The coal water slurry technology is characterized in that solid coal is converted into liquid coal-based fuel through a physical process, and the liquid coal-based fuel has good combustion characteristics and partial advantages of heavy oil, so that the solid coal-based fuel can be applied to industries such as power generation and the like instead of the heavy oil, and the coal water slurry is a novel clean fuel for replacing oil, which is simple in preparation process, easy to transport and store, safe and reliable in general. The dispersant is an important additive in the preparation process of the coal water slurry, and mainly has the functions of changing the interfacial property of coal water, promoting the coal particles to disperse in water and ensuring that the coal body has good rheological property.

The dispersant is mainly anionic, cationic and nonionic, and the anionic and nonionic are mainly used. Anionic dispersants can be classified into synthetic organic polymer dispersants and natural polymer modified dispersants. Wherein the natural polymer modified dispersant mainly comprises a lignin dispersant and a humic acid dispersant; the synthetic organic polymer dispersants mainly include naphthalenesulfonate, polyolefinic sulfonic acid, and polycarboxylate. The humic acid series dispersants have the characteristics of strong dispersing performance, can be used independently, but have poor stability and hydrophilicity of formed pulp. The polyolefin series dispersant has better dispersion stability for low-ash coal water slurry, but the molecular mass and the distribution thereof need to be strictly controlled. Polycarboxylic acid series dispersants, such as polycyclic polycarboxylic acids, polycarboxylates, polyphosphates, hydroxybenzoic acid polymer sodium salts and the like, have both dispersing and stabilizing functions, but the slurry flowability is not good. The nonionic dispersant is mainly polyoxyethylene series and polyoxyethylene series, and has the advantages of easy regulation and control of hydrophilic and lipophilic property and relative molecular mass, collection of influence of water quality and soluble matter in coal, no need of adding stabilizer, no need of adding defoaming agent, and suitability for preparing high-concentration water-coal slurry.

The coal water slurry dispersing agent is one of important raw materials of the coal water slurry technology, and the problems of high production and use cost, non-ideal dispersing effect, poor stability and hydrophilicity and the like exist at present, so that a synthetic method of a novel coal water slurry dispersing agent and a synthetic raw material of the novel coal water slurry dispersing agent are searched and developed, and the method has positive significance for promoting the leap-over development of the coal water slurry technology in China.

(1) preparing A, B materials: the material A is 130-170 parts of deionized water, 3M and VC which are uniformly mixed, and the material B is 60-100 parts of deionized water, methacrylic acid and hydroxyethyl ester which are uniformly mixed;

(2) adding the monomer, maleic anhydride and the rest deionized water into a reactor, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding hydrogen peroxide, continuing stirring for 8-12min, and dripping A, B materials into the reactor;

(3) and (3) adding A, B materials dropwise, then continuing to react for 0.5-1.5h, adding liquid alkali, and adjusting the pH value to 6-7 to obtain the comb-type coal water slurry dispersing agent.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the invention utilizes maleic anhydride to replace part of polyether monomer modified comb-type coal water slurry dispersing agent, and the product contains more hydroxyl, carboxyl, carbonyl, ester group, sulfonic group, polyoxyethylene group and other active groups to act on coal water slurry particles, thereby enhancing the dispersing effect of the coal water slurry and opening up a new direction for the research of the coal water slurry dispersing agent.

2. The invention uses maleic anhydride as a small monomer to replace part of polyether monomers, finds a new raw material source for the comb type coal water slurry dispersing agent, and is beneficial to the dispersibility and stability of the coal water slurry.

3. The product of the invention is easy to form hydrogen bonds with the surface of coal particles due to the carboxyl grafted by maleic anhydride, and simultaneously reduces the hydrophobicity of the surface of the coal particles, thereby reducing the viscosity of the coal water slurry.

4. Compared with the comb type coal water slurry dispersing agent without maleic anhydride, the product of the invention has better dispersibility, stability and adaptability.

5. The coal water slurry prepared by the invention has low production cost, can act on the coal water slurry alone to play a good dispersing role, and the dispersing effect, the adaptability and the stability of the product can be greatly improved when the coal water slurry is compounded with other dispersing agents (such as naphthalene water reducing agents, aliphatic water reducing agents, lignin and the like) and soda ash according to a certain proportion compared with the single use.
