4) the sling B is connected with the other sling B through another lifting ring screw (4), and the corresponding chain block (3) is used for lifting the sling B to a connecting position;

5) adjusting the angle between the throw tile B and the tower body to be 45 degrees, and manually pushing the throw tile to be fastened with the joint of the tower body, wherein the lifting ring screw (4) on the throw tile A cannot be detached;

6) the two connecting holding tiles are fastened through screws;

Technical Field

The invention relates to a tile holding mounting and dismounting device and a mounting and dismounting method, which are used for mounting and dismounting a tile holding of a tower body of a tower crane.

Background

The existing tower crane tower body tile holding installation and removal process is not assisted by a convenient and safe device, mostly, a single tile is directly moved by one person or two persons cooperate to move the tile to the installation position, the tile holding is required to be rotated to the correct installation direction, the installation efficiency is not high, the physical consumption of personnel is large in the process, the potential safety hazard exists, dangers such as tile falling easily occur in the installation and removal process, and the injury of the personnel and mechanical equipment is caused. At present, the tower body tile-holding installation and dismantling construction process does not have a convenient and safe special tool for auxiliary installation, and certain potential safety hazards exist.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of the prior art and provides a tower body tile-holding mounting and dismounting device and a mounting and dismounting method of a tower crane.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a tile holding mounting and dismounting device for a tower body of a tower crane, which comprises a connecting rod, a shackle, a chain block and a lifting screw, wherein the connecting plate is welded in the middle of the connecting rod, two round holes are drilled in the connecting plate, and the chain block is connected with the two round holes in the connecting plate of the connecting rod through the shackle; the lifting hook of the chain block is connected with a lifting ring screw through a shackle; when the hand-pulling type tile holding device is used, the connecting rod is hung at the corresponding position of the tower body of the tower crane, the lifting bolt is screwed tightly on the reserved threaded hole of the tile holding device, and the tile holding device is lifted and descended by operating the hand-pulling block.

The connecting rod is made of a steel pipe through bending.

The chain block is provided with two pieces.

The aperture size of the round hole on the connecting plate is determined according to the shackle and the chain block which are practically used in the mounting and dismounting field.

The shackle selects corresponding specifications according to specifications of the chain block and the lifting bolt, and is suitable for the chain block and the lifting bolt.

The invention also provides a method for mounting and dismounting the throw tile by using the device for mounting and dismounting the throw tile on the tower body of the tower crane, which comprises the following steps:

a. when the tile is held in the mounting mode:

1) hanging the tile holding mounting and dismounting device at a corresponding position of the tower body;

2) connecting the throw tile A through one of the lifting ring screws, and lifting the throw tile to the connecting position of the tower body by using a corresponding chain block;

3) adjusting the angle between the throw tile A and the tower body to be 45 degrees, and manually pushing the throw tile to be fastened with the joint of the tower body, wherein the lifting ring screw on the throw tile A cannot be removed;

4) connecting the throw tile B through another lifting ring screw, and lifting the throw tile B to a connecting position by using a corresponding chain block;

5) adjusting the angle between the throw tile B and the tower body to be 45 degrees, and manually pushing the throw tile to be fastened with the joint of the tower body, wherein the lifting ring screw on the throw tile A cannot be removed;

6) the two connecting holding tiles are fastened through screws;

7) after the screws are completely fastened, two lifting ring screws are respectively detached from the holding tile A and the holding tile B, the holding tile mounting and dismounting device is detached, and the tower body is moved to the other tower body joint to repeat the steps;

b. when the tower crane is dismantled:

1) hanging the tile holding mounting and dismounting device at the corresponding position of the tower body, respectively connecting two lifting ring screws with a tile holding A and a tile holding B, dismounting four screws on the tile holding, and prying the tile holding A and the tile holding B to gradually separate the two tile holding;

2) after the connecting throw tile A is pushed away from the tower body joint, the connecting throw tile A is descended to a tower body platform by using a chain block;

3) pulling out the holding tile B until the holding tile B is completely separated from the tower body joint, and using a chain block to drop the holding tile B onto a tower body platform;

4) and (4) removing the two lifting ring screws from the throw tile A and the throw tile B, and removing the throw tile mounting and dismounting device to finish the throw tile dismounting work.

