Technical Field

One or more embodiments of this description relate to weaving technical field, especially relate to an auxiliary device for yarn production.

Background

The yarn is a common article in the textile industry, is processed into a product with certain fineness by utilizing textile fibers, and is widely applied to weaving, rope making, thread making, knitting, embroidery and the like.

The fineness of the yarn has various specifications, and after the yarn is processed, the yarn is generally wound on a take-up roller, and when the yarn is used, the end of the yarn is pulled out, so that the yarn can be used. The take-up roll is generally cylindrical in structure, and the yarn is wound around the take-up roll and stored therein.

However, the applicant has found that the prior art has at least the following problems:

the yarn is accomodate to current wind-up roll, when not using the yarn, and the end of yarn is not effectively fixed, and when the yarn roller dropped or met other circumstances, the yarn on the yarn roller was loose easily, when carrying out the use simultaneously, need look for the end of yarn, and it is inconvenient to use.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, an object of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure is to provide an auxiliary device for yarn production, so as to solve the problem that an existing wind-up roll receives a yarn, when the yarn is not used, an end of the yarn is not effectively fixed, when the yarn roll drops or encounters other situations, the yarn on the yarn roll is easily loosened, and when the yarn roll is used, the end of the yarn needs to be found, which is inconvenient to use.

One or more embodiments of the present description provide an auxiliary device for yarn production, as shown in the figure, the auxiliary device includes a base 101, a rotatable bobbin 103 is installed on the base 101, an accommodating cavity is provided inside the bobbin 103, a guide rod 201 is installed in the accommodating cavity, the guide rod 201 is fixedly installed on the base 101, a guide sleeve 202 is elastically installed on the guide rod 201, a locking mechanism is installed on the guide sleeve 202, a vertical hole 106 is formed in a wall of the bobbin 103, the locking mechanism is matched with the vertical hole 106, a pull rope 404 is connected to a bottom end of the guide sleeve 202, the pull rope 404 is connected to a sliding seat 403, the sliding seat 403 is slidably connected to a sliding wall 401, the sliding wall 401 is fixedly installed on the periphery of the base 101, and a tying ring 408 is installed on the sliding seat. In some alternative embodiments, the guide rod 201 is a square rod, the guide sleeve 202 is sleeved on the guide rod 201, and the guide sleeve 202 is not rotatable on the guide rod 201.

In some alternative embodiments, the locking mechanism includes a compression spring 206 mounted on the side wall of the guide sleeve 202, the compression spring 206 is connected with a catch plate 207, the bottom end of the catch plate 207 is provided with a protrusion 209, and the protrusion 209 is adapted to the vertical hole 106. When the catch plate 207 moves downward until the extension 209 faces the vertical hole 106, the extension 209 extends into the vertical hole 106 under the elastic force of the compression spring 206, and the catch plate 207 is locked.

In some optional embodiments, a limiting seat 203 is disposed at the top of the guide rod 201, a return spring 205 is connected between the limiting seat 203 and the guide sleeve 202, and the return spring 205 is sleeved outside the guide rod 201. When the yarn is tensioned, the return spring 205 exerts an elastic force on the guide sleeve 202, so that the yarn is tensioned.

In some alternative embodiments, the base 101 is provided with a mounting sleeve 102, and a bearing 105 is provided between the mounting sleeve 102 and the bobbin 103.

In some alternative embodiments, a through hole is formed in the base 101, the pulling rope 404 extends out of the through hole, a protective cylinder 406 is arranged below the base 101, the pulling rope 404 passes through the protective cylinder 406, a pulling hole 405 is further formed in the base 101, and the pulling rope 404 extends upwards from the pulling hole 405 to be fixedly connected with the sliding seat 403.

In some alternative embodiments, the top end of the sliding wall 401 is bent to form a top stopper plate 402. The top limit plate 402 limits the sliding seat 403 from sliding out.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the novel yarn winding machine is used, the end of a yarn is fixed to the tying ring 408, then the bobbin 103 is rotated, the yarn is wound on the bobbin 103, after the yarn is wound tightly, the yarn is tensioned, the pulling sliding seat 403 moves on the sliding wall 401, the sliding seat 403 moves the pulling pull rope 404, the pull rope 404 pulls the locking mechanism to move, the locking mechanism moves to the vertical hole 106 and then penetrates through the vertical hole, the rotation of the bobbin 103 is fixed, therefore, the yarn is tensioned and stored, meanwhile, when the novel yarn winding machine is used, the end of the yarn is fixed to the tying ring 408, the novel yarn winding machine can be conveniently taken out, the yarn is not easy to loosen, and the taking is convenient.

While the present disclosure has been described in conjunction with specific embodiments thereof, many alternatives, modifications, and variations of these embodiments will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art in light of the foregoing description. For example, other memory architectures (e.g., dynamic ram (dram)) may use the discussed embodiments.
