Although the water wax is simple to use and easy to automate, the water wax has the following defects: firstly, the polishing quality is relatively poor due to the relatively low concentration; secondly, because the polishing wheel rotates at a high speed, the sprayed wax is difficult to adhere to the polishing wheel, and because the wax gun needs to cover the whole product and needs a position (more than 30CM) far away from the product, most of the polishing wax is thrown away by the polishing wheel or directly sprayed to other places by the wax gun, so that the waste is serious, and the polishing consumable result is high. Secondly, adding solid wax, sticking the wax on a polishing wheel by using a solid wax rod, and grinding and melting the wax rod in the polishing wheel by using the polishing wheel rotating at a high speed. The solid wax mode is used, the polishing wax has high utilization rate and good polishing quality, but the wax rod needs to be attached to the polishing wheel, and the polishing wheel rotates at high speed and is worn, so that the wax adding device is complex and high in cost. And because the length of the wax rod is usually not more than 50CM, the wax rod needs to be replaced frequently, and the manpower result is increased.

The wax storage tank comprises a tank body and a tank cover for covering the tank body, and the tank body is provided with a wax adding opening, a first valve for controlling the wax adding opening to be opened and closed, a first wax outlet and a second valve for controlling the first wax outlet to be opened and closed; the tank cover is provided with a first air inlet, a first safety valve and a first material level detection mechanism for detecting the storage condition of the paste polishing wax in the wax storage tank, the first air inlet is connected with the external air source, and the tank body and the tank cover are installed through a lock catch; the control system comprises a PLC controller, a pneumatic electromagnetic valve controlled by the PLC controller and a third regulating valve; the wax adding device is connected with the pneumatic electromagnetic valve and the third regulating valve in sequence through pipelines and then is connected with an external air source. The pressure device is a screw pump, and the screw pump comprises a screw pump body, a first servo motor, a third one-way valve and a back pressure valve, wherein the first servo motor, the third one-way valve and the back pressure valve are controlled by the PLC and are used for controlling the screw pump body; the inlet of the screw pump body is connected with the first wax outlet of the wax storage tank through a pipeline; a pipeline between the first wax outlet and the inlet of the screw pump body is sequentially connected with a fourth manual ball valve, a second filter valve, a fourth one-way valve and a fifth manual ball valve, and the outlet of the fourth one-way valve points to the inlet of the screw pump body; the outlet of the screw pump body is connected with the wax adding device through the third one-way valve, and the outlet of the third one-way valve points to the wax adding device; the wax storage tank is further provided with a fifth one-way valve, one end of the back pressure valve is connected to a pipeline between the third one-way valve and the wax adding device, the other end of the back pressure valve is connected with the fifth one-way valve, and the outlet of the fifth one-way valve points to the wax storage tank. Rated torque and rotating speed are output through the first servo motor, the output pressure of the paste polishing wax is kept stable, if the pipeline pressure is too high or a wax adding device is blocked, the back pressure valve is automatically opened, the paste polishing wax flows back to the wax storage tank, and the paste polishing wax is alarmed, shut down and overhauled.

The wax adding device comprises an automatic spray gun, a fixed support for installing and fixing the automatic spray gun and a lifting device for driving the fixed support to lift; the lifting device comprises a transmission mechanism, a ball screw assembly, a second servo motor controlled by a PLC (programmable logic controller) and a guide bearing module controlled by the ball screw assembly to realize a lifting function; the automatic spray gun is arranged at the upper end of the adjusting arm, the lower end of the adjusting arm is rotatably arranged on the spray gun fixing seat, the spray gun fixing seat is arranged on the guide bearing module, the transmission mechanism is respectively connected with the second servo motor and the ball screw assembly and is driven by the second servo motor to drive the ball screw assembly to run, and the guide bearing module is driven by the ball screw assembly to realize lifting; the feed inlet of the automatic spray gun is connected with the pressure device, and the gas inlet of the automatic spray gun is connected with the pneumatic electromagnetic valve. The wax adding device executes a program command of a PLC (programmable logic controller) through a second servo motor to finish the spraying action, and the spraying speed can be controlled to adjust the coverage of the paste polishing wax according to different heights and shapes of products.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

