1. A device for conveying tobacco rods in a shutdown manner is characterized by comprising a tobacco rod detection unit and a tobacco rod conveying mechanism; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

3. The shutdown conveyor cigarette rod device of claim 1, wherein the first conveyor belt assembly further comprises a first brush plate having bristles thereon that abut an inner surface of the first conveyor belt on a side thereof adjacent to the fixed seat mechanism.

4. The shutdown conveyor cigarette rod device of claim 1, wherein the second conveyor belt assembly further comprises a second brush plate having bristles thereon that abut an inner surface of a side of the second conveyor belt adjacent the carriage mechanism.

5. The shutdown conveyor cigarette rod device according to claim 1, wherein the base is provided with an adjustment hole for adjusting the position of the fixing seat mechanism relative to the slide seat mechanism.

6. A cigarette packaging machine, characterized by comprising a transparent paper shaping device, a bottom plate and the shutdown cigarette conveying strip device of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the transparent paper shaping device and the shutdown cigarette conveying strip device are sequentially arranged on the bottom plate along the conveying direction of cigarette strips; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the transparent paper shaping device comprises a soldering iron and a cigarette pushing plate, the soldering iron is mounted on the bottom plate, a cigarette strip detection groove is formed in the soldering iron, the cigarette strip detection unit is mounted on the bottom plate and located in the cigarette strip detection groove, and the cigarette pushing plate is used for pushing cigarette strips towards a direction far away from the transparent paper shaping device;

the sliding seat mechanism and the fixing seat mechanism are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom plate.

7. The cigarette packaging machine of claim 6, wherein the cellophane reforming device further comprises baffles arranged on both sides of the base, ends of the baffles engaging the rod conveying mechanism.

8. A method for stopping and conveying cigarette packets based on the cigarette packet stopping and conveying device of any one of claims 1 to 5 or the cigarette packaging machine of claim 6 or 7, characterized by comprising the following steps:

judging whether the equipment is shut down;

if so, detecting whether the cigarette sticks exist in the transparent paper shaping device;

if the cigarette sticks exist, a signal that the sliding seat driving unit drives the sliding seat to move towards the direction of the fixing seat mechanism is sent, and a signal that the first transmission belt component and the second transmission belt component work is sent.

9. The method for stopping and conveying cigarette packets according to claim 8, wherein the judging whether the equipment is stopped is as follows:

and judging whether the equipment is stopped or not and stopping for a preset time.

10. The method for stopping and conveying cigarette packets according to claim 8, characterized by further comprising the following steps:

if the equipment returns to normal work or no cigarette sticks exist in the transparent paper shaping device, a signal is sent out that the slide seat driving unit drives the slide seat to move towards the direction away from the fixed seat mechanism, and a signal is sent out that the first transmission belt component and the second transmission belt component stop working.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of cigarette packaging, in particular to a device and a method for conveying cigarette strips in a shutdown mode and a cigarette packaging machine.

Background

The cigarette packing machine is used for packing cigarette packets into cigarette strips. In order to improve the packaging quality of the outer package transparent paper of the cigarette strip and avoid the problem that the outer package transparent paper of the cigarette strip is loosened, wrinkled or uneven, a transparent paper shaping device is usually arranged on a cigarette packaging machine. A common cellophane shaping device includes an iron to remove problems of the cellophane being loose or uneven by heating the cellophane with the iron.

In actual production, when the cigarette packaging machine is shut down due to equipment failure, replacement of raw and auxiliary materials and other reasons, if the shut-down time is long, the cigarette sticks which are not taken out in time in the transparent paper shaping device can be damaged by high temperature of the soldering iron, and the quality of the cigarette sticks is seriously influenced. If the tobacco strips damaged by high temperature flow into the next procedure, the labor intensity of workers is increased, the waste of human resources is caused, and the reputation of the cigarette brands of enterprises is further influenced when the tobacco strips flow into the market.

