An indwelling distension device for the treatment of achalasia of the cricopharyngeal muscle according to claim 1, characterised in that the total length of the gastric tube (2) is 120cm, the lower end of the inflatable balloon (1) is 30cm from the end of the gastric tube (2); and scales are displayed from the expandable balloon (1) to the upper port of the gastric tube (2) as marks for positioning the expandable balloon (1).

6. An indwelling distension device according to claim 1, where a sealing arrangement is provided between the pressure sensor (4) and the first aperture in the inflatable balloon (1) to seal.

7. An indwelling distension device according to claim 1 or claim 2 wherein the injection mechanism further comprises an auxiliary injection structure;

the secondary injection structure, comprising: a mounting plate (27), a straight pin screw module (28) and a push plate (29);

the mounting plate (27) is arranged below the injector main body (20) and corresponds to a push rod on the injector main body (20), the straight pin screw rod module (28) is arranged on the mounting plate (27), the push plate (29) is arranged on the moving end of the straight pin screw rod module (28), and the push plate (29) is connected with the tail end of the push rod on the injector main body (20).
