coating leather coating glue on a handle, and placing the handle on the tray;

the cover plate is driven by the first cylinder to open the opening, the power mechanism drives the toothed belt to move, further, the tray is driven to the heating bin by the toothed belt, and the heating pipe starts to heat to enable the temperature to reach the activation temperature of the glue;

the power mechanism drives the gear belt to rotate reversely, the gear belt drives the tray to drive the lower portion of the frame body, the second air cylinder drives the frame body to cover the tray, the silica gel film covers the handle, the vacuum pump is opened to pump out air between the tray and the silica gel film, the silica gel film is tightly attached to the handle, and leather is pressed.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of pressure maintaining, in particular to a handle leather cladding pressure maintaining device and a cladding pressure maintaining process thereof.

Background

The existing tool for maintaining pressure of coating of a leather handle is a working principle that a profile block made of polyurethane material is pushed by a cylinder or a clamp to be attached and compressed with a profile coated by leather.

The existing means for carrying out die bonding and pressure maintaining on the leather-coated surface is limited to the factors of processing precision and surface roughness of the leather-coated surface, inaccurate control of pressure stroke of a cylinder or a pressing clamp and the like, and is easy to generate impression and other appearance defects on the leather-coated surface.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides a handle dermis covering pressure maintaining device and a covering pressure maintaining process thereof, which are not easy to generate an impression on dermis on a handle.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the heating chamber is internally provided with the heating pipe, the temperature sensor and the fan which can adjust the heating temperature, so that the temperature in the heating chamber can be effectively ensured to be stable, the heating time can be accurately shortened, the glue between the handle and the genuine leather can be heated at proper temperature and in proper time, and the genuine leather is prevented from falling off from the handle;

2. the mould on the tray can be replaced according to the type of the handle, so that the replacement is convenient and fast, and the mass production of the handle is facilitated;

3. the pellosil is comparatively soft, and after the vacuum pump absorbed the air between pellosil and the tray, the pellosil can tightly be laminated on the handle, the genuine leather of being is pressed, further makes the genuine leather adhesion is in on the handle.

A toothed belt 16 is arranged below the first through hole 12, a driving wheel is sleeved at the left end of the toothed belt 16 and is in transmission connection with a motor 17, and a driven wheel is sleeved at the right end of the toothed belt 16.

Further, referring to fig. 2, the gear belt is in transmission connection with the bottom of the tray 15, a plurality of third through holes 152 are formed in the bottom of the tray 15, and the third through holes 152 are connected with the vacuum pump 18.

Further, referring to fig. 2, the heating chamber 2 includes a first box 21 disposed on the platform 11, a plurality of second through holes 211 are disposed at the top of the first box 21, and a plurality of heating pipes 212 and a temperature sensor 213 are disposed below the first through holes 12.

It will be appreciated that the mould may be replaced by a handle.

Further, referring to fig. 3, an opening 214 is formed in the right side surface of the first box 21, a cover plate 23 is further disposed on the opening 214, the cover plate 23 is perpendicular to the platform 11, the cover plate 23 is attached to the opening 214, two grooves 231 are disposed at the lower end of the cover plate 23, and the two grooves 231 are respectively disposed corresponding to the two linear guide rails 13. The upper part of the cover plate 23 is connected with a first air cylinder, and the first air cylinder can drive the cover plate 23 to move up and down.

With the above structure, referring to fig. 1, the handle is covered with the leather coating glue and then placed on the mold.

Further, the motor 17 is started through the PLC, and the tray 15 is conveyed into the heating bin 2 by the forward rotation of the motor 17;

further, a first air cylinder is started through the PLC, the first air cylinder drives the cover plate 23 to move downwards, the two grooves 231 of the cover plate 23 are respectively matched with the two linear guide rails 13, and the cover plate 23 covers the opening 214.

Further, the heating pipe 212 and the temperature sensor 213 are started by the PLC, when the temperature sensor 213 senses that the temperature reaches or exceeds the activation temperature of the glue, the fan 221 is started or the heating temperature of the heating pipe 212 is adjusted, and the gas in the first box 21 and the gas in the second box 22 of the fan 221 circulate, so as to ensure the temperature in the first box 21 to be stable.

It is understood that the temperature of the heating tube 212 may be adjusted.

Further, when the heating time is reached, the PLC turns off the fan 221, the temperature sensor 213, and the heating pipe 212, and the first cylinder and the motor 17 are started. The first cylinder drives the cover plate 23 to move upwards, the motor 17 rotates reversely, the tray 15 is moved to the position below the pressure maintaining mechanism 3, and then the motor 17 is turned off through the PLC.

Further, a second air cylinder 323 is started through the PLC, the second air cylinder 323 drives the frame body 324 to cover the tray 15, the silicone membrane 325 covers the handle, the vacuum pump 18 is started through the PLC, the vacuum pump 18 pumps out air between the tray 15 and the silicone membrane 325, the silicone membrane 325 is tightly attached to the handle, the handle is uniformly pressed, and the corium coating surface on the handle is not indented.
