spreading a high-water-absorptivity film on a water surface;

arranging a hydrophilic material containing information bodies on the upper surface of the high-water-absorptivity film to form a hydrophilic material layer;

standing to make the high water absorption film absorb water and soften on the end surface contacting with the water surface, and crosslinking on the hydrophilic material layer on the other end surface;

pressing the transfer object into water toward the hydrophilic material layer to transfer the hydrophilic material layer and the super absorbent film onto the transfer object.

10. An environmentally friendly transfer printing method of water transfer film without using activator, which is applied to the environmentally friendly transfer printing film without using activator described in any one of claims 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 or 8, and comprises the steps of:

spreading a high-water-absorptivity film on a water surface;

arranging a hydrophilic material on the upper surface of the high-water-absorptivity film to form a hydrophilic material layer, and arranging an information body on one end of the hydrophilic material layer, which is opposite to the hydrophilic material layer, so that the information body is covered on the top end of the hydrophilic material layer in a layered manner;

standing to ensure that the end face of the high water absorption film contacting with the water surface absorbs water and softens, and crosslinking the high water absorption film on the other end face to the hydrophilic material layer;

pressing a transfer object into water toward the hydrophilic material layer to transfer the hydrophilic material layer and the super absorbent film onto the transfer object.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of water transfer films without using an activating agent, in particular to a water transfer film which is environment-friendly and free of using an activating agent and a transfer printing method thereof, wherein the water transfer printing method can be carried out without using an activating agent, so that the influences of environmental pollution, harm to human bodies, deformation of transfer printing lines and the like caused by using the activating agent are avoided, and the environment-friendly effect can be achieved.

Background

According to the Water Transfer Printing (Water Transfer Printing) technique, a Water-soluble resin film is printed with pictures and texts and laid on the Water surface, then the Water-soluble resin film is hydrolyzed into a free state through an activating agent, so that an object to be transferred is pressed into Water from the upper part of the Water-soluble resin film, the pictures and texts can be transferred to the surface of the object, and then the Water washing and drying treatment is carried out, so that the pictures and texts are really attached to the surface of the object.

However, the activator for water transfer printing is an organic solvent, which has VOC (volatile organic compound) emission, so that it is volatile to destroy the ecological environment and harm the workers during the manufacturing, transportation or water transfer printing process; furthermore, the conditions of the spraying speed, uniformity, concentration, formulation, etc. of the activator all affect the dissolution of the printed patterns on the water-soluble resin film, and the process thereof will cause the factors of uneven dissolution, acting force generated by spraying, etc. and further cause the deformation, which will affect the precision, aesthetic property and production yield of the water transfer printing.

In view of the above, we have made intensive studies on the water transfer printing technology, and have made research, development and improvement on the water transfer printing technology, and the inventors have made the present invention through trial and modification.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is to solve the above problems. To achieve the above objects, the present invention provides an environmentally friendly water transfer film without using an activator, comprising: a high water absorption film with strong water absorption; the hydrophilic material layer is arranged on the high water absorption film, so that after one end surface of the high water absorption film absorbs water and is softened, the other end surface of the high water absorption film is crosslinked to the hydrophilic material layer; and a message body, it is laid on the hydrophilic material layer.

According to the water transfer membrane with environmental protection and no activating agent, the high water absorption film is mainly made of Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA).

According to the water transfer film with the environmental protection and no activator, the high water absorption film also comprises polyvinyl alcohol emulsion resin and a surfactant.

According to the above, the hydrophilic material layer mainly comprises Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP).

The invention also provides a transfer printing method of the water transfer film with the environmental protection and the use-free activator, which is applied to the water transfer film with the environmental protection and the use-free activator and comprises the following steps: spreading the high water absorption film on a water surface; arranging a hydrophilic material on the upper surface of the high-water-absorptivity film to form a hydrophilic material layer, and arranging an information body on one end of the hydrophilic material layer, which is opposite to the hydrophilic material layer, so that the information body is covered on the top end of the hydrophilic material layer in a layered manner; standing to make the end face of the high water absorption film contacting the water surface absorb water and soften, and cross-linking the other end face of the high water absorption film on the hydrophilic material layer; pressing a transfer object into water toward the hydrophilic material layer to transfer the hydrophilic material layer and the super absorbent film onto the transfer object.

It is apparent from the above description and arrangement that the present invention has the following advantages and effects, which are described in detail one by one:

1. the invention can soften the high water absorption film and the hydrophilic material layer to generate cross-linking without using an activating agent by cross-linking the high water absorption film and the hydrophilic material layer after water absorption and softening, thereby enabling the information body to be transferred to a transfer object by water, avoiding the purchase cost of the activating agent, avoiding the influences of environmental pollution, harm to human bodies, deformation of transfer lines and the like caused by using the activating agent, achieving the effect of environmental protection, and improving the efficiency and the production yield of water transfer printing.

2. The present invention uses the high water absorption film to be laid on the water surface, so the whole film can be cross-linked with the hydrophilic material layer at the same time, and the message deformation of the pattern, character or combination thereof formed by the message body arrangement is not easy to be caused, so the precision and the aesthetic property of the water transfer printing can be improved.

