Detailed Description

5) After the cut non-woven cloth clothing breast pieces are sent to a clothing back piece conveying line, the non-woven cloth is adsorbed by a plurality of fans on the clothing back piece suction cups 15;

6) when the back clothes piece sucker 15 sucks the back clothes piece 6 and passes through the rubber band conveying device B1, the rubber band moves along the guide rail along with the sliding block, when the guide rail moves to the tail end part, the rubber band is clamped by the clamps 14 at two sides of the trouser leg parts of the back clothes piece sucker, then the sliding block resets, and when the sliding block resets to the head end, the rubber band is cut off by the scissors on the sliding block;

7) the left back sleeve piece and the right back sleeve piece which are cut are sent to a left back sleeve piece conveying line and a right back sleeve piece conveying line, a left back sleeve piece sucker 12 and a right back sleeve piece respectively suck the left back sleeve piece and the right back sleeve piece, and then the working principle of the left back sleeve piece conveying line and the right back sleeve piece conveying line is the same as that of a left front sleeve piece conveying line through a rubber band conveying device B2 and a rubber band conveying device B3; the cuffs of the left back-sleeve sheet and the right back-sleeve sheet are provided with rubber bands;

8) the left back sleeve sheet and the right back sleeve sheet are sent to a clothes back and chest sheet integration station by a sucking disc to be welded and connected with a clothes back sheet to obtain a lower clothes body;

9) and (3) feeding the upper garment body obtained in the step 4) and the upper garment body and the lower garment body obtained in the step 8) into a final assembly station, assembling the upper garment body and the lower garment body through a profiling welding table and a profiling welding head, and then cutting off rubber bands at the bottoms of the trousers to finally obtain the disposable non-woven fabric garment.