Has the advantages that: according to the actual requirements of the tower body tile-holding mounting and dismounting work, the mounting device assists the mounting personnel to carry out mounting and dismounting work. Installation personnel promote through the device and remove the holding tile in the holding tile installation, need not the manpower and move, reduce installer's work load, the device promotes the holding tile all the time before the final installation is accomplished in the bolt-up of holding tile, can prevent that the holding tile from falling. The invention provides a tower body tile-holding mounting and dismounting device of a tower crane, which comprises a connecting rod 1, shackles 2, a chain block 3 and a lifting ring screw 4, wherein a connecting plate 5 is welded in the middle of the connecting rod 1, two round holes are drilled in the connecting plate 5 and are respectively connected with the two groups of shackles 2 and the chain block 3; the chain block 3 is connected with two round holes on a connecting plate 5 of the connecting rod 1 through the shackle 2; a lifting hook of the chain block 3 is connected with a lifting ring screw 4 through a shackle 2; during the use, connecting rod 1 hangs in tower machine tower body corresponding position, and eyebolt 4 screws up on the screw hole that the armful tile was reserved, promotes, descends the armful tile through operation chain block 3, and the supplementary armful tile installation of accomplishing, demolishs. a. When the tile is held in the mounting mode:

3) adjusting the angle between the throw tile A and the tower body to be 45 degrees, and tightly fastening the throw tile A and the tower body connector by hand pushing, wherein a lifting ring screw on the throw tile A cannot be removed (as shown in figure 7);

4) the sling B is connected through another lifting ring screw 4, and the corresponding chain block is used for lifting the sling B to a connecting part (as shown in figure 8);

5) adjusting the angle between the throw tile B and the tower body to be 45 degrees, and tightly fastening the throw tile B with the tower body connector by hand pushing, wherein a lifting ring screw on the throw tile A cannot be removed (as shown in figure 9);

6) fastening the two connecting tiles by screws (as shown in figure 10);

7) after the screws are completely fastened, two lifting ring screws 4 are respectively detached from the holding tile A and the holding tile B, the holding tile detaching and installing device is detached, and the tower body is moved to the other tower body joint to repeat the steps;

b. when the tower crane is dismantled:

1) hanging a sling mounting and dismounting device at a corresponding position of a tower body (as shown in figure 5), respectively connecting 2 lifting ring screws 4 with a sling A and a sling B, dismounting four screws on the sling, and prying the sling A and the sling B to gradually separate the two slings;

2) after the connecting throw tile A is pushed away from the tower body joint, the connecting throw tile A is descended to a tower body platform by using a chain block 3;

3) pulling out the holding tile B until the holding tile B is completely separated from the tower body joint, and using a chain block 3 to drop the holding tile B onto a tower body platform;

4) and (4) removing the two lifting ring screws 4 from the holding tile A and the holding tile B, and removing the holding tile mounting and dismounting device to finish the holding tile dismounting work.

Compared with the common tile holding mounting and dismounting work, the tile holding mounting and dismounting device has the greatest characteristics that the tile holding mounting and dismounting device lifts and drops the tile holding in the tile holding mounting and dismounting process, manual moving is not needed, the labor load of mounting personnel is reduced, the tile holding is prevented from falling, the injury of personnel and mechanical equipment is avoided, and the mounting and dismounting efficiency is improved.

According to the invention, according to the actual requirements of the tile holding installation and removal work, the tile holding installation and removal work is completed by an installer, the working efficiency is improved, the labor resurgence of the installer is reduced, and the potential safety hazard is eliminated.

The connecting rod of the invention needs to be manufactured separately, the parts of the chain block 3, the shackle 2, the lifting ring screw 4 and the like are all standard products which can be purchased in the market, the implementation is convenient, and the connecting rod which needs to be manufactured separately has simple structure and is easy to produce and manufacture.
