Technical Field

The present invention relates to a mixing container capable of reliably supplying a desired amount of a mixing target substance to the mixing target substance in a container body, and a spray container using the mixing container.

Background

In recent years, for example, household detergents and the like have been widely used by changing the concentration of a solution thereof depending on the purpose of use.

In this case, the user needs to measure and mix the detergent in the form of powder or liquid with water or the like using a measuring probe or the like according to the purpose of use.

When such an adjusted aqueous solution or the like is used in the spray container, an operation of transferring the measured solute and solvent to the spray container is also required.

However, since the opening of the injection container is generally narrow, there is a possibility that the measured solute or solvent may leak out by mistake when transferred to the injection container, and this operation is extremely complicated.

In order to avoid the above-described situation, it is also conceivable to transfer the solute and the solvent after metering to a spray container after mixing them in another container and adjusting the mixed liquid, but in this case, secondary work is required, which makes the operation complicated.

Prior art documents having the same problem as that of the present invention are not found at present, but the following are known as prior arts in the related art.

Patent document 1 discloses the following discharge container: a flowable material such as a liquid is hermetically contained in a pressure-resistant container under a pressurized state under the name of "pressurized discharge container of the flowable material", and the pressure-resistant container is unsealed if necessary to discharge the flowable material to the outside.

For example, fig. 5 of patent document 1 discloses a structure for opening a package stored in a pressure container by an external operation.

Further, fig. 6 of patent document 1 discloses a structure in which the stored materials stored in a plurality of regions partitioned in the pressure vessel are simultaneously unsealed and mixed by an operation from the outside.

According to the configuration disclosed in patent document 1 described above, the package material previously stored in the container and the stored materials stored in the plurality of areas partitioned in the container can be unsealed and supplied into the container by an external operation.

Patent document 2 discloses the following pump type liquid detergent refill container: the name of "pump type liquid detergent refill container with a dividable container portion" can provide a wide opening portion for replacement and refilling, and also facilitates replacement of other types of detergents.

The invention disclosed in patent document 2 is characterized in that the filling container body can be divided and separated in the vertical direction by screwing or fitting in the body portion.

According to the invention disclosed in patent document 2 having the above configuration, since the opening portion divided and separated in the filling container main body can be made wide, the new liquid detergent to be filled and injected can be replaced and refilled without leaking. In particular, when replacing other types of liquid detergents or the like with the filling container body, the liquid detergents or the like remaining in the filling container body can be easily removed and cleaned from the wide opening. As a result, the operation of replacing the liquid detergent of another type with the filling container body becomes easy. In the invention disclosed in patent document 2, the main body of the filling container can be divided and separated from each other, and therefore, the filling container can be repeatedly and continuously used, and the handling thereof is easy, so that a comfortable feeling of use can be obtained. Further, according to the invention disclosed in patent document 2, the manufacturing cost is also inexpensive.

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

According to the configuration disclosed in patent document 1, a plurality of stored materials stored in a container body in a separated state can be unsealed and mixed in the container body by an operation from the outside.

However, a specific configuration for unsealing and leading out only a desired one of a plurality of stored items stored in a container body in a separated state by an operation from the outside to the container body is neither disclosed nor suggested at all.

In particular, in the case of the embodiment disclosed in fig. 5 of patent document 1, the contents stored therein are unsealed by pricking with a needle. Therefore, in the case where the respective stored materials are liquid, there is no particular problem, but in the case where the stored materials are powder or granular material or solid material of molded powder or granular material, it is difficult to reliably mix the stored materials with each other after the container is opened.

In particular, in the case of the embodiment disclosed in fig. 5 of patent document 1, such a problem does not occur when the stored material is a powder or granule or a liquid, but it is difficult to reuse the container body due to its structure. Further, for example, when the mixture is a detergent and the object to be mixed is water, it is extremely uneconomical to readjust the container every time the detergent is diluted.

The invention disclosed in patent document 2 discloses that the container body can be separated from the body portion of the container body, but does not disclose at all, nor suggest any technique for unsealing and leading out only a desired one of a plurality of stored items stored in a container body in a state separated from each other into the container body by an operation from the outside.

