the base support mechanism comprises four base support rods, the base support rods are arranged on the vehicle body, the two base support rods form a group of base support groups, the two groups of base support groups are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the vehicle body, and the two groups of base support groups are connected through a base connecting rod;

the plane positioning mechanism comprises four width limiting rods and a smooth surface generator, the two width limiting rods form a group of width limiting groups, the two groups of width limiting groups are respectively arranged at the front side and the rear side of the vehicle body, the two groups of width limiting groups are connected through a positioning connecting rod, the smooth surface generator is arranged at the joint of the positioning connecting rod and the width limiting groups, and the two smooth surface generators are perpendicular to the ground and face the opposite side to emit a smooth surface;

According to fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a vehicle Y reference plane positioning apparatus including a base support mechanism and a plane positioning mechanism, wherein:

the base supporting mechanism comprises four base supporting rods 1, the base supporting rods 1 are arranged on the vehicle body, a set of base supporting groups are formed by the two base supporting rods 1, the two sets of base supporting groups are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the vehicle body, and the two sets of base supporting groups are connected through a base connecting rod 3. In practice, the base support mechanism is mainly fixed with the vehicle body, and the base support mechanism cannot move in any way during adjustment so as to avoid influencing the structure of the plane positioning machine. Four base supporting rods 1 are divided into two groups and are respectively placed at the front side and the rear side of a vehicle body where features exist, so that the base supporting rods 1 are approximately symmetrical, and a corresponding cushion block is arranged below the base supporting rod 1 at the side with a relatively higher position, so that the whole base supporting mechanism is parallel to a Z reference plane of the vehicle.

The plane positioning mechanism comprises four width limiting rods 2 and a smooth surface generator 5, a group of width limiting groups are formed by the two width limiting rods 2, the two groups of width limiting groups are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the vehicle body, the two groups of width limiting groups are connected through a positioning connecting rod 4, the smooth surface generator 5 is arranged at the joint of the positioning connecting rod 4 and the width limiting groups, and the two smooth surface generators 5 are perpendicular to the ground and face the opposite side to emit a smooth surface. The base connecting rod 3 is provided with a Y-direction adjusting rod 7, and the Y-direction adjusting rod 7 is connected with the positioning connecting rod 4, so that the base supporting mechanism can support and adjust the plane positioning mechanism. In order to better adjust the overlapped part of the base supporting rods 1 in the same group, the base connecting block 6 is provided with two base sliding holes which are arranged up and down, so that the base supporting rods 1 are prevented from being influenced when being installed, the installation is convenient, and the stability of the base supporting mechanism is improved.

Still further, the base connector strut 3 is rotatable relative to the base connector block 6.

Still further, one end portions of the base support rods 1 connected to each other are overlapped. Because the size of the vehicle body changes, the base supporting rod 1 with fixed size can not meet all vehicle types, the base supporting mechanism of the invention is composed of four L-shaped base supporting rods 1, so that the overlapped part of one end of the base supporting rod 1 facing the inner side of the vehicle body can be changed according to the actual size of the vehicle type.

Further, as shown in fig. 4, a sliding block 8 capable of moving along the base connecting rod 3 is disposed on the base connecting rod 3, a rotating block 9 capable of rotating is disposed on the sliding block 8, and the Y-direction adjusting rod 7 is disposed on the rotating block 9, so that the Y-direction adjusting rod 7 can drive the plane positioning mechanism to slide back and forth and rotate along the base connecting rod 3, which is beneficial to the rapid adjustment of the present invention.

Similar to the structure of the base support rod 1, the L-shaped width limiting rod 2 enables the plane positioning mechanism to form a stable frame structure, and the width limiting rod 2 should be located outside the vehicle body to avoid collision between the vehicle body and the width limiting rod 2 when the plane positioning mechanism is adjusted by the Y-direction adjusting rod 7.

Still further, one end portions of the width limiting rods 2 connected to each other are overlapped. Further, as shown in fig. 6, the plane positioning mechanism further includes a positioning connection block 10, the positioning connection block 10 is provided with two positioning sliding holes arranged up and down, and the width limiting rods 2 of the same group respectively correspond to the two positioning sliding holes; the positioning connecting rod 4 is connected with the opposite inner side surface of the positioning connecting block 10. Similar to the structure and principle of the base connecting block 6, in order to better adjust the overlapped part of the same group of width limiting rods 2, the positioning connecting block 10 is provided with two positioning sliding holes which are arranged up and down, so that the width limiting rods 2 are mutually influenced during installation, the installation is convenient, and the stability of the base supporting mechanism is improved.

Furthermore, the width limiting rod 2 is provided with scales. According to the invention, the Y-reference plane of the vehicle needs to be found quickly, and the scales of the width limiting rod 2 can be adjusted more quickly by an operator.
