4. The preparation method of the easy-floating instant carburant is characterized by comprising the following steps:

s1: weighing 70-80g of artificial crystal graphite and 20-30g of petroleum coke powder, pouring the artificial crystal graphite and the petroleum coke powder into an open container, wherein the speed of a stirrer in the container is 20-30r/min, the temperature is raised to 70-74 ℃, weighing 50-60g of electrode powder, and pouring 100-120g of charcoal powder into the open container, wherein the speed of the stirrer in the container is 10-20 r/min;

s2: opening the submerged arc furnace, pouring a mixture of artificial crystal graphite and petroleum coke powder from a furnace mouth of the submerged arc furnace, closing a furnace door, burning and heating fuel at the bottom of the furnace, raising the temperature of a catalyst bed layer in the submerged arc furnace to 1300-plus-one 1500 ℃, preserving the heat for 1-1.5h, naturally cooling the submerged arc furnace to room temperature, and sieving the cooled catalyst bed layer with a 210-plus-230-mesh sieve to obtain a graphite raw material;

5. The instant recarburizer according to claim 4, wherein in step S7, the heater for heating by the twin screw uses a three-phase mains frequency alternating current to supply the alternating current flowing through the capacitor and the induction coil.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of smelting, in particular to an instant carburant easy to float downwards and a preparation method thereof.

Background

In the casting process, the molten iron needs to be recarburized so as to meet the requirements of iron materials with different specifications on fixed carbon content, and the recarburizing agent is mainly added. The existing commercial carburant comprises pig iron, an asphalt coke carburant, a graphite electrode carburant, a petroleum coke carburant, a coal carburant, an artificial graphite carburant and the like, but the respective carburant has performance defects, and the market acceptance needs to be improved. The pig iron has high price, high sulfur content and silicon content and low carbon absorption rate. The impurity contained in the carburant which is formed by calcining petroleum coke, pitch coke and the like through fossil fuel is difficult to remove, the structure is too compact, the absorption rate is low, and the production process can cause great pollution. The artificial graphite is the best carburant in quality at present, but the cost is very expensive, and the environment is also greatly polluted in the production process, and all the carburants at present have the defects that the melting absorption time is long, the floating burning loss is easy to occur, and the carburant cannot be added to the upper part of an electric furnace. Even if the melting time is added, it is time-consuming and power-consuming, and the absorption rate is extremely low.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the pig iron added with the instant recarburizing agent is adopted, so that the pig iron has the advantages of increased specific gravity, difficult floating, easy melting in molten iron, low melting point of iron and melting and absorption time which is only one fifth of that of the common recarburizing agent. The aim of rapid recarburization is achieved. The problem of carbon supplement before discharge at present is solved.

Therefore, according to one aspect of the invention, an instant carburant easy to float downwards is provided, which comprises artificial crystal graphite, petroleum coke powder and pig iron, wherein the particle size is 60-65 μm, and the weight parts of the following components are included: 70-80g of artificial crystal graphite, 20-30g of petroleum coke powder and 4-8g of pig iron.

In some embodiments, the artificial crystalline graphite, petroleum coke powder and pig iron have a particle size of not more than 64 μm, including the following weight parts: 75g of artificial crystal graphite, 25g of petroleum coke powder and 6g of pig iron.

According to another aspect of the invention, a preparation method of the instant carburant easy to float downwards is provided, which comprises the following steps:

s1: weighing 70-80g of artificial crystal graphite and 20-30g of petroleum coke powder, pouring the artificial crystal graphite and the petroleum coke powder into an open container, wherein the speed of a stirrer in the container is 20-30r/min, the temperature is raised to 70-74 ℃, weighing 50-60g of electrode powder, and pouring 100-120g of charcoal powder into the open container, wherein the speed of the stirrer in the container is 10-20 r/min;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the preparation method of the easy-floating instant carburant provided by the invention adopts the pig iron added in the instant carburant, so that the proportion of the pig iron is increased, the pig iron is not easy to float, the pig iron is easy to melt in molten iron, the melting point of the iron is low, and the melting and absorption time is only one fifth of that of the common carburant. The aim of rapid carburetion is achieved, and the problem of carbon supplement before tapping is solved.
