Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a pesticide composition containing metamifop and piperonyl butoxide and application thereof.

Background

The rice is a main grain planting crop in China, the pests in the rice field at the early stage are many, barnyard grass, moleplant seeds and thrips oryzae are mainly used, the chemical control is the most economic and effective means in the pest control of the rice field, and the rice field pest control has the characteristics of low cost, high efficiency, simple and convenient operation, low labor intensity, obvious control effect and the like, but the chemical control of a single variety or a single action mode used continuously for a long time at high dose can generate the problems of drug resistance, resistance evolution and the like. Hitherto, the rational compounding or blending of different kinds of pesticides has the advantages of expanding the control spectrum, improving the control effect, delaying the generation of drug resistance and resistance, etc., and is one of the most effective methods for solving the problems.

At present, herbicides for paddy fields are relatively lagged in development, few in varieties and widely applied, such as penoxsulam, cyhalofop-butyl, bensulfuron-methyl, pretilachlor, methoxone and the like, but because the products have long service life, weeds generate drug resistance, and the control effects of the herbicides on barnyard grass and moleplant are not ideal. Therefore, a novel herbicide for rice weeding with high efficiency, low toxicity, economy and safety is urgently needed.

The metamifop is aminated by aryloxy phenoxy propionate herbicides developed by Korean chemical technology research institute, belongs to ACCase inhibitors, can inhibit the synthesis of plant fatty acids, and can effectively prevent and kill most annual gramineous weeds in rice fields, such as barnyard grass, moleplant seed, marsupium and goosegrass. The herbicide is safe to rice, environment-friendly, safe to other organisms and strong in mixability, can be mixed with main pesticide products, and does not influence pesticide effect when mixed.

Piperonyl butoxide, also known as synergistic ethers, insecticides. It can be used for killing insects such as rice, wheat, bean, etc. generated during storage, such as rice weevil and housefly. Is often used as synergist of pesticide to improve the pesticidal activity of pyrethrin, various pyrethroids, rotenone and carbamate pesticide. The synergistic effect of the herbicide is not reported.

The inventor of the invention has conducted intensive research on the compounded weeding effect of metamifop and piperonyl butoxide, and finds that the compounding of metamifop and piperonyl butoxide shows an unexpected synergistic effect on paddy field grassy weeds in a certain compounding ratio range on the basis of a large number of indoor formula screening tests and field efficacy tests, and the compounding and application of metamifop and piperonyl butoxide are not reported at present.

Disclosure of Invention

After a large number of compounding and screening experiments are carried out on the existing agricultural chemical, the invention discovers that the metamifop and the piperonyl butoxide have a synergistic effect on weed control after being compounded and combined, the weeding efficiency of the composition is greatly increased, the application dosage is obviously reduced, the safety is obviously improved, the environmental pollution is small, and the weed resistance is reduced.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

Preferably, in the pesticide composition, the weight part ratio of the active ingredients of the metamifop and the piperonyl butoxide is 1-30: 30-1.

Preferably, in the pesticide composition, the weight ratio of the active ingredients of the metamifop and the piperonyl butoxide is 1-10: 10-1; further preferably, the weight ratio of the active ingredients of the metamifop and the piperonyl butoxide is 1-5: 5-1; more preferably, the weight ratio of the active ingredients of the metamifop and the piperonyl butoxide is 1-2: 5-4.

Preferably, in the pesticide composition, the sum of the active ingredients of metamifop and piperonyl butoxide accounts for 1-90% of the total weight of the composition, and the balance is an auxiliary ingredient which is allowed to be added in the pesticide preparation; further preferably, the weight sum of the active ingredients of the metamifop and the piperonyl butoxide accounts for 5 to 80 percent of the total weight of the composition; more preferably, the sum of the weight of the active ingredients of the metamifop and the piperonyl butoxide accounts for 15 to 50 percent of the total weight of the composition.

When the active ingredient and other auxiliary ingredients in the pesticidal composition provided by the present invention are prepared into a pesticidal preparation commonly used in pesticides, the auxiliary agent includes one or more of a wetting agent, a dispersing agent, an emulsifier, a co-surfactant, a thickener, a solvent, a cosolvent, an antifreeze, a disintegrant, a preservative, a stabilizer, a film-forming agent, a sachet-forming agent, a pH adjuster, an antifoaming agent, a colorant, a filler, water, and the like, and the auxiliary agent is various ingredients commonly used in preparation or agriculturally allowed to be used, and is not particularly limited, and specific ingredients and amounts thereof are determined by experiments as needed.

Specifically, the wetting agent in the pesticide composition is selected from one or more of EO/PO block polyether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol ethoxy compound, tallow ethoxy ammonium salt, alkyl naphthalene sulfonate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate and acyl glutamate.

The processing technology of various formulations prepared from the pesticide composition provided by the invention adopts a known method and equipment, and is a common means in the processing technology of pesticide preparations.

The composition of the invention can be provided in the form of a finished preparation, namely, all the substances in the composition are mixed and directly diluted to the required concentration when in use; the ingredients of the composition may also be provided in a single dose, directly mixed in a tub and tank in metered amounts before use, and then diluted to the desired concentration.

The invention also provides application of the pesticide composition containing the metamifop and the piperonyl butoxide, and the composition can be applied to the control of pests such as paddy fields, lawns and the like, preferably, the composition is applied to the control of barnyard grass, moleplant seeds and setose thistle in the paddy fields, the lawns and the like.

Preferably, in the application of the pesticide composition, the pests are barnyard grass, moleplant seed and thrips oryzae;

compared with the prior art, the pesticide composition provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) compared with each single agent, the pesticide composition provided by the invention has obvious synergism on the effect of preventing and removing weeds in a rice field and a lawn, can reduce the dosage of metamifop used alone, reduces the dosage cost, reduces the selective pressure of the herbicide on the weeds, delays the generation of resistance, enlarges the application range and prolongs the service life of the product; meanwhile, the active ingredients of the pesticide composition provided by the invention are environment-friendly and high in safety, and the pressure on the environment can be reduced;

(2) compared with each single agent, the pesticide composition provided by the invention not only improves the control effect on weeds in the rice field, but also can control rice thrips occurring in the early stage of the rice field, expands the control spectrum, does not need to use an insecticide alone to control the rice thrips, reduces the total times of pesticide application, and lightens the environmental pressure;

(3) due to unexpected synergistic effect, the dosage of the metamifop is reduced, the pesticide composition provided by the invention can obviously improve the tolerance of crops, and the pesticide has higher safety to the crops;

(4) the pesticide composition provided by the invention has the advantages of low cost, convenience in use, time and labor saving, and great economic and social benefits when popularized and applied;

(5) the pesticide composition provided by the invention has excellent control effect on malignant weeds and resistant weeds, particularly resistant barnyard grass, which generate resistance in the long-term application process of the existing medicaments such as penoxsulam and quinclorac.