The present invention has been made in view of the above conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a mixing container that can be repeatedly used by easily discharging a desired amount of a mixing target (powder, granule, liquid, or solid) into a container body by an external operation, and a spray container provided with the mixing container.

Means for solving the problems

The mixing container according to the first aspect of the present invention for achieving the above object includes: a container body having an opening at an upper portion thereof and accommodating an object to be mixed; at least one accommodating part which is made of flexible material, protrudes from the inner side surface of the container body to the outside, and is internally provided with a hollow part capable of being embedded and provided with a press communication package (hereinafter referred to as PTP package) from the inner side of the container body; a support part which is provided with a plate body, a leading-out hole which is communicated with the inlet of the hollow part and leads out the accommodated substance in the PTP packaging object into the container body when the plate body is arranged on the inner side surface of the container body, and clamps the edge part of the PTP packaging object by using the inner side surface of the container body and the plate body; and a holding structure for holding the support portion on the inner side surface of the container body.

In the first invention of the above-described configuration, the container body has a function of accommodating and holding the PTP package and the object to be mixed therein. In addition, the accommodating portion has a function of accommodating and holding each of the storage containers in the PTP package in the hollow portion thereof.

Further, since the housing portion is made of a flexible material, the housing portion of the housing container housing the PTP package can be pressed from the outside of the container body, thereby indirectly pressing the housing container.

The support portion has a function of holding and fixing the edge portion of the PTP package together with the inner surface of the container body. Thus, when the container is crushed from the outside of the container body, the container is prevented from being pushed out into the container body without opening the storage container housed in the container. On the other hand, since the support portion includes the lead-out hole communicating with the inlet of the container portion, when the container portion is crushed from the outside of the container body, the film for closing the stored substance in the PTP package is crushed in the lead-out hole, and the stored substance stored in the storage container is led out into the container body.

The holding structure has a function of communicating the inlet of the container with the outlet hole on the inner surface of the container body and holding the support portion.

Further, according to the first invention, the stored material stored in the PTP package is guided out to the inside of the container body by an operation from the outside of the container body.

In addition, since the PTP packages accommodated in the accommodating portion can be easily replaced after use, the first invention can be used repeatedly.

A second aspect of the present invention is the first aspect of the present invention, wherein the holding structure includes a fitting structure of the container body and the support portion.

The second aspect of the present invention having the above-described configuration has the same function as that of the first aspect of the present invention, and the holding structure has a fitting structure between the container body and the support portion, thereby having a function of accurately holding the support portion at a desired position on the inner surface of the container body. Thus, when the support portion is disposed on the inner surface of the container body, the inlet of the housing portion and the outlet hole of the support portion can be reliably communicated.

A third aspect of the present invention is the first or second aspect, wherein the container body further includes a plurality of accommodating portions arranged in series in a circumferential direction of the body portion, the support portion further includes a ring-shaped lead-out hole corresponding to each inlet of the plurality of accommodating portions, and a reinforcing member supporting the ring-shaped support portion in a hollow portion thereof.

A third aspect of the present invention having the above-described configuration specifies, in the first or second aspect, an aspect of the invention in which the container body includes a plurality of the container portions in the body portion.

In the third aspect of the present invention, the annular supporting member has a function of disposing the guide holes in line with the inlets of the plurality of accommodating portions disposed in series and in an annular shape in the body portion of the container body, and sandwiching the edge portion of the PTP package between the inner surface of the container body and the supporting member. Thus, in the third aspect of the invention, even if a certain housing portion is crushed from the outside of the container body, the contents of the storage container housed in the housing portion can be reliably guided into the container body.

The reinforcing member disposed in the hollow portion of the annular support portion has a function of preventing the support portion from being deformed or displaced when an external force indirectly acts on the support portion. Thus, when the container portion is crushed from the outside of the container body, the PTP package in the container portion is prevented from being pushed out into the container body without opening. In addition, the reinforcing member can be used as a handle for removing the support portion or for attaching the support portion when the used PTP package accommodated in the hollow portion of the accommodating portion is replaced.

