6. The plant growth regulating composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the degree of white spirit is 20-38 °.

7. Use of a plant growth regulating composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6 as a seedless agent in the manufacture of seedless pomelos.

8. A production method of seedless pomelo, characterized by comprising the following steps:

spraying inflorescences with the plant growth regulating composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6 before the pomelo blooms;

spraying the tassel with the plant growth regulating composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6 after the grapefruit blooms.

9. The production method of seedless pomelos according to claim 8, wherein the inflorescence is an inflorescence 5 to 10 days before flowering; the spica is 5-10 days after flowering.

10. A process for producing a seedless grapefruit according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the seedless grapefruit is a seedless golden grapefruit.

Technical Field

Background

The Jinlan pomelo is a famous pomelo variety in China, mainly produced in the west of the Yangxi and the west of Hunan, and is a special product for poverty removal and richness generation in poverty-poor mountainous areas. The golden orchid pomelo is crisp, sweet and tasty, has high fruit juice content, and is popular with consumers. At present, the great area of the Hunan Hongjiang city and the eastern Guizhou is developing. The average single fruit weight of the common golden orchid pomelo is 450 g, the number of single fruit seeds reaches more than 90, the number of seeds is more, the edible rate is reduced, and the edible quality is influenced, so that the seedless golden orchid pomelo has wide market prospect.

Current formulations of nucleants, for example: comprises an agent A and an agent B, wherein the agent A consists of gibberellin and streptomycin with the weight ratio of 1: 1, the agent B consists of gibberellin and cytokinin with the weight ratio of 1: 1, and the specific using method comprises the following steps: dissolving agent A with small amount of alcohol, diluting with water to concentration of 25-100mg/L, and dipping inflorescence before flowering; dissolving agent B in small amount of alcohol, diluting with water to concentration of 25-50mg/L, and dipping clusters 10 days after flowering. In actual production, the seedless agent formula has poor effect on grapes and the like when being applied to production of seedless pomelos due to species difference.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on this, it is the main object of the present invention to provide a plant growth regulating composition. When the plant growth regulating composition is used as a seedless agent to produce seedless pomelos, the seedless rate is high.

The main purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

a plant growth regulating composition is prepared from raw materials including gibberellin, streptomycin, liquor and water, wherein each 1L of the plant growth regulating composition comprises 80-120mg of gibberellin, 30-70mg of streptomycin and 50-70mL of liquor.

In one embodiment, each 1L of the plant growth regulating composition comprises 90-115mg of gibberellin, 40-65mg of streptomycin and 55-65mL of white spirit.

In one embodiment, each 1L of the plant growth regulating composition comprises 92-95mg of gibberellin, 41-43mg of streptomycin, and 55-57mL of Chinese liquor.

In one embodiment, each 1L of the plant growth regulating composition comprises 98-103mg of gibberellin, 45-49mg of streptomycin and 62-65mL of white spirit.

In one embodiment, each 1L of the plant growth regulating composition comprises 105-110mg of gibberellin, 55-60mg of streptomycin and 58.5-60mL of white spirit.

In one embodiment, the degree of the white spirit is 20-38 degrees.

Use of the plant growth regulating composition described above as a seedless agent in the production of seedless pomelos.

In one embodiment, the non-nucleated grapefruit is a non-nucleated golden grapefruit.

A production method of seedless pomelo, comprising the following steps:

before the pomelo blooms, the plant growth regulating composition is sprayed on inflorescences;

after the pomelo blooms, the plant growth regulating composition is sprayed on the flower spike.

In one embodiment, the inflorescence is 5-10 days prior to flowering.

In one embodiment, the tassel is 5-10 days after flowering.

In one embodiment, the non-nucleated grapefruit is a non-nucleated golden grapefruit.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

through researches on flowering habits and fruiting habits of golden pomelos for more than ten years, the inventor develops a plant growth regulating composition formula which contains gibberellin higher than streptomycin and white spirit. When the composition formula is used as a seedless agent to produce seedless pomelos, the seedless rate is high, the edible rate is high, and the weight of a single fruit is increased.
