The sealant composition is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-75 parts of nitrile rubber, 23-53 parts of butadiene rubber, 12-18 parts of vermiculite powder, 15-25 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 3-8 parts of epoxy resin, 4-10 parts of zinc oxide, 11-15 parts of stearic acid, 1-3 parts of a dispersing agent, 1-3 parts of a defoaming agent and 1-3 parts of a flame retardant.

The sealant composition of claim 1, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 63 parts of nitrile rubber, 40 parts of butadiene rubber, 15 parts of vermiculite powder, 20 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 5 parts of epoxy resin, 7 parts of zinc oxide, 13 parts of stearic acid, 2 parts of a dispersing agent, 2 parts of a defoaming agent and 2 parts of a flame retardant.

(2) and (3) defoaming the base material under a vacuum condition, adding a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent and a flame retardant, and uniformly mixing under the vacuum condition to obtain the sealant composition.
