When the motor works, the invention is also started at the same time, external air enters from the external air inlet 17 at the air guide cylinder 8 and flows into the silencing cover body 19 through the radiating pipe 6. The internal air source flows into the motor from the cooler air outlet 12 on the bottom plate 15, the hot air flowing out of the motor flows back into the cooler cover 18 through the cooler air inlet 16 on the bottom plate 15, and the heat generated by the operation of the motor is taken out of the cooler cover 18 through the radiating pipe 6. The radiating pipe supporting plate 4 plays a supporting role for the radiating pipe 6 on one hand, the communication between the inner cavity of the air duct 8 and the silencing cover body 19 is realized, and on the other hand, the inner air duct and the outer air duct are also isolated, so that the cooler cover body 18 and the ventilation box of the motor form a closed space, and the inner air duct and the outer air duct are ensured to independently operate and not interfere with each other. The mouth of pipe of cooling tube 6 is at the same level as cooling tube support plate 4, and cooling tube 6 is fixed to cooling tube support plate 4 through the tube expander.
