Background

With the development of the mold industry, the appearance of a plurality of products is more and more peculiar, which adds a plurality of difficulties for mold manufacturing. Compared with the prior art, for deep cavity products, because the mold cavity is deep, gas at the deep cavity is not easy to be discharged during die casting, and negative pressure is easy to form, the product molding quality is poor, for example, the problems of insufficient casting, generation of bubbles or air holes on the surface of the product and the like occur. Therefore, how to solve the problem of difficult venting of the deep cavity part in the die-casting die becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. As shown in figure 1, the invention provides a mould with exhaust function, a mould core insert is arranged in a mould 1, the mould core insert is composed of a plurality of exhaust inserts 2 which are arranged, the exhaust inserts 2 are spliced with each other, the exhaust inserts are flaky, the inserts are parallel to each other, one end of each exhaust insert 2 is communicated with the bottom surface of the mould 1, each exhaust insert is tightly jointed, each exhaust insert 2 is provided with a thimble position 3, a first exhaust groove 4 and a second exhaust groove 5, the end part of the first exhaust groove 4 is communicated with the thimble position 3, the first exhaust groove 4 is communicated with the second exhaust groove 5, one end of the second exhaust groove 5 is communicated with the bottom surface of the mould 1, the invention can be used as a universal insert exhaust structure by making a mould part with a deeper cavity or a bad exhaust part into a special mould core insert structure, thereby solving the problem of difficult exhaust of a deep cavity part in a die-casting mould, thereby achieving the purpose of good product forming.

Figure 2 shows a schematic diagram of one embodiment of the venting insert of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 2, the exhaust insert 2 is provided with a thimble position 3, a first exhaust groove 4 and a second exhaust groove 5, one end of the exhaust insert 2 communicated with the bottom surface of the mold 1 is further provided with a third exhaust groove 6, the third exhaust groove 6 is communicated with the thimble position 3, and the thimble position is used for placing a thimble.

Specifically, the third exhaust groove 6 also communicates with the second exhaust groove 5.

With reference to the structure shown in fig. 2, the air exhausting principle of the mold with the air exhausting function of the present invention is as follows:

when high-temperature, high-pressure and high-speed molten aluminum enters a mold cavity through a mold runner, the whole mold cavity can be filled within a very short time (0.05S-0.20S), the high-temperature molten aluminum pushes gas in the mold cavity to enter a first exhaust groove 4, an ejector pin position 3, a second exhaust groove 5 and a third exhaust groove 6 from the upper part of an exhaust insert 2 in sequence and be smoothly exhausted to the outside atmosphere under high-temperature and high-pressure, and the high-temperature molten aluminum is solidified and formed into a casting within a very short time under high pressure, so that the problem that the gas in the mold cavity of a die-casting mold is not easily pushed out of the mold cavity by the high-temperature, high-speed and high-pressure molten aluminum is solved, and the finished product rate and the product quality of product molding are improved.

In order to enable the assembly process of the mold core insert to be simpler and the exhaust insert to be conveniently and fixedly installed, the exhaust insert 2 further comprises an insert hanging table 7, the insert hanging table 7 is arranged on two sides of one end of the exhaust insert 2, and the insert hanging table 7 is used for positioning the exhaust insert 2 and the mold 1 in the Z-axis direction.

Fig. 3 shows a schematic view of another embodiment of the vented insert of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 3, the exhaust insert 2 further includes an X-axis positioning portion 8 and a Y-axis positioning portion 9, where the X-axis positioning portion 8 is used for positioning the exhaust insert 2 and the mold 1 in the X direction; the Y-axis positioning part 9 is used for positioning the exhaust insert 2 and the mold 1 in the Y direction, and the exhaust insert is convenient to fixedly mount in the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction during assembly.

The exhaust insert 2 is provided with an inlaying identification code 10, which can facilitate the processing and installation of the exhaust insert.

The mold with the exhaust function has the advantages that:

1. the characteristic part which is difficult to exhaust in the die cavity of the die is divided into the exhaust inserts one by one, and the deep cavity and the narrow part of the gap are separated to facilitate die-saving polishing, die-casting production and improvement of the quality of a product casting;