The pressure device is a pressure barrel 2, and the pressure barrel 2 comprises a barrel body and a barrel cover covering the barrel body; the barrel body is provided with a second wax outlet 21 and a third valve for controlling the opening and closing of the second wax outlet 21, a pneumatic three-way valve 3 is arranged outside the second wax outlet 21, and the ports of the pneumatic three-way valve 3 are respectively connected with the first wax outlet 12 of the wax storage tank 1, the second wax outlet 21 of the pressure barrel 2 and the wax adding device; the barrel cover is provided with a second air inlet, a second safety valve 22, a second regulating valve 23 and a second material level detection mechanism 24 for detecting the storage condition of the paste polishing wax in the pressure barrel 2, and the second air inlet is connected with the external air source 6; the barrel body and the barrel cover are arranged through a lock catch; one end of the second regulating valve 23 is connected with the second air inlet, the other end of the second regulating valve is connected into a pipeline between the third regulating valve 8 and the external air source 6, the external air source 6 comprises a positive pressure air source and a negative pressure air source, and the positive pressure air source and the negative pressure air source are controlled and switched through the control system. The positive pressure air source and the negative pressure air source can keep positive pressure or negative pressure in the pressure barrel 2. The second safety valve 22 serves as a safety device for pressure relief protection when the pressure in the pressure tank 2 is too high.

The second material level detecting mechanism 24 comprises a second material loading level sensor 241 and a second material unloading level sensor 242, the second material loading level sensor 241 and the second material unloading level sensor 242 are fixedly connected to the barrel cover, the lower ends of the second material loading level sensor 241 extend into the barrel body, and the height of the lower end of the second material loading level sensor 241 is higher than that of the lower end of the second material unloading level sensor 242; a second sealing ring is arranged at the mounting connection part of the barrel body and the barrel cover; the barrel cover is also provided with a pneumatic ball valve 25; a pipeline between the first wax outlet 12 and the pneumatic three-way valve 3 is sequentially connected with a second manual ball valve 9, a first filter valve 10, a first one-way valve 20 and a third manual ball valve 30, and the outlet of the first one-way valve 20 points to the pneumatic three-way valve 3; and a second one-way valve 40 is arranged on a pipeline between the pneumatic three-way valve 3 and the wax adding device, and the outlet of the second one-way valve 40 points to the wax adding device. The second material loading level sensor 241 and the second material unloading level sensor 242 are used to detect whether the pressure barrel 2 is full or used up. The arrangement of the second sealing ring can ensure the airtightness in the pressure barrel 2.

The wax adding device comprises an automatic spray gun 51, a fixed support 52 for installing and fixing the automatic spray gun 51 and a lifting device for driving the fixed support 52 to lift; the lifting device comprises a transmission mechanism 54, a ball screw assembly 55, a second servo motor 53 controlled by a PLC controller, and a guide bearing module 56 controlled by the ball screw assembly 55 to realize the lifting function; the fixed bracket 52 comprises a spray gun fixed seat and an adjusting arm, the automatic spray gun 51 is arranged at the upper end of the adjusting arm, the lower end of the adjusting arm is rotatably arranged on the spray gun fixed seat, the spray gun fixed seat is arranged on a guide bearing module 56, a transmission mechanism 54 is respectively connected with a second servo motor 53 and a ball screw assembly 55 and is driven by the second servo motor 53 to drive the ball screw assembly 55 to run, and the guide bearing module 56 is driven by the ball screw assembly 55 to realize lifting; the feed inlet of the automatic spray gun 51 is connected with a pressure device, and the gas inlet of the automatic spray gun 51 is connected with the pneumatic electromagnetic valve 7. The wax adding device executes a PLC program command through the second servo motor 53 to finish the spraying action, and the spraying speed can be controlled according to different heights and different shapes of products to adjust the coverage of the paste polishing wax. In the lifting device of the embodiment, the transmission mechanism 54 can select a synchronizing wheel and a synchronizing belt, the ball screw assembly 55 comprises a screw rod, a guide nut installed on the screw rod, positioning plates at two ends of the screw rod, and the screw rod is linked with the second servo motor 53 through the synchronizing wheel and the synchronizing belt of the transmission mechanism 54, which are conventional technologies, and therefore, specific analysis is not performed. The guide bearing module 56 is a platform structure for mounting the spray gun fixing seat, is connected with a nut in the ball screw assembly 55, and rotates along with the ball screw to realize the lifting function.

