Technical Field

The invention mainly relates to the technical field of textile fiber processing, in particular to a preparation method of high-strength absorbent cotton.

Background

The absorbent cotton is cotton with fat removed by chemical treatment, and is prepared by removing impurities from raw cotton, degreasing, bleaching, washing, drying, and finishing; the absorbent cotton is odorless, tasteless and colorless, has good water absorption, soft, slender fibers, whiteness and elasticity, is easy to delaminate, and does not contain harmful impurities such as acid, alkali and the like. However, many absorbent cottons sold in the market at present reduce the strength of cotton fibers in the repeated acid-base degreasing and treatment processes, and are easy to desquamate in the using process, and if the desquamated absorbent cottons are infected with wounds, allergy or inflammation is easy to cause, so that the using safety is reduced.

The prior patent document CN106245254A discloses a method for manufacturing absorbent cotton, which comprises treating cotton piece with strong alkali sodium hydroxide solution, bleaching agent, 85% concentrated sulfuric acid and 15% concentrated hydrochloric acid, etc. to remove fat, protein and ash in the cotton piece, but the strength of cotton fiber is obviously reduced, and the application range of the absorbent cotton is limited due to the desquamation phenomenon during use.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to make up for the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a preparation method of high-strength absorbent cotton.

A preparation method of high-strength absorbent cotton comprises the following steps:

(1) cleaning: placing cotton fibers in a detergent solution, carrying out ultrasonic washing at 45-55 ℃ and 27-29 kHz for 40-50 min, replacing the detergent solution, repeating ultrasonic washing for 2-3 times, washing with clear water to remove impurities in the cotton fibers fully, and avoiding non-uniformity of internal and external treatment of cotton sheets caused by the fact that the cotton sheets are prepared and then treated in the traditional method to obtain cleaning cotton;

(2) fermentation: placing the cleaned cotton in a white granulated sugar solution with the mass concentration of 4-5%, inoculating Angel wine yeast, uniformly mixing, fermenting at 32-34 ℃ for 60-72 h, reducing macromolecular nutritional ingredients such as fat and protein mixed in the cotton fiber, soaking by a small amount of alcohol generated in the fermentation process, dissolving out alcohol-soluble impurity ingredients in the cotton fiber, tightly combining cellulose and lignin, improving the whiteness and strength of the cotton fiber, taking out, and washing with clear water to obtain fermented cotton;

(3) enzymolysis: soaking fermented cotton in a composite enzymatic hydrolysate, stirring and performing enzymolysis for 2-3 hours at 50-55 ℃, adding lipase, glucose oxidase and pectinase into the composite enzyme, further reducing residual fat, glucose and a small amount of pectin remained in cottonseed hulls after fermentation, further improving the degreasing rate and whiteness of cotton fibers, making the cotton fibers softer, taking out, soaking in a protease solution, stirring and performing enzymolysis for 90-120 min at 60-65 ℃, decomposing a small amount of possibly residual protein, further improving the whiteness of the cotton fibers, preventing the oxidation and yellowing of the cotton fibers in the storage and use processes, prolonging the shelf life of the cotton wool, taking out, cleaning with clear water, and drying to obtain the enzymatic hydrolyzed cotton;

(4) molding: the enzymatic cotton is finished and tabletted to form, so that the packaging and the use are convenient, and the absorbent cotton sheet is obtained;

(5) packaging: the absorbent cotton sheets are cut, sterilized, packaged and inspected according to specifications, the practicability of the absorbent cotton is improved, the application range of the absorbent cotton is expanded, and the high-strength flame-retardant absorbent cotton is obtained.

And (3) carrying out secondary activation on the Angel wine yeast in the step (2) to obtain the inoculation amount of 2-3%.

The composite enzymolysis liquid in the step (3) is prepared from the following enzyme preparations in parts by weight, wherein the mass percentage concentration of the enzyme preparation is 0.06-0.08%: 37-39 parts of lipase, 22-24 parts of glucose oxidase and 5-7 parts of pectinase.

The protease solution in the step (3) is one or a mixture of more of bromelain, pepsin and pectic protease, and the mass percentage concentration of the protease solution is 0.05-0.07%.

And (4) drying in the step (3), namely drying at 45-55 ℃ until the water content is 25-30%, and then freeze-drying until the water content is 0-8%.

And (3) freeze-drying, wherein the freezing temperature is-42 to-44 ℃, and the shelf heating temperature is 36 to 38 ℃.

The high-strength absorbent cotton prepared by the preparation method is high in strength.

The invention has the advantages that: the preparation method of the high-strength absorbent cotton provided by the invention is simple, no toxic or harmful chemical reagent is used in the preparation process, the health of consumers can be protected in the preparation and use processes, no sewage is generated, the preparation method is more green and environment-friendly, the cotton fibers in the prepared absorbent cotton are not corroded and damaged by strong acid and strong alkali, the fiber strength is high, the phenomena of desquamation and powder falling cannot occur in the use process, the high-strength absorbent cotton can be used for wound treatment, the symptoms such as allergy and inflammation are avoided, and the use is safer and healthier; the cotton fibers are repeatedly cleaned by using a detergent solution, impurities in the cotton fibers are fully removed, and the problem that the inside and outside treatment of the cotton sheets is uneven due to the fact that the cotton sheets are prepared and then treated in the traditional method is solved; then the cleaning cotton is placed in fermentation liquor and is fermented by Angel wine yeast, so that macromolecular nutrient components such as fat and protein mixed in the cotton fiber can be reduced, and alcohol-soluble impurity components in the cotton fiber can be dissolved out by soaking with a small amount of alcohol generated in the fermentation process, so that the cellulose and lignin are tightly combined, and the whiteness and the strength of the cotton fiber are improved; placing the fermented cotton fibers in a complex enzyme solution for soaking, adding lipase, glucose oxidase and pectinase into the complex enzyme solution, further reducing the residual fat and glucose after fermentation and a small amount of pectin remained in cottonseed hulls, further improving the degreasing rate and whiteness of the cotton fibers, enabling the cotton fibers to be softer, then placing the cotton fibers in a protease solution for treatment, decomposing a small amount of possibly residual protein, further improving the whiteness of the cotton fibers, preventing the oxidation yellowing of the cotton fibers in the storage and use processes, and prolonging the shelf life of the absorbent cotton; then the absorbent cotton is prepared into cotton sheets according to the traditional method, which is convenient for packaging and use; then packaging and sterilizing the absorbent cotton, improving the practicability of the absorbent cotton and expanding the application range of the absorbent cotton.
