has the advantages that: provides an activation environment, increases the mixing rate by adding in batches, reduces the production energy consumption, and the prepared oil-extended SBS thermoplastic elastomer has high fluidity and small shrinkage.