Thus, according to the third aspect of the present invention, a desired number of the storage containers of the PTP package stored in the container body are unsealed, and the stored contents are guided out of the container body.

This means that, when the volume of the object to be mixed contained in the container body is constant, the concentration or content ratio of the content in the container body increases as the number of the storage containers crushed by the operation from the outside of the container body increases, and that the concentration or content ratio of the content at that time changes at a constant rate.

Thus, according to the third aspect of the present invention, the adjustment work of the plural kinds of mixtures having different concentrations or content ratios of the stored materials at a constant ratio is facilitated.

A fourth aspect of the present invention is the third aspect of the present invention, wherein the container body includes a first member having a plurality of storage portions, a second member other than the first member, and a first coupling portion that screw-couples the first member and the second member.

The fourth aspect of the present invention having the above-described configuration has, in addition to the same functions as the third aspect of the present invention, a function of forming the opening of the container body at a position close to the container body by forming the container body from the first and second members and making these detachable at the first connecting portion.

In this case, since the storage portions are located at a short distance from the opening of the container body, the PTP packages can be easily attached to the respective storage portions and detached from the used PTP packages.

A fifth aspect of the present invention is the first or second aspect, wherein the mixing container further comprises a lid body attached to the opening of the container body and provided with a first thread on an outer side surface of a vertically lower side end portion thereof, the container body further comprises a fitting recess portion formed in the opening of the container body and fitted to a vertically upper side of the support portion, a fitting receiving portion provided on an inner side surface of the container body and receiving a lower end of the holding support portion, and a second thread formed on an inner side surface of the container body adjacent to the opening, the support portion further comprises a third thread continuous with the second thread in a circumferential direction when the support portion is fitted to the fitting recess portion of the container body, the holding structure further includes a flexible portion provided adjacent to a portion of the support portion on the lower end side thereof, the portion being accommodated in the fitting receiving portion, the flexible portion tilting the support portion toward the center of the container body, and a second connecting portion to which the first thread, the second thread, and the third thread are screwed.

A fifth invention having the above-described configuration is the first or second invention described above, and specifically specifies a case where the supporting portion in the container body is disposed parallel to the central axis of the container body.

In the fifth aspect of the present invention, the vertically upper side of the support portion is fitted in the fitting recess of the container body, thereby specifying the mounting position of the support portion in the container body. This has the effect of reliably communicating the inlet of the housing portion with the lead-out hole provided in the support portion.

The fitting receiving portion provided on the inner surface of the container body has a function of inserting the vertical lower end portion of the support portion and fixing the vertical lower end portion of the support portion.

The support portion has a function of screwing the lid body to the opening of the container body in a state where the support portion is fitted into the inner surface of the opening of the container body by providing a third screw thread continuous to the second screw thread formed on the inner surface adjacent to the opening of the container body. That is, the container body, the support portion, and the lid body are integrated by screwing the first screw thread formed on the lid body to the series of screw threads formed by the second and third screw threads. At this time, the support member is pressed against the inner surface of the container body at the end portion of the cover body on the vertically lower side, and the vertically upper side of the support portion is fixed. As a result, the end portions of the support member in the vertical up-down direction are fixed, and the PTP package interposed between the inner surface of the container body and the support member is also fixed.

In this case, the inlet provided in the container portion of the container body communicates with the lead-out hole of the support portion, and when the container portion is pressed flat from outside the container body, the film of the PTP packaged item is broken in the lead-out hole, and the stored item in the PTP packaged item is led out into the container body.

In addition, in the fifth aspect of the invention, since the support portion includes the flexible portion, the vertically upper side of the support portion can be tilted to the center side of the container body so as to be restorable with reference to the flexible portion. This enables the PTP package to be attached to and detached from the storage unit.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the PTP package mounted in the container body can reliably lead the stored material out of the container body.

A sixth aspect of the present invention is the container according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, wherein the container body is further made of a light-transmitting material to an extent that the uppermost position of the objects to be mixed can be visually confirmed from the outside, and the container body is provided with scale marks that are targets of the amount of the objects to be mixed.