Detailed Description

For further understanding and appreciation of the invention, reference will now be made in detail to the preferred embodiments of the invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention is a water transfer film with environmental protection and without using an activator, comprising:

a high water absorption film 1 with strong water absorption; in a specific embodiment, the super absorbent film 1 is mainly made of Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA); in order to enhance the crosslinking effect of the super absorbent polymer film 1, in a preferred embodiment, the super absorbent polymer film 1 further comprises a polyvinyl alcohol emulsion resin and a surfactant;

a hydrophilic material layer 2, which is formed by hydrophilic materials in a layer shape, and the hydrophilic material layer 2 absorbs water from one end surface of the high water absorption film 1 and is softened, and then is cross-linked to the hydrophilic material layer 2 from the other end surface; in a preferred embodiment, the hydrophilic material layer 2 mainly comprises Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP); and

a message body 3 disposed on the hydrophilic material layer 2; in the embodiment, the message body 3 is ink and is dispersed in the hydrophilic material layer 2, so in a specific embodiment, the message body 3 is hydrophilic color master, so that the message body 3 and the hydrophilic material can be directly distributed on the surface of the super absorbent film 1 after being mixed to form a message with patterns, characters or a combination thereof; the hydrophilic material disposed on the super absorbent film 1 of this embodiment can be sprayed or directly coated by mechanical or manual methods, but is not limited thereto.

Accordingly, as shown in fig. 2, the flow of water transfer printing in this embodiment can be as follows:

s001: the high water absorption film 1 is laid on a water surface.

S002: the hydrophilic material layer 2 is formed by disposing the hydrophilic material containing the information body 3 on the upper surface of the super absorbent polymer film 1.

It should be noted that the sequence of steps S001 and S002 is not fixed and not changeable, and in one embodiment, the super absorbent film 1 may be laid on the water surface after the hydrophilic material layer 2 is formed on the super absorbent film 1.

S003: therefore, when the super absorbent polymer film 1 is laid on the water surface, the super absorbent polymer film is placed still, the standing time can be determined according to the time that the super absorbent polymer film 1 and the hydrophilic material layer 2 can be crosslinked, and can be about 10 to 60 seconds, so that the end surface of the super absorbent polymer film 1 contacting with the water surface absorbs water and is softened, and the other end surface is crosslinked on the hydrophilic material layer 2, so that the hydrophilic material is also softened synchronously, and the adhesiveness is generated.

S004: as in the conventional water transfer method, a transfer object is pressed into water toward the hydrophilic material layer 2, so that the hydrophilic material layer 2 and the super absorbent film 1 can be transferred to the transfer object according to the contour of the transfer object.

Then, as in the conventional water transfer printing technique, the transfer object is washed by water to dissolve and wash away the softened super absorbent polymer film 1, and the process such as baking can be performed, so that the information body 3 can be surely transferred and adhered to the transfer object.

According to the type, characteristics and requirements of the information body 3, the information layer does not need to be dispersed in the hydrophilic material layer 2, so in another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the information body 3 is layered to cover one end of the hydrophilic material layer 2 opposite to the super absorbent film 1, specifically for example, the information body 3 can be a water transferable laser coating with a metal material, which belongs to the prior art and is not described herein again.

Thus, as shown in fig. 4, the transfer method of the present embodiment generally includes the following steps:

s005: the high water absorption film 1 is laid on a water surface.

S006: a hydrophilic material is arranged on the upper surface of the high water absorption film 1 to form the hydrophilic material layer 2, and an information body 3 is arranged at one end of the hydrophilic material layer 2 opposite to the hydrophilic material layer 2, so that the information body 3 is covered on the top end of the hydrophilic material layer in a layered manner.

It should be noted that the hydrophilic material layer 2 of the present embodiment may be only a hydrophilic material, or may be a hydrophilic material layer 2 formed by a hydrophilic material including the information bodies 3 as described in the previous embodiments, so as to improve the layering, diversity and aesthetic property of the water-transferred graphics.

As mentioned above, the sequence of steps S005 and S006 is not fixed and can not be changed, and in one embodiment, the hydrophilic material layer 2 and the layered information body 3 can be formed in sequence before the super absorbent film 1, and then the super absorbent film 1 can be laid on the water surface.

S007: standing to ensure that the end face of the high water absorption film 1 contacting the water surface absorbs water and softens, and is crosslinked to the hydrophilic material layer 2 at the other end face; the standing time is determined by the time for the super absorbent film 1 and the hydrophilic material layer 2 to cross-link, which may be about 10 to 60 seconds, so that the super absorbent film 1 absorbs water and softens at the end surface contacting the water surface, and cross-links to the hydrophilic material layer 2 at the other end surface, so that the hydrophilic material is also softened simultaneously, and the layered information body 3 is provided with tackiness.

S008: as in the conventional water transfer method, the transfer object is pressed into water toward the hydrophilic material layer 2, so that the hydrophilic material layer 2 and the super absorbent film 1 are transferred onto the transfer object.

Then, as in the conventional water transfer printing technique, the transfer object can be washed by water to dissolve and wash away the softened super absorbent polymer film 1, and the process such as baking can be performed, so that the information body 3 can be surely transferred and adhered to the transfer object.

Therefore, the invention can generate cross linking with the hydrophilic material layer 2 after absorbing water through the high water absorption film 1 without using an activating agent, and can synchronously soften, so that the message body 3 can be transferred to the transfer object, thereby improving the transfer efficiency of the water transfer technology, avoiding the environmental ecological pollution caused by using the activating agent, achieving the effect of environmental protection, and avoiding the harm of the health of workers; in addition, because the whole high water absorption film 1 is laid on the water surface, the whole film can be cross-linked with the hydrophilic material layer 2, so that the message of the pattern, the character or the combination of the message body 3 is not easy to be deformed, and the precision, the aesthetic property and the production yield of the water transfer printing can be improved.

However, the above description is only a few preferred embodiments of the present invention, and it should be understood that the scope of the present invention should not be limited thereby, and that all equivalent changes and modifications made in the claims and the content of the present specification should be covered by the present invention.