Therefore, how to provide a device capable of conveying the cigarette sticks in the transparent paper shaping device when the cigarette packaging machine stops becomes a technical problem which needs to be solved in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

One object of the present invention is to provide a new solution for a machine-stopped rod conveyor that can take away the rods in a cellophane reforming device when the cigarette packaging machine is stopped.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a stop-feed rod making apparatus.

The shutdown tobacco rod conveying device comprises a tobacco rod detecting unit and a tobacco rod conveying mechanism; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the cigarette rod detection unit is used for detecting cigarette rods in the transparent paper shaping device;

the cigarette rod conveying mechanism comprises a sliding seat mechanism and a fixed seat mechanism which are oppositely arranged at two sides of the cigarette rod channel;

the sliding seat mechanism comprises a sliding seat, a sliding seat driving unit and a first conveying belt assembly, the sliding seat driving unit is arranged for driving the sliding seat to move towards the direction of the fixed seat mechanism, the first conveying belt assembly is installed on the sliding seat, the first conveying belt assembly comprises a first belt wheel and a first conveying belt, and the surface of the first conveying belt faces towards the fixed seat mechanism;

the fixing seat mechanism comprises a base and a second transmission belt assembly, the second transmission belt assembly is installed on the base, the second transmission belt assembly comprises a second belt wheel and a second transmission belt, and the surface of the second transmission belt faces the sliding seat mechanism.

Optionally, the cigarette rod detection unit is an optical fiber sensor.

Optionally, the first transmission belt assembly further includes a first brush plate, and the first brush plate is provided with bristles abutting against an inner surface of one side of the first transmission belt close to the fixed seat mechanism.

Optionally, the second conveyor belt assembly further includes a second brush plate, and bristles abutting against an inner surface of one side of the second conveyor belt, which is close to the sliding seat mechanism, are arranged on the second brush plate.

Optionally, the base is provided with an adjusting hole for adjusting the position of the fixing seat mechanism relative to the sliding seat mechanism.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a cigarette wrapping machine.

The cigarette packaging machine comprises a transparent paper shaping device, a bottom plate and the shutdown cigarette conveying device, wherein the transparent paper shaping device and the shutdown cigarette conveying device are sequentially arranged on the bottom plate along the conveying direction of cigarette strips; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the transparent paper shaping device comprises a soldering iron and a cigarette pushing plate, the soldering iron is mounted on the bottom plate, a cigarette strip detection groove is formed in the soldering iron, the cigarette strip detection unit is mounted on the bottom plate and located in the cigarette strip detection groove, and the cigarette pushing plate is used for pushing cigarette strips towards a direction far away from the transparent paper shaping device;

the sliding seat mechanism and the fixing seat mechanism are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom plate.

Optionally, the cellophane shaping device further comprises baffles arranged on two sides of the base, and the ends of the baffles are connected with the cigarette rod conveying mechanism.

According to a third aspect of the invention, a cigarette packet stopping and conveying device based on the cigarette packet stopping and conveying device or a cigarette packing machine stopping and conveying method of the cigarette packing machine based on the cigarette packet stopping and conveying device is provided.

The shutdown tobacco bale conveying method comprises the following steps:

judging whether the equipment is shut down;

if so, detecting whether the cigarette sticks exist in the transparent paper shaping device;

if the cigarette sticks exist, a signal that the sliding seat driving unit drives the sliding seat to move towards the direction of the fixing seat mechanism is sent, and a signal that the first transmission belt component and the second transmission belt component work is sent.

Optionally, the determining whether the device is stopped specifically is as follows:

and judging whether the equipment is stopped or not and stopping for a preset time.

Optionally, the method further comprises the following steps:

if the equipment returns to normal work or no cigarette sticks exist in the transparent paper shaping device, a signal is sent out that the slide seat driving unit drives the slide seat to move towards the direction away from the fixed seat mechanism, and a signal is sent out that the first transmission belt component and the second transmission belt component stop working.