The sixth invention having the above configuration has an effect of simplifying the operation of accommodating a desired amount of objects to be mixed in the container body by the container body being made of a light transmitting material and having the scale marks to be the target of the amount of the objects to be mixed, in addition to the same effect as that obtained by each of the first to fifth inventions.

A seventh aspect of the present invention provides the mixing container according to any one of the first to sixth aspects, wherein the accommodating portion includes at least one protrusion protruding in a press-fitting direction of the accommodating portion on an inner surface of the hollow portion.

In the seventh aspect of the present invention, the at least one projection provided in the hollow portion of the housing portion has a function of pressing the storage container of the PTP packaged item in the hollow portion of the housing portion when the housing portion is pressed from the outside thereof to the inside of the hollow portion thereof.

An eighth aspect of the present invention includes any one of the first to seventh aspects and the injection nozzle provided directly or indirectly to any one of the first to seventh aspects.

The eighth invention of the above structure has a function of enabling the use of each of the first to seventh inventions as a spray container.

Thus, according to the eighth aspect of the present invention, the convenience and versatility of the first to seventh aspects of the present invention can be improved.

A PTP package of a ninth aspect of the present invention is a PTP package used in a mixing container having an opening formed in an upper portion and a holding structure that can attach and detach the PTP package and that can hold a storage in the PTP package in a lead-out manner, wherein a mixing target object and the storage are mixed in a hollow portion thereof, the PTP package including a storage container having a concave cross-section and made of a synthetic resin deformable by a finger operation and integrally having a flange-like edge portion at a peripheral edge thereof, an inner container having a concave cross-section and made of a synthetic resin non-deformable by a finger operation and stored in the storage container, a powdered or liquid storage stored in the inner container, and a film that seals the openings of the storage container storing the storage and the inner container.

In the ninth invention having the above configuration, the outer container, the film, and the storage are the same as the respective components constituting the conventional known PTP package, and the functions thereof are also the same. The inner container according to the ninth aspect of the present invention has a function of storing and holding the stored material in the storage container. When the storage container is pushed from the outside thereof to the hollow portion side, the inner container pierces the opening of the inner container to rupture the membrane, and the stored material is guided out of the storage container for each inner container.

Effects of the invention

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the PTP packaged item can be unsealed in the container body by an operation from the outside of the container body, and the stored item in the PTP packaged item can be led out into the container body. In this case, the shape of the stored material in the storage container of the PTP package may be either a powder shape, a liquid shape, or a solid shape.

Further, according to the first invention, after all the stored articles stored in the respective storage containers of the PTP package are used, the used PTP package can be taken out from the storage portion and replaced with a new PTP package, and the first invention can be used repeatedly.

Therefore, according to the first aspect of the present invention, when accurately adjusting the mixture having a desired concentration or content ratio in the container body, the metering operation of the mixture object (the stored material in the PTP package) by the user can be omitted by using the PTP package.

As a result, according to the first invention, the concentration or content of the object to be mixed (the content in the PTP package) can be adjusted very easily, and the container body can be used repeatedly, which has the effect of providing a container for mixing that is excellent in economy.

The second invention has the same effect as that obtained by the first invention, and has an effect of facilitating positioning of the support portion on the inner surface of the container body by providing the holding structure with the fitting structure of the container body and the support portion.

As a result, the handling of the support part according to the second aspect of the present invention is facilitated, and thus the handling according to the second aspect of the present invention is also facilitated.

A third aspect of the present invention is the first or second aspect of the present invention, wherein the number of the accommodating portions provided in the container body is specified to be plural, and the positions of the accommodating portions and the supporting portions are specified to be in the circumferential direction of the body portion of the container body.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, in addition to the same effects as those obtained by the first or second aspect of the present invention, when the user mixes the object to be mixed (the object to be mixed in the PTP package) with the object to be mixed and adjusts the mixture having a desired concentration or content ratio, the user can adjust the concentration or content ratio of the object to be mixed (the object to be mixed in the PTP package) in the adjusted mixture to a desired concentration or content ratio by simply changing the number of unsealings of the container constituting the PTP package to a desired value.