Example 2

Referring to fig. 3, another automatic wax adding system for pots, embodiment 2 is different from embodiment 1 in that: the pressure device is a screw pump 4, and the screw pump 4 comprises a screw pump body 41, a first servo motor 42, a third one-way valve 43 and a back pressure valve 44, wherein the first servo motor 42, the third one-way valve 43 and the back pressure valve 44 are controlled by a PLC (programmable logic controller) and are used for controlling the screw pump body 41; the inlet of the screw pump body 41 is connected with the first wax outlet 12 of the wax storage tank 1 through a pipeline; a pipeline between the first wax outlet 12 and the inlet of the screw pump body 41 is sequentially connected with a fourth manual ball valve 50, a second filter valve 60, a fourth one-way valve 70 and a fifth manual ball valve 80, and the outlet of the fourth one-way valve 70 points to the inlet of the screw pump body 41; the outlet of the screw pump body 41 is connected with the wax adding device through a third one-way valve 43, and the outlet of the third one-way valve 43 points to the wax adding device; the wax storage tank 1 is also provided with a fifth one-way valve 19, one end of a backpressure valve 44 is connected to a pipeline between the third one-way valve 43 and the wax adding device, the other end of the backpressure valve is connected with the fifth one-way valve 19, and the outlet of the fifth one-way valve 19 points to the wax storage tank 1. The output pressure of the paste polishing wax is kept stable by the output rated torque and the rotation speed of the first servo motor 42, and if the pipeline pressure is too high or the wax adding device is blocked, the backpressure valve 44 is automatically opened and flows back to the wax storage tank 1, and the alarm is given to stop the machine for maintenance.

In this embodiment, the automatic spray gun 51 belongs to a commercially available product, and is a common product in the field of spraying in the prior art, and therefore, the detailed structure of the spray gun is not analyzed. The automatic spray gun 51 can be selected from: an automatic spray gun 51 for bright WA-101-ZP ceramic spraying, an automatic spray gun 51 for bright WA-200-ZP ceramic spraying, a bright LPA-200 low-pressure automatic spray gun 51, a bright LPA-101 low-pressure automatic spray gun 51 or a Japanese technical Chengning WA-101 automatic spray gun 51 shuttle line spray gun (several models are available). Automatic spray gun 51 includes that the feed inlet, atomizing connect the gas port, spray gun switch connect the gas port, and the feed inlet is connected with pressure bucket 2 or screw pump 4, and the spray gun switch connects the gas port to be connected with external air supply 6 through pneumatic solenoid valve 7, and the atomizing connects the gas port to be connected with the atomizer, and automatic spray gun 51 can predetermine feed pressure and atomizing atmospheric pressure, and the adjustment spray gun range of spouting is through pneumatic solenoid valve 7 control spray gun beat. The position and the angle of the spray gun are realized by adjusting the adjusting arm, so that the spray gun can spray wax on the product at a more proper position and angle.

In this embodiment, the PLC controller of the control system is connected to the first material level detecting mechanism 14, the second material level detecting mechanism 24, each safety valve, each regulating valve, the first servo motor 42, and the second servo motor 53, and executes a preset program logic, performs a designated action and state by signal feedback of each execution unit, detects the amount of the paste polishing wax inside the two material level detecting mechanisms, and determines whether the paste polishing wax is in an execution working state or a material supplement state. The lifting device controls the second servo motor 53 to perform circular work to a designated position through the PLC controller. The automatic spray gun 51 outputs a signal to the pneumatic electromagnetic valve 7 through the PLC controller to open or close the automatic spray gun 51.
