The invention aims to provide a frozen fish block defrosting device which avoids the defects of manual defrosting operation, improves the efficiency and ensures the quality of frozen products through an automatic device.

The frozen fish fillet defrosting device comprises a base and a U-shaped defrosting groove arranged on the base, wherein a defrosting transmission structure is arranged in the defrosting groove and comprises a wavy transmission chain, a rotating shaft pipe group and a rinsing groove; the wavy transmission chain extends to form a horizontal chain at the bottom of the rotating shaft pipe group and a tank wall chain which is transmitted along the inner wall of the rinsing tank; the rotating shaft pipe group is a rotating shaft pipe, a plurality of shaft cores are fixed on two sides of the defrosting groove, the pipe body is in contact with the horizontal chain and rotates along with the horizontal chain, and the rinsing groove is of a trapezoidal structure. In the device, the chain is a wave-shaped transmission chain at the starting end of the defrosting transmission structure, the bottom of the rotating shaft pipe group is a horizontal chain, the tank wall chain is arranged in the rinsing tank along the tank wall, and the fish blocks needing defrosting are driven by the wave-shaped transmission chain, the horizontal chain and the tank wall chain in the whole process of the chain to defrost and are conveyed forwards.

Further, the spraying device also comprises a spraying head arranged at the upper end of the wavy transmission chain. The spray header sprays water to the surface of the fish blocks, so that the temperature of the fish blocks can be properly increased, and defrosting is facilitated.

Further, the gap between every two adjacent rotating shaft pipes of the rotating shaft pipe group is smaller than the thickness of the fish blocks, so that the fish blocks are prevented from being clamped between the rotating shaft pipes.

Furthermore, the downward inclination angle of two side edges of the rinsing bath is 20o~35o. The slope is less, is favorable to the smooth conveying of fish piece on cell wall chain.

The frozen fish fillet defrosting device is simple in design and reasonable in structure, can effectively defrost frozen fish fillets through the arrangement of the wavy transmission chains, the rotating shaft pipe groups and the rinsing bath, and is higher in efficiency and better in product quality compared with manual defrosting operation.
