Detailed Description

To facilitate understanding and implementing the invention by those of ordinary skill in the art, embodiments of the invention are now described with reference to the drawings.

The invention provides a systematic and reasonable vehicle underwater ventilation technology, which solves the problems of faults and the like caused by water inlet and unsmooth ventilation of underwater parts when an automobile wades, improves the overall wading performance of the vehicle.

Specifically, the oil consumption equipment of the vehicle is divided into three major categories, namely lubricating oil, fuel oil and other auxiliary equipment oil, according to the oil consumption category of the vehicle equipment. Therefore, the underwater ventilation system for the vehicle mainly comprises a lubricating ventilation pipeline, a fuel ventilation pipeline and an auxiliary equipment air pipeline. Wherein, the ventilation openings of the lubricating ventilation pipeline, the fuel ventilation pipeline and the auxiliary equipment air pipeline are fixed on the vehicle body at a certain height away from the lowest position of the vehicle body, and the ventilation openings are communicated with the atmosphere. By the design, equipment with the same oil product is connected into one path, equipment with different oil products is connected into the other path, and the influence of oil product mixing on the equipment performance, which is inevitably generated by the equipment with different oil products connected together, is avoided.

The vent may be a single vent formed by the lubrication vent, the fuel vent, and the auxiliary equipment air, or the vent may be a vent of each of the lubrication vent, the fuel vent, and the auxiliary equipment air. The height of the vent from the lowest position of the vehicle body may be more than 1200 mm.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the lubrication vent line 7a may be formed by connecting vent holes of the wheel rim 1, the transmission 2, and the midspan 5 of the automobile in series through the vent pipe and the pipe joint 7. The lubricating oil products used by the wheel rim 1, the transmission 2 and the bridge middle section 5 of the automobile are the same.

Of course, depending on the specific equipment structure of various vehicles, if a transfer case is further provided on the vehicle, the lubricating oil used by these equipment is generally the same, and the lubricating ventilation pipeline 7a may be formed by connecting the respective ventilation holes of the wheel rim 1, the transmission 2, the transfer case 4 and the intermediate bridge section 5 in series through the ventilation pipe and the pipe joint 7.

The fuel vent line 7b may be formed by connecting a vent of the fuel tank to a vent pipe.

Of course, in some vehicles having a plurality of fuel tanks, such as the main fuel tank 3 and the sub fuel tank 8, the fuel ventilation line 7b may be formed by connecting the ventilation hole of the main fuel tank 3 and the ventilation hole of the sub fuel tank 8 in series via a ventilation pipe and a pipe joint 7.

The auxiliary equipment air line 7c is formed by connecting in series the vent holes of the auxiliary equipment 6 to be ventilated except for the equipment to which the fuel vent line 7b and the lubrication vent line 7a are connected. Other underwater auxiliary equipment 6 needing ventilation can be connected in series into one or more auxiliary equipment air pipelines according to specific conditions. Of course, the fuel vent line 7b and the lubrication vent line 7a may be connected to each other in one or more ways, depending on the particular situation.

The invention also provides a method for ventilating by using the underwater ventilating system for the vehicle, and equipment with the same oil product to be ventilated is connected in series during ventilating.

Specifically, the method may comprise: a lubrication vent line, a fuel vent line and an auxiliary equipment gas line are respectively formed.

In the above ventilation method, the ventilation holes of the lubrication ventilation pipeline, the fuel ventilation pipeline and the auxiliary equipment air pipeline are respectively arranged independently or are gathered into one.

In the present embodiment, a four-axle vehicle is shown, and the number of the vent holes and the number of the vent pipes can be increased or decreased according to the number of the actual axles.

The vehicle underwater ventilation system and the method provided by the invention provide a systematic and reasonable vehicle underwater ventilation technology, solve the problems of faults and the like caused by water inflow and unsmooth ventilation of underwater parts when an automobile wades, and improve the overall wading performance of the vehicle and the service life of the vehicle.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments, those skilled in the art will appreciate that many variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
