Background

As shown in FIG. 1, the bicycle frame includes a head tube, an upper tube, a lower tube and a seat tube. One end of the upper pipe is welded on the head pipe, and the other end of the upper pipe is welded on the top end of the vertical pipe; one end of the lower pipe is welded on the head pipe, and the other end of the lower pipe is welded on the four-way connecting pipe; the bottom end of the vertical pipe is welded on the four-way connecting pipe. When welding bicycle frame, need fix through anchor clamps counter head pipe, top tube, low tube and riser, wherein, change a mould and need dismouting pin 35, it needs about 4 hours consuming time. the second clamping devices are used for clamping and fixing an upper pipe, a lower pipe and a vertical pipe of a bicycle frame respectively;

and the third clamping device is used for clamping a four-way connecting pipe fixedly connecting the lower pipe and the vertical pipe.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the present application provides a welding fixture for a bicycle frame 6, which includes a frame 5, a first clamping device 1, a second clamping device 2, and a third clamping device 3; the first clamping device 1 comprises a mounting base 11, a first adjusting assembly 12, a first connecting piece 13 and a first clamping piece 14; the first adjusting assembly 12 comprises a first grip 121, a first hinge 122, a first pushing rod 123; the mounting base 11 is fixed on the frame 5, and one end of the first grip 121 is hinged with the mounting base 11; a first end of the first hinge 122 is hinged to the middle of the first grip 121, and a second end of the first hinge 122 is hinged to a first end of the first push rod 123; the second end of the first pushing rod 123 is connected with the first connecting piece 13, and the first connecting piece 13 is connected with the first clamping piece 14; the first clamping piece 14 is provided with at least two clamping parts 141 for clamping the head pipe 61 of the bicycle frame 6; the plurality of second clamping devices 2 are respectively used for clamping and fixing an upper pipe 62, a lower pipe 63 and a stand pipe 64 of the bicycle frame 6; the third clamping device 3 is used for clamping a four-way connecting pipe 65 fixedly connecting the lower pipe 63 and the stand pipe 64.

The movement direction of the connecting piece and the first clamping piece 14 can be effectively limited through the arrangement of the guide rod 15, the guide of the connecting piece and the movement of the first clamping piece 14 along the linear direction is facilitated, the position of the first clamping piece 14 can be adjusted better by a worker conveniently, so that the first clamping piece 14 can clamp the head pipe 61 better, the two clamping parts 141 can be clamped to the head pipe 61 simultaneously, and the clamping stability of the first clamping piece 14 to the head pipe 61 is guaranteed.

Further, in the present embodiment, referring to fig. 4, each second clamping device 2 includes a limiting seat 21, a pressing head 22 and a second adjusting assembly 23; the limiting seat 21 is arranged on the frame 5, and a limiting clamping groove is arranged on the limiting seat 21; the second adjusting component 23 is connected to the pressing head 22, and is configured to generate an acting force on the pressing head 22, which is close to the limiting seat 21, so that a first clamping space is formed between the pressing head 22 and the limiting seat 21. Spacing draw-in groove can play the effect of bearing to upper tube 62, low tube 63 or riser 64, and the cooperation is compressed tightly the head 22 again, can form clamping action to upper tube 62, low tube 63 or riser 64 to obtain the fixed position effect to upper tube 62, low tube 63 or riser 64, so that weld process operation to whole bicycle frame 6. And can suitably adjust the distance between pressure head 22 and spacing seat 21 through second adjusting part 23 to be applicable to the tubular product of different specifications and carry out the centre gripping, be favorable to increasing the application range of device.

More specifically, the size and shape of the limiting clamping groove are set according to the shape and specification of the upper pipe 62, the lower pipe 63 and the stand pipe 64; the clamping of a single upper pipe 62, a single lower pipe 63 or a single vertical pipe 64 is at least provided with two limiting clamping grooves, and the at least two limiting clamping grooves can effectively avoid the swinging of the upper pipe 62, the lower pipe 63 or the vertical pipe 64.

Further, in the present embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the second adjusting assembly 23 includes a supporting member 231, a pivot seat 232, a second handle 233, a second hinge 234 and a second connecting member 235; the supporting member 231 is fixedly disposed on the frame 5; the pivot base 232 is mounted on the supporting member 231; a first end of the second hinge member 234 is hinged to the first end of the pivot base 232, and a second end of the second hinge member 234 is hinged to the middle of the second handle 233; the second end of the pivot base 232 and the first end of the second handle 233 are both hinged to the first end of the second connecting member 235; the compression head 22 is mounted on a second end of the second connector 235. The support 231 is used for correspondingly lifting the second grip 233, the pressing head 22 and the like; by pulling the second grip 233 upward, the second hinge 234 and the second connector 235 are released, so that the worker can properly adjust the up-down position of the pressing head 22; the second grip 233 is pulled downward until the second grip 233 cannot be pulled, thereby fixing the compression head 22.

