After the above problems, it is generally necessary to perform yarn repair or yarn replacement work, such as: the abnormal single yarn dyeing phenomenon often occurs during yarn-dyed sizing, and the abnormal single yarn needs to be replaced at the moment; for another example: the dyed yarn needs to be replaced again when the side yarn is cracked. The yarn supplementing or changing operation is small in yarn count, requires no stop or short-time stop in the production process in principle, and can be quickly and conveniently completed, so that the production efficiency is improved. Notches with sector-shaped sections are cut in the two rotating shafts, sector-shaped blocks are movably arranged in the notches, and the roots of the upper reed and the lower reed are connected with one sector-shaped block respectively.

The middle end of the reinforcing rib on one side of the rear end support is provided with a nut, the nut is in threaded connection with a fine adjustment screw, the lower ends of the two rotating shafts extend out of the tail end of the sleeve and then are respectively connected with the fine adjustment screw through a pull rod in a pin shaft mode, and a turntable is further fixed on the fine adjustment screw.

The technical advantages of the invention are embodied in that: A. the single cone yarn can be pulled, and the yarn is conveyed to the machine table, so that necessary conditions are provided for yarn supplement, and the operation is simple and practical; B. the tension of the drawn yarn can be finely adjusted within a certain range; C. the upper reed and the lower reed are movably connected through the fan-shaped block, and the replacement is convenient.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the single yarn creel with tension adjustment function of the present invention includes a floor stand 1, where the floor stand 1 includes a front end stay 10 and a rear end stay 11 vertically disposed, and is characterized in that: the rear end stay bar 11 is provided with a plurality of hanging rods 2 along the horizontal direction and used for hanging cone yarns in a sleeved mode; the front end stay bar 10 is provided with a plurality of sets of traction devices 3 in a matching manner.

As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the traction device includes a front end bracket 30 and a rear end bracket 31, the front end bracket 30 and the rear end bracket 31 are connected through an upper side frame 32 and a lower side frame 33, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs 34 are connected between the upper side frame 32 and the lower side frame 33;

an upper reed 4 and a lower reed 4 which are made of steel and are mutually symmetrical are arranged between the front end support 30 and the rear end support 31 along the central axis direction of the traction device 3, the roots of the upper reed 4 and the lower reed 4' are respectively connected with the rear end support 31, the free ends of the small parts are mutually separated, and the middle parts are mutually attached by elasticity; the front end support 30 is provided with a front end hole 300, the rear end support 31 is provided with a rear end hole 310, and the front end hole 300 and the rear end hole 310 are arranged along the central axis of the traction device 3.

The upper reed 4 and the lower reed 4' can be made of stainless steel, the surfaces of the upper reed and the lower reed are smooth, and the cross section of the upper reed and the lower reed is approximate to a circular arc.

When the yarn is mended, the floor stand 1 is placed near the machine table, the qualified cone yarn is hung on the hanging rod 2 in a sleeved mode, the yarn is sequentially pulled through the rear end hole 310, the combination part of the upper reed 4 and the lower reed 4 ' and the front end hole 300, and the combination part of the upper reed 4 and the lower reed 4 ' generates clamping force due to the fact that the upper reed 4 and the lower reed 4 ' have elasticity, and therefore the yarn is enabled to have proper tension in the pulling process. The tension can be adjusted by adjusting the contact area of the upper spring plate 4 and the lower spring plate 4'.

The two sides of the rear end bracket 31 are both provided with sleeves 5 arranged along the vertical direction, a reed groove 50 is cut on one side of the sleeve 5 facing the axis of the traction device 3, a rotating shaft 6 is sleeved in the sleeve 5, and the roots of the upper reed 4 and the lower reed 4' respectively penetrate through the reed groove 50 and then are connected with the rotating shaft 6.

The two sets of rotating shafts 6 and the auxiliary mechanisms can work synchronously, when the two rotating shafts 6 rotate, the roots of the upper reed 4 and the lower reed 4 'are stressed synchronously, so that the pressure in the middle of the upper reed 4 and the lower reed 4' is increased or reduced, and the fine adjustment of the yarn tension is realized.

Notches with sector-shaped sections are cut in the two rotating shafts 6, sector-shaped blocks 60 are movably arranged in the notches, and the roots of the upper reed 4 and the lower reed 4' are respectively connected with one sector-shaped block 60.

The segment 60 can be drawn out of the sleeve 5, connected with the upper spring 4 and the lower spring 4 'and then inserted into the sleeve 5, and during the insertion process, the upper spring 4 and the lower spring 4' vertically pass through the spring groove 50. As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, a nut 7 is arranged at the middle end of the reinforcing rib 34 on one side of the rear end support 31, a fine adjustment screw 8 is connected to the nut 7 through an internal thread, the lower ends of the two rotating shafts 6 extend out of the tail end of the sleeve 5 and are respectively connected with the fine adjustment screw 8 through a pull rod 60 in a pin joint mode, and a rotary table 9 is further fixed on the fine adjustment screw 8.

As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 34 are connected between the upper side frame 32 and the lower side frame 33; the width of the middle part of the reinforcing rib 34 at one side of the rear end bracket 31 is increased so as to be convenient for installing the nut 7 and the screw 8; and meanwhile, the installation height of the nut 7 and the screw 8 is properly reduced, so that the fine adjustment assembly is prevented from interfering with the upper spring leaf 4 and the lower spring leaf 4'.

The turntable 9 is rotated, the fine adjustment screw 8 synchronously rotates and moves back and forth along the central axis direction relative to the nut 7, and the two rotating shafts 6 are respectively driven by the pull rod 60 to rotate in the sleeve 5, so that the root parts of the upper reed 4 and the lower reed 4' synchronously move, and the fine adjustment of the tension is realized.
