A hydraulic safety valve comprises a valve body used for being connected with equipment, and is characterized in that an inner cylinder (2) and an exhaust channel are arranged on the valve body and used for being communicated with an exhaust port of the equipment, a first end of the exhaust channel is communicated with the inner cylinder (2), a second end of the exhaust channel is communicated with the outside atmosphere in an openable and closable manner, sealing liquid (5) used for sealing the exhaust channel and intercepting nets (6) distributed with a plurality of meshes are arranged between the first end and the second end of the exhaust channel, and the intercepting nets (6) are located between the second end of the exhaust channel and the sealing liquid (5) and cover the cross section of the exhaust channel to intercept atomized sealing liquid (5).

A hydraulic safety valve according to claim 3, characterized in that the interception net (6) is provided with a connection zone (61) for connection with the valve body and an interception zone (62) connected with the connection zone (61), one side edge of the interception zone (62) is abutted against the inner wall of the liquid seal cylinder (3) and the other side edge is abutted against the side wall of the suspended partition plate (4), and the meshes are uniformly distributed in the interception zone (62).

The invention relates to the technical field of oil product storage, in particular to a hydraulic safety valve.
Background
The hydraulic safety valve is one of the most widely used storage tank safety accessories in the petroleum industry, and is usually installed at the exhaust port of equipment or pipelines, such as the exhaust port of a storage tank. The valve of the hydraulic safety valve is internally provided with an exhaust passage, sealing liquid and an opening and closing component for opening and closing the exhaust passage. The sealing liquid is positioned on the exhaust passage of the hydraulic safety valve and used for sealing the exhaust passage. When the medium pressure in the equipment or the pipeline rises, the opening and closing component moves and opens the exhaust channel, and the gas in the equipment or the pipeline enters the exhaust pipeline through the exhaust port and passes through the sealing liquid to be exhausted into the external atmosphere so as to prevent the medium pressure in the pipeline or the equipment from exceeding a specified value. However, when the pressure in the equipment or the pipeline rises, the sealing liquid of the hydraulic safety valve can be atomized, the atomized sealing liquid is small liquid drops and can be clamped in the air flow to cause leakage or splashing, so that the sanitation around the valve body is poor, the valve body is sticky and smooth, potential safety hazards exist, the environment is polluted, the sealing liquid in the valve can be lost, the valve body is frequently required to be supplemented, otherwise, the function failure of the valve can be caused, and corresponding potential safety and environmental protection hazards are brought for production.
Therefore, how to solve the problem that the sealing liquid leaks with the air flow when the hydraulic safety valve exhausts the air outwards in the prior art becomes a problem that needs to be solved by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a hydraulic safety valve which can intercept atomized sealing liquid in an air flow during air exhaust, avoid leakage of the sealing liquid and prevent potential safety and environmental protection hazards.
The invention provides a hydraulic safety valve which comprises a valve body used for being connected with equipment, wherein an inner cylinder and an exhaust channel which are used for being communicated with an exhaust port of the equipment are arranged on the valve body, the first end of the exhaust channel is communicated with the inner cylinder, the second end of the exhaust channel is communicated with the external atmosphere in an openable and closable manner, sealing liquid used for sealing the exhaust channel and an intercepting net distributed with a plurality of meshes are arranged between the first end and the second end of the exhaust channel, and the intercepting net is positioned between the second end of the exhaust channel and the sealing liquid and covers the cross section of the exhaust channel to intercept the atomized sealing liquid.
