Background

The opening and closing part of the elastic seat seal gate valve is a gate plate, the moving direction of the gate plate is vertical to the fluid direction, and the gate valve can only be fully opened and fully closed and cannot be adjusted and throttled. The gate has two sealing surfaces, and the two sealing surfaces of the gate valve in the most common mode form a wedge shape and a wedge angle which are different along with the parameters of the valve. The gate plate of the wedge gate valve can be made into a whole, namely a rigid gate plate; the gate plate can also be made into a gate plate capable of generating micro deformation so as to improve the manufacturability of the gate plate and compensate the deviation of the angle of the sealing surface in the machining process, and the gate plate is called an elastic gate plate. The elastic seat seal gate valve is also called a lifting rod gate valve (also called an open rod gate valve). Usually, the lifting rod is provided with trapezoidal threads, and the rotating motion is changed into the linear motion, namely the operation torque is changed into the operation thrust force through a nut at the top end of the valve and a guide groove on the valve body. When the valve is opened, the passage of fluid is completely open when the gate plate is lifted to a height equal to 1:1 times the gate diameter, but this position is not monitored during operation. In actual use, the vertex of the valve rod is used as a mark, namely, the opening and closing position is used as the full opening position. To account for the occurrence of lock-up due to temperature changes, the valve was opened to the top position and then reversed 1/2-1 cycles to assume the fully open valve position. Thus, the fully open position of the valve is determined by the position (i.e., stroke) of the gate.

The existing elastic seat seal gate valve is often influenced by the fact that the rotation angle is not in place to transfer materials at the maximum flow rate in the use process; or the valve plate is not completely closed, so that leakage of partial materials is caused, and a user can not observe whether the position adjustment is in place when the valve plate is controlled externally, so that great inconvenience is brought to the user.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the above defects in the prior art, embodiments of the present invention provide a high-sealing elastic seat-sealed gate valve, in which a valve rod clockwise drives a valve plate to rotate, a positioning rod rotates to the lowest position of a relative position in an adjusting groove, so as to drive the height of the relative position of a main body plate in a steering groove to be reduced, and the bottom end of a driving plate extrudes a sealing gasket, thereby ensuring the sealing performance in a closed state, facilitating the use to determine the optimal rotation angle in two states of opening and closing, and only needing to rotate clockwise and counter-clockwise until the gate valve cannot continue to rotate.
