背景技术

假发原材料在经过开料和拉尖蓬松后，根据发型设计出清晰明确的图纸，工人们就根据图纸的长度和重量进行磅发。

传统的电子秤上是将假发直接放置在托盘上，然后秤完后，人工从托盘上取下来。但是由于假发发丝较小，通常会出现少许假发发丝残留在托盘上的现象，需要工人再次从托盘上取下，耽误磅发的工作效率。

发明内容

为解决上述问题，本发明提供一种磅发后假发不易残留在托盘上的电子秤。

本发明的具体方案为：一种便于取发的磅发装置，具有电子秤，其特征在于：所述电子秤的上部具有用于放置假发的托盘，所述托盘上加装有托杆，所述托盘上加装托杆后，电子秤显示为零。

进一步的，托盘在电子秤上水平放置，在托盘的一侧盘边加装有托杆。

本发明解决了传统磅发结束后，容易在托盘上残留发丝进而影响生产效率的问题，在托盘上直接加装托杆，称重时，将假发的发端放置在托杆上，然后直接从托杆上取下，大大提高了磅发的作业效率。
