Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings.

As shown in figure 1, the invention consists of a fly cutter 4, a rolling roller 3, an adjustable spring 2, a feeding hole 1, a frame, a speed reducer and a motor. The processing process comprises the following steps: the raw materials are fed between the rolling rollers 3 through the feed inlet 1 by gravity, and are rolled for one or more times to form a semi-finished product, and then the semi-finished product enters the lower part; the conveyed semi-finished product directly enters between the secondary compression rollers below, and is compressed into a narrower and more solid plate-shaped finished product along the wood fiber direction by the second group of compression rollers. Two sets of rolling rolls all adopt the appearance of axle waist shape, and the roller middle part radius is less promptly, and both ends radius is great to form certain power to the centre in this process, prevent that the raw materials from coming off from the edge at the in-process of rolling, and arrange the grooving of certain degree of depth along the axis direction at the surface of roller, increase frictional force makes the raw materials get into smoothly between two rollers. The fly cutter 4 is provided with circumferential cutters, the shape of each cutter is a thin single-side blade shape, the upper and lower single-side blades of the cutter are matched with each other, the principle of the cutter is the same as that of a plate cutting machine, and the distance between the cutters is determined according to specific conditions.

As shown in fig. 2, the elastic spacing and pressure adjusting mechanism of the rolling roll 3 is composed of a rolling roll 3, a bearing seat 12, a spacing adjusting screw 13, a spring 10, a spring mandrel 11, a spring baffle plate 9, a pressure adjusting screw 8, a frame 14 and a bearing seat track. The spring mandrel 11 functions to prevent slippage and bending of the spring 10 under the combined action of pressure and vibration.

As shown in fig. 3, the working structure of the fly cutter 4 comprises a cutter 20, a bearing seat 19, a spring 17, a spring mandrel 18, a spring baffle 2 and a pressure adjusting screw 15, and when the spacing adjusting screw fixed on the frame is screwed to a certain position, the lowest limit position of the cutter 20 can be adjusted by limiting the position of the bearing seat 19 in the bearing seat track in the vertical direction, so as to adjust the length of a semi-finished product. When the pressure adjusting screw 15 fixed on the frame is screwed to a certain position, the compression amount of the spring 17 is adjusted by limiting the position of the spring baffle 16, and the two ends of the spring 17 are respectively fixed on the spring baffle 16 and the bearing seat 19, thereby adjusting the rolling force. When the hardness of the rolled raw material is too high, the bearing seat 19 automatically rises, the compression amount of the spring 17 is increased, the rolling force is increased, and the raw material passes through. The spring mandrel 18 functions to prevent slippage and bending of the spring 17 under the combined action of pressure and vibration.

The invention rolls the raw material by double rollers and cuts the extruded semi-finished product by double rollers. The raw material is vertically fed into the space between two rollers with adjustable space and pressure from feeding inlet, and is rolled into plate form by using preset cylindrical spring to provide pressure, and said pair of rollers can be bidirectionally rotated so as to prevent one-time rolling failure or blocking phenomenon. The plate-shaped semi-finished product obtained by the processing above enters a second pair of rollers for secondary finer rolling, and then is cut along the transverse line direction by an annular cutter to obtain a narrower block-shaped finished product.

The rolling roller of the invention rolls the raw material twice, and the fly cutter cuts the semi-finished product extruded by the double rollers. In the first step, the raw material is fed between two elastic rollers with adjustable space and pressure by gravity, and the pressure is provided by a preset cylindrical spring to roll the raw material into a plate shape, so that the pair of rollers can rotate in two directions to prevent the phenomenon of unsuccessful rolling or blocking. In the second working procedure, the plate-shaped semi-finished product obtained by the first working procedure enters between a second pair of rollers, and is extruded by two pairs of rolling rollers with narrower space to obtain a narrower plate-shaped semi-finished product. In the third procedure, the narrow plate-shaped semi-finished product processed in the second procedure is cut by a fly cutter to obtain a narrow block-shaped finished product.
