4. A preparation method of a PS diffusion plate is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:

s1, mixing the raw materials: mixing the PS particles, the auxiliary agent, the organic silicon micro powder and the nucleating agent, pouring the mixture into a large-scale stirrer for stirring for 10 to 15 minutes, and uniformly mixing to obtain raw material particles;

s2, performing extrusion molding, namely putting the raw materials uniformly mixed in the step S1 into an extruding machine, and performing extrusion molding through the extruding machine to form a base plate;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of diffusion plates, in particular to a PS diffusion plate and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The PS diffusion plate is a material with light diffusion property in the category of PS (polystyrene) plate, is one of the categories of diffusion plates made of materials such as acrylic (PMMA), PC, PP, PS, etc., and has optical characteristics of plastic plates with certain haze, light transmittance, refractive index, etc.

The television diffusion plate with the highest utilization rate in the market is made of PS (polystyrene), the PS is brittle and has high thermal expansion rate, the requirement on the thermal expansion rate of the diffusion plate is higher and higher along with the improvement of television technology, and the common PS diffusion plate cannot meet the requirements of people, so that the PS diffusion plate and the preparation method thereof are provided.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a PS diffusion plate and a preparation method thereof, which have the advantage of low thermal expansion rate and solve the problem of high thermal expansion rate of the PS diffusion plate in the prior art.

2. Technical scheme

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions.

A PS diffusion plate comprises the following materials by mass: PS particles: 100 kg; auxiliary agent: 0.5-1.5 kg; and (3) mechanically grinding the silicon powder: 0.5-1.5 kg; nucleating agent: 10 kg.

Preferably, the auxiliary agent is a mixture of a coupling agent, a light stabilizer and an antioxidant.

Preferably, the nucleating agent is sorbitol, and the sorbitol is any one or combination of more of dibenzylidene sorbitol, p-methylbenzylidene sorbitol, 3, 4-dimethyl dibenzylidene sorbitol and higher fatty acid coated dibenzylidene sorbitol.

A preparation method of a PS diffusion plate comprises the following steps:

s1, mixing the raw materials: mixing the PS particles, the auxiliary agent, the organic silicon micro powder and the nucleating agent, pouring the mixture into a large-scale stirrer for stirring for 10 to 15 minutes, and uniformly mixing to obtain raw material particles;

s2, performing extrusion molding, namely putting the raw materials uniformly mixed in the step S1 into an extruding machine, and performing extrusion molding through the extruding machine to form a base plate;

s3, cutting: stress is eliminated on the base plate extruded in the step S2, and the base plate is cut according to requirements;

s4, molding; ventilating and cooling the cut plate in the step S3 to 4-6 hours, and then forming;

s5, cleaning: cleaning the molded PS diffusion plate with clear water;

s6, packaging: and conveying the cleaned PS diffusion plates to an induction position automatic plate stacking machine by a rolling platform for automatic stacking, and then packaging and delivering the PS diffusion plates out of the warehouse.

Preferably, the extruder extrusion temperature is 170-220 ℃.

3. Advantageous effects

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

(1) after the organic silicon micro powder and the sorbitol serving as the nucleating agent are added, the internal structure of the diffusion plate is effectively changed, the physical performance is greatly improved, the thermal expansion rate of the product is reduced, and meanwhile, the optical performance of the product is not influenced.

(2) The PS diffusion plate can be widely applied to the diffusion plate of a television, has good performances such as heat resistance, dimensional stability, mechanical strength, flame resistance and the like, has high light transmittance and excellent shielding property and durability, enables the light diffusion effect to reach the best state, and is most suitable for a direct type backlight unit.

(3) The sorbitol improves the dispersibility and compatibility of the whole diffusion plate, forms a uniform system, reduces the secondary crystallization phenomenon, thereby reducing the shrinkage and thermal expansion of the diffusion plate, and keeps higher haze and better light transmittance.

The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention; it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments, and all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without any inventive work are within the scope of the present invention.
