5. A method for preparing a sterilizing and deodorizing agent for garbage according to claim 1,2 or 3, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:

(1) adding 2, 2-dibromo-3-cyanopropionamide into a solvent, heating to 40-50 ℃, and stirring and mixing;

(2) adding Brobopol into the product obtained in the step (1), and stirring and mixing;

(3) adding isothiazolinone into the product obtained in the step (2), stirring and mixing, and naturally cooling to room temperature.

Background

The annual growth rate of the garbage all over the world is 8.42 percent, and the growth rate of the garbage in China is higher than 10 percent. Worldwide, 4.9 million tons of garbage are produced each year, with nearly 1.5 million tons of municipal garbage produced each year in china alone. The accumulated quantity of domestic garbage in China reaches 70 hundred million tons. Therefore, the garbage treatment has important significance.

With the proposal of garbage classification, the environmental protection consciousness is more and more in depth, and the corresponding garbage odor is concerned by more and more people. The odor generated by the garbage not only can cause the influence of sensory level, but also contains a large amount of harmful gases, such as ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide, organic amine, organic sulfur, volatile fatty acid and the like. When the concentration is high, the health and life safety of people can be even harmed.

The odor of the domestic garbage is caused by metabolites or organic decomposition products generated by microorganisms, and the odor of the domestic garbage can be prevented if an antibacterial and mildewproof technology is adopted to kill or inhibit the growth and reproduction of the microorganisms.

The main component of the chemical deodorant on the market at present is DCMX (2, 4 dichloro-3, 5-dimethylphenol). DCMX (2, 4 dichloro-3, 5-dimethylphenol) is a representative PPCPs and is widely used as an active agent in products such as bactericides, liquid soaps, hand sanitizers and the like, and is also commonly used as a preservative in various cosmetics or coatings and the like. However, the garbage deodorant has a defect that the residual DCMX is a phenol bactericide, has the characteristics of high toxicity, difficult biodegradation and the like, and has obvious threats to human health and aquatic organisms.

The garbage sterilization deodorant is of great significance in order to eliminate the harm of the odor generated by the household garbage to the environment and the human body.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a garbage sterilization deodorant which is used for radically removing odor by killing bacteria and mould in garbage, and simultaneously, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the garbage sterilization deodorant.

A garbage sterilization deodorant comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight, based on 100 percent: 7-20% of 2, 2-dibromo-3-cyanopropionamide, 5-9% of bronopol, 4-6% of isothiazolinone and the balance of solvent.

Preferably, the solvent is any one or two of ethanol, 1, 3-butanediol, 1, 2-propanediol, polyethylene glycol, dipropylene glycol and ethylene glycol.

Preferably, the isothiazolinone is methylisothiazolinone.

Preferably, the material composition comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-15% of 2, 2-dibromo-3-cyanopropionamide, 6-8% of bronopol, 4-6% of isothiazolinone and the balance of solvent.

The preparation method of the garbage sterilizing deodorant comprises the following steps:

(1) adding 2, 2-dibromo-3-cyanopropionamide into a solvent, heating to 40-50 ℃, and stirring and mixing;

(2) adding Brobopol into the product obtained in the step (1), and stirring and mixing;

(3) adding isothiazolinone into the product obtained in the step (2), stirring and mixing, and naturally cooling to room temperature.

The invention has the advantages that:

1. the garbage sterilization deodorant provided by the invention has strong capability of killing bacteria and mould in garbage, so that odor can be radically removed;

2. the garbage sterilization deodorant provided by the invention has no odor within 5 days; the product is easy to degrade, the residual quantity of the garbage sterilization deodorant is not more than 3ppm after 5 days, the environment is not further polluted, and the subsequent fermentation treatment of the garbage is not influenced;

3. simple preparation and low cost of raw materials.
