5. The device according to claims 3 and 4, wherein the diodes of the diode resistor network of the patient catheter are arranged anti-parallel to the diodes of the diode resistor network of the patient connector.

6. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cassette system with flexible tube assembly comprises a patient line provided with a contact line.

7. Device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the cartridge system with flexible tube assembly comprises a cartridge part, which is provided with contact points on a surface of the cartridge part.

8. Device according to one of claims 3 to 7, characterized in that the measuring device is designed to measure the resistance of the diode resistance network of the patient catheter and to derive a disconnection of the patient if the resistance is infinite.

9. Device according to one of claims 3 to 8, characterized in that the measuring device is designed to measure the resistance of the diode resistance network of the patient connector and to derive a locked patient connector if a short circuit is measured.

10. Device according to one of claims 4 to 8, characterized in that the measuring device is designed to measure the insufficiency of the resistance of the diode resistance network of the patient connector and to conclude the removal of the patient connector.

11. Device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the measuring means are designed to derive the type of the cartridge system with flexible tube assembly by detecting electrical properties of the cartridge system with flexible tube assembly.

12. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the measuring device is designed to perform the measurement in an automated manner.

13. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a display device is provided, to which the measuring device is connected and which is designed to output the result of the measurement determined by the measuring device or any information based on the result of the measurement.

14. Dialysis machine, in particular peritoneal dialysis machine, characterized in that it is provided with a device according to one of claims 1 to 13.
