Background

The feeding and conveying device in the pressing machine comprises a second feeding support, a plurality of groups of bearing seats are arranged on two sides of the top of the second feeding support, a power roller and an unpowered roller are rotatably mounted between the bearing seats at the rear end of the second feeding support along the bearing seats at the front end of the longitudinal beam workpiece conveying direction, a rotating shaft of the power roller is connected with a second driving motor through a chain, the second driving motor is fixed at the bottom of the second feeding support, a plurality of transfer cylinders are fixed at the top end of one side wall of the second feeding support far away from a die-casting workbench at intervals, telescopic rods of the transfer cylinders face the die-casting workbench, a plurality of oil receiving discs are arranged below the power roller and the unpowered roller by the second feeding support, and an oil discharge port is formed in the bottom of the oil receiving discs.

And a plurality of vertical fastening plates are arranged on one side wall of the second feeding support close to the forging device and are fixed on the inner side wall of the forging device through the fastening plates.

Unloading conveyor includes first unloading support in the press, around being equipped with the carriage chain on the first unloading support, the carriage chain even has third driving motor, a lateral wall top that first unloading support closes on forging and pressing device is equipped with limiting plate and bottom and is equipped with a plurality of vertical mounting plates and fixes on forging and pressing device's inside wall through the mounting plate.

The outer blanking conveyor of press includes second unloading support, around being equipped with the delivery board chain on the second unloading support, the delivery board chain even has fourth driving motor, one side that the second unloading support deviates from gravity roller table device is equipped with a plurality of and pushes away the material cylinder, the telescopic link that pushes away the material cylinder just links towards gravity roller table device and has the push pedal.

The gravity roller way device comprises a plurality of inclined supports arranged on the outer side of the blanking and conveying device outside the press, a plurality of rollers are mounted on the inclined supports, a U-shaped storage frame is arranged on the outer side of each inclined support, and a rubber pad is arranged on each U-shaped storage frame.

Forging and pressing device is including setting up the forging and pressing support in die-casting workstation top, the lift cylinder is installed to forging and pressing support both sides, lift cylinder bottom is equipped with the clamp plate in die-casting workstation top.

The oiling device comprises a hydraulic pump station, an oiling chamber is arranged on the hydraulic pump station, the side, adjacent to the feeding conveying device, of the oiling chamber and the outer feeding conveying device of the pressing machine is provided with a feeding hole, the side, adjacent to the feeding conveying device in the pressing machine, of the oiling chamber is provided with a discharging hole, a plurality of conveying rollers are arranged in the oiling chamber along the direction of the feeding hole and the discharging hole, nozzles are arranged above and below the conveying rollers in the oiling chamber, the nozzles are connected with an oil supply device in the hydraulic pump station, and a filtering silk screen is arranged at the bottom of the oiling chamber.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, a workpiece is sent into the feeding and conveying device in the press from the feeding and conveying device outside the press, oil spraying and lubrication of the workpiece are completed on the way, then the workpiece is pushed into the die-casting workbench by the transfer cylinder, after pressing is completed, the workpiece is pushed onto the feeding and conveying device in the press by the transfer cylinder, the finished product material is conveyed to the feeding and conveying device outside the press by the feeding and conveying device in the press, the workpiece is pushed onto the gravity roller way device by the push plate in the feeding and conveying device outside the press, one-time working cycle is completed, the degree of automation is high, and the pressing efficiency is high.