In this case, the mixture can be used for different purposes depending on the concentration of the mixture. Thus, according to the third aspect of the present invention, the operation of adjusting a mixture having a plurality of concentrations or content ratios can be accurately and easily performed.

The fourth aspect of the present invention has the same advantages as those obtained by the third aspect of the present invention, and can quickly and easily perform the operation of replacing the PTP packages used in the respective storage units with new PTP packages by forming the first member including the storage units and the second member other than the first member in the container body so as to be separable.

In addition, according to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the first member and the second member can be separated from each other, and the cleaning operation of each member is also easy.

In this case, since the sanitary state of the fourth invention can be maintained well, the safety of the sanitary surface of the adjusted mixture can be improved by using the fourth invention.

A fifth aspect of the invention specifies the arrangement direction of the containing section and the supporting section provided in the container body in the first or second aspect of the invention as a direction parallel to the central axis of the container body.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the number of the housing portions provided in the container body is reduced as compared with the third aspect of the present invention, but the diameter of the hollow portion of the container body can be reduced as compared with the third aspect of the present invention.

According to the fifth invention, the same function as that of the third invention is provided, and the effect of making it possible to manufacture a small-sized and portable mixing container is provided.

The sixth aspect of the invention has the same effects as those obtained by the first to fifth aspects of the invention, and can perform the operation of introducing the object to be mixed into the container body and the operation of measuring the object to be mixed at the same time. As a result, according to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the mixing operation of the contents of the PTP packaged item and the object to be mixed, and the adjustment operation of the concentration or the content of the mixture to a desired concentration can be easily performed.

Therefore, according to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the work of mixing the stored material and the object to be mixed in the PTP packaged objects can be performed more efficiently than the case of using each of the first to fifth aspects of the present invention.

According to the seventh aspect of the invention, when the container is pressed into the hollow portion from the outside thereof, the container of the PTP packaged item can be crushed by the projection provided in the container.

Thus, according to the seventh aspect of the present invention, even a person with weak finger strength (for example, an elderly person or a child) can easily and reliably lead out the contents in the PTP packaged item to the mixing container.

Thus, according to the seventh aspect of the present invention, the operability of the mixing container can be further improved.

Further, according to the seventh aspect of the present invention, when the contents in the PTP package are taken out into the mixing container, a part of the contents can be made less likely to remain in the container. Thus, according to the seventh aspect of the present invention, the necessary amount of the stored material can be supplied into the mixing container more reliably.

As a result, in the seventh mixing container, when the concentration of the stored material is adjusted to a desired mixture and used, the accuracy of the concentration can be improved.

Thus, according to the seventh aspect of the present invention, the convenience of the mixing container can be further improved.

According to the eighth invention, the above-described first to seventh inventions can also be used as a spray container.

Thus, according to the eighth aspect of the present invention, the convenience of the first to seventh aspects of the present invention can be further improved.

According to the ninth aspect of the invention, when the storage container of the PTP packaged item is pressed from the outside toward the hollow portion, the closing film of the PTP packaged item can be cut through the opening of the inner container, and the PTP packaged item can be guided out of the storage container for each inner container without leaving the stored item.

Thus, by using the ninth aspect of the present invention in the PTP packages used as the mixing containers of the first to seventh aspects of the present invention or the spray container of the eighth aspect of the present invention, the contents stored in the storage container of the PTP package can be supplied into the mixing container with the contents left.

In this case, when the mixture having a desired concentration is adjusted and used in the mixing container of the first to seventh inventions or the spray container of the eighth invention, the accuracy of the concentration of the prepared mixture can be improved.

Thus, according to the ninth invention, the necessary amount of the content can be reliably supplied into the mixing container without any structural improvement in the mixing container of the first to seventh inventions or the spray container of the eighth invention.

As a result, according to the ninth aspect of the present invention, the convenience of the mixing container of the first to seventh aspects or the spray container of the eighth aspect can be further improved.
