Background

The corrugated pipe is a tubular elastic sensitive element which is formed by connecting foldable corrugated sheets along the folding and stretching direction. The corrugated pipe has wide application in instruments and meters, and is mainly used as a measuring element of a pressure measuring instrument to convert pressure into displacement or force. The corrugated pipe has thin pipe wall and high sensitivity, and the measurement range is from tens of Pa to tens of MPa. Its open end is fixed, its sealed end is in free state, and its elasticity is increased by using auxiliary helical spring or reed. When working, the pipe is extended along the length direction under the action of internal pressure, so that the movable end generates displacement in a certain relation with the pressure. The movable end drives the pointer to directly indicate the pressure. Bellows are often combined with displacement sensors to form pressure sensors that output an electrical quantity, sometimes also acting as isolation elements.

During the manufacturing process, the corrugated pipe needs to be vacuumized and filled with helium gas, and then sealed, so that the corrugated pipe can be connected with other elements for use. At present, most of corrugated pipes are separately treated when the corrugated pipes are vacuumized, filled with helium and sealed, air is easy to leak from the corrugated pipes when the corrugated pipes are filled with the helium, air exists in the corrugated pipes, and the corrugated pipes become defective products, and the production efficiency of each process is low due to independent operation.

The invention aims to provide a vacuum helium-filling air-sealing device for a corrugated pipe, which aims to solve the problems that the production efficiency of each process of the existing corrugated pipe is low due to independent operation and the corrugated pipe is easy to leak gas during helium filling.

the vacuumizing mechanism and the helium filling mechanism are respectively communicated with the metal pipe through pipelines and are respectively used for vacuumizing the corrugated pipe and filling helium;

the downward pressing sealing mechanism is positioned above the metal pipe and used for punching the metal pipe so as to seal the corrugated pipe;

the control box can control the vacuumizing mechanism, the helium filling mechanism and the pressing sealing mechanism to work in sequence, so that automatic production is realized.

Optionally, a corrugated pipe frame is arranged on the workbench and used for placing a pipe body of the corrugated pipe; and the workbench is also provided with a stamping groove which is positioned below the metal pipe.

Optionally, the vacuum pumping mechanism includes a vacuum pump, a vacuum tube and a sealing interface, and two ends of the vacuum tube are respectively communicated with the vacuum pump and the sealing interface; the sealing interface is fixedly connected to the workbench and used for connecting the vacuum tube and the metal tube.

Optionally, the helium filling mechanism comprises a helium tank, a helium pipe and a pressure gauge; two ends of the helium pipe are respectively communicated with the helium bottle and the sealing interface; the pressure gauge is positioned at the top end of the helium bottle, and the residual amount of helium in the helium bottle is judged by detecting the pressure value of the pressure gauge.

The present invention provides a bellows vacuum helium-filled hermetic sealing device, which is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. Advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and from the claims. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.