More specifically, a bar-shaped through hole is formed in the second end of the second connecting piece 235, the compression head 22 is connected with a screw rod, the screw rod is arranged in the bar-shaped through hole in a penetrating mode, two nuts are arranged on the screw rod and are respectively located above and below the second connecting piece 235, the extending distance of the compression head 22 can be properly adjusted by rotating the two nuts, clamping requirements of pipes of different specifications are met, and finally the two nuts are in contact and abut against the second connecting piece 235, so that the effect of fixing the compression head 22 is achieved; additional fasteners, ties, or other means may be added to lock the rotational position of the second grip 233.

Further, in the present embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the third clamping device 3 includes a third adjusting assembly 31, a second clamping member 32 and a third clamping member 33; the second clamping piece 32 is fixed on the frame 5; the third adjusting assembly 31 is connected to the third clamping member 33 for driving the third clamping member 33 to move in a direction approaching or moving away from the second clamping member 32, so that a second clamping space is formed between the second clamping member 32 and the third clamping member 33. When the four-way connecting pipe is fixed, two end faces of the four-way connecting pipe 65 need to be respectively contacted and abutted with the second clamping piece 32 and the third clamping piece 33; the third adjusting assembly 31 can drive the second clamping piece 32 to move in a direction close to or far from the second clamping piece 32, so that the effect of properly adjusting the distance between the second clamping piece 32 and the third clamping piece 33 is achieved, and the purpose of clamping and fixing the four-way connecting pipe 65 meeting different specifications is achieved. The common clamping of the third clamping device 3 and the second clamping device 2 can fix the whole bicycle frame 6 along the height direction, so that the whole bicycle frame 6 is prevented from shifting and deviating along the height direction in the welding process.

More specifically, the third adjusting assembly 31 may be a telescopic cylinder, and a telescopic rod of the telescopic cylinder is connected to the third clamping member 33 for driving the third clamping member 33 to move in a direction approaching or departing from the second clamping member 32; the third adjustment assembly 31 may also be an electric push rod or other telescoping mechanism.

Further, in the present embodiment, please refer to fig. 5, further comprising a limiting adjustment mechanism 4; the limiting and adjusting mechanism 4 comprises a positioning seat 41 and an adjusting rod 42; the positioning seat 41 is fixed on the frame 5, and the positioning seat 41 is provided with an adjusting hole; the adjusting rod 42 passes through the adjusting hole and is contacted and abutted with the four-way connecting pipe 65; the adjusting rod 42 is provided with a plurality of first positioning holes along the length direction, and the positioning seat 41 is provided with second positioning holes corresponding to the first positioning holes. The adjusting rod 42 is rotated until the end part of the adjusting rod 42 is contacted and abutted against the four-way connecting pipe 65, the adjusting rod 42 and the positioning seat 41 are fixed by penetrating through the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole through the fasteners, and then the clamping effect of each limiting clamping groove and the clamping effect of the first clamping device 1 are matched, so that the bicycle frame 6 can be fixed along the horizontal direction, and the situation that the whole bicycle frame 6 is displaced and deviated along the horizontal direction in the welding process can be prevented.

More specifically, the positioning seat 41 may be L-shaped, a lower side of the positioning seat 41 may be detachably connected to the frame 5 by a fastener, an upper side of the positioning seat 41 is used for installing the adjusting rod 42, and the adjusting rod 42 may be installed on the positioning seat 41 by a thread.

The beneficial effects of this embodiment:

(1) the first clamping device 1, the second clamping device 2 and the third clamping device 3 are all in a compression joint fixing mode, excessive pins do not need to be disassembled, the disassembling and assembling time is greatly shortened, the rapid disassembling and replacing of the die are realized, the whole frame can be welded at one time, clamps do not need to be replaced or manual repair welding does not need to be carried out, meanwhile, the mechanical arm does not need to be reprogrammed after being reset, the original program is called out, and the device has the advantages of high installing precision, simple installing steps and good welding quality;

(2) the frame 5 can be externally connected with a rotating shaft of a driving motor, the rotating shaft and the automatic welding machine are uniformly controlled by a program, and the rotating shaft can adjust the turnover angle along with the stroke of a welding head in the welding process, so that each part of the frame is welded and formed at one time, and the welding quality is improved;

(3) the frame 5 and the clamp part can be provided with a position-avoiding slotted hole according to the welding position of the frame, so that the interference to a welding head in the overturning process is avoided.
