China is the largest country for flue-cured tobacco production in the world, and the total amount of flue-cured tobacco straws per year is about 1.5 million tons according to statistical data.

In recent two years, along with the attention of people on environmental management, various governments at all levels have developed measures for controlling emission of fire coal, and the application of clean energy to tobacco leaf baking is encouraged, so that the heat supply of fire coal flue-cured tobacco gradually enters the end sound in the prior art. The biomass fuel in various clean energy sources is considered as the first choice for replacing the biomass fuel at present, the production of the biomass molded granular fuel needs to pass through the processes of crushing → extrusion → molding and the like, wherein the crushing of the tobacco leaves and straws is an indispensable key link in the process of producing the biomass molded granular fuel.

The biomass briquette fuel is produced by utilizing the tobacco straws, and proper crushing equipment is needed to crush the tobacco straws. The crushing equipment in the aspect of agriculture is mostly used for processing animal roughage and crushing grain in the market at present, a cutting type crushing, hammer type crushing, kneading type crushing and combined type crushing mechanical structure exists, the performance and the structure of the interior of various equipment are different, certain specificity is realized for crushing each agricultural product, the problems of low production efficiency, high energy consumption and incapability of well adapting to wet or high-toughness straw materials in the process of crushing other types of straws exist, and the machine is easily blocked.

The secondary crushing device is a crushing plate device and comprises a connecting pipe arranged at the center and a crushing plate 20 fixed on the connecting pipe, a second wheel shaft 14 is installed on the connecting pipe, and the crushing plate 20 is a plurality of metal plates which are uniformly and alternately fixedly installed on the outer side of the connecting pipe and are in a transmitting shape.

According to the invention, a special tobacco stem pulverizer is designed according to the botanical characteristics of tobacco stems with high lower half content of lignocellulose and low lower half content of the lignocellulose by using the characteristics of a chopping type pulverizer, a rubbing type pulverizer and a hammer type pulverizer for reference, firstly, a secondary pulverizing structure is adopted, coarse pulverization is carried out in a pulverizing chamber by adopting a cutting and rubbing type pulverizing mode, fine pulverization is carried out in a pulverizing chamber by adopting a hammer type pulverizing structure, a motor drives bearings in two pulverizing chambers, the rotation speed is controlled and distributed through the radius of wheel shafts, tobacco stems with the water content of below 20 percent collected from tobacco fields are rapidly, efficiently and with low energy consumption, the particle size of pulverized particles accords with the diameter of biomass molded particle fuel with the diameter of 0.8-1.2 mm, and the pulverized tobacco stems with high lignocellulose content such as cotton, soybean, pepper and the like can also be pulverized by using the straw with the lignocellulose content of the cotton.

The tobacco stalks are smoothed to pass through the designed feed inlet 17 and reach the first directional feed inlet 18 through the feed channel 5, the tobacco stalks are cut into small sections at the first directional feed inlet 18 when encountering the cutter 23 on the wheel disc 24 rotating at high speed, collide and rebound towards the outer wall of the primary crushing chamber 6 under the action of centrifugal force, then collide with the crushing steel sheet 22 rotating at high speed to obtain primary coarse crushing, and then fall along the discharge opening 15; the falling materials enter the secondary crushing chamber 2 through the second directional feed inlet under the drive of negative pressure, the crushing plate 20 rotating at high speed collides with the materials to crush the tobacco stalk materials again, and finally, the crushed materials fly out along the second discharge outlet 16 under the action of pressure to finish the crushing of the tobacco stalks.

The fixed rotor base 9 and the disc 24 are fixed to the first hub 10 while the fixing bar 21 is fixed to the rotor base 9, and the pulverized steel sheet 22 is rotated around the fixing bar 21 in a circumferential square 360 ° when the apparatus is operated.

The whole crushing power is borne by a power motor 3, and a first wheel shaft 10 and a second wheel shaft 14 are connected with an output shaft of the power motor 3 through a first transmission belt 11 and a second transmission belt 13 to provide power.