The cigarette rod conveying device during shutdown can convey the cigarette rods in the transparent paper shaping device to leave the transparent paper shaping device through the cigarette rod conveying mechanism after the cigarette packaging machine is shut down, so that the high-temperature damage of the cigarette rods which are not taken out in time in the transparent paper shaping device is effectively avoided.

Detailed Description

Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of the components and steps, the numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention unless specifically stated otherwise.

The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses.

Techniques, methods, and apparatus known to those of ordinary skill in the relevant art may not be discussed in detail but are intended to be part of the specification where appropriate.

In all examples shown and discussed herein, any particular value should be construed as merely illustrative, and not limiting. Thus, other examples of the exemplary embodiments may have different values.

It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, further discussion thereof is not required in subsequent figures.

As shown in fig. 1, the present disclosure provides a cigarette rod conveying device that includes a cigarette rod detecting unit 1 and a cigarette rod conveying mechanism.

The rod detecting unit 1 may be used to detect a rod 01 in a cellophane shaping device. The rod detecting unit 1 may be, for example, a photoelectric sensor or an infrared sensor or the like. Through the cigarette detection unit 1, whether the cigarette 01 exists in the transparent paper shaping device can be detected.

The cigarette rod conveying mechanism comprises a sliding seat mechanism 2 and a fixed seat mechanism 3 which are oppositely arranged at two sides of a cigarette rod channel.

The carriage mechanism 2 comprises a carriage 21, a carriage drive unit 22 and a first conveyor belt assembly. The carriage drive unit 22 may be used to drive the carriage 21 towards the stationary-carriage mechanism. In an embodiment, the carriage driving unit 22 may be, for example, a cylinder or a motor. In order to ensure the smooth movement of the sliding base 21, a bracket with a sliding rail can be arranged at the bottom of the sliding base 21 and matched with the sliding base 21. A first belt assembly is mounted on the carriage 21 and includes a first pulley 23 and a first belt 24. The surface of the first transfer belt 24 faces the fixed seat mechanism. The first belt pulley 23 drives the first conveying belt 24, and the first conveying belt 24 applies a force to the cigarette rod 01 contacting with the surface of the first conveying belt 24, thereby moving the cigarette rod 01 along the cigarette rod passage.

In order to secure the tension of the first transfer belt 24, the first transfer belt assembly may further include a tension pulley for adjusting the tension of the first transfer belt 24.

The holder mechanism comprises a base 31 and a second conveyor belt assembly. The second conveyor belt assembly is mounted on the base 31 and includes a second pulley 32 and a second conveyor belt 33. The surface of the second transfer belt 33 faces the carriage mechanism. The second belt pulley 32 drives the second conveyor belt 33, and the second conveyor belt 33 applies a force to the cigarette rod 01 contacting the surface of the second conveyor belt 33, thereby moving the cigarette rod 01 along the cigarette rod path.

In order to secure the tension of the second transfer belt 33, the second transfer belt assembly may further include a tension pulley for adjusting the tension of the second transfer belt 33.

When the shutdown cigarette conveying device is used, if the cigarette detecting unit 1 detects that a cigarette strip 01 exists in the transparent paper shaping device after the device is shut down, the sliding seat driving unit 22 drives the sliding seat 21 to drive the first conveying belt component to move towards the direction of the fixed seat mechanism 3. When the slide carriage 21 moves to the position that the surfaces of the first conveying belt 24 and the second conveying belt 33 are both abutted against the cigarette sticks 01 in the cellophane shaping device, along with the running of the first conveying belt 24 and the second conveying belt 33, the cigarette sticks 01 between the first conveying belt 24 and the second conveying belt 33 move along the cigarette stick passage in the direction away from the cellophane shaping device until the cigarette sticks 01 are not present in the cellophane shaping device any more.

The cigarette strip conveying device during shutdown can convey the cigarette strips 01 in the transparent paper shaping device to leave the transparent paper shaping device through the cigarette strip conveying mechanism after the cigarette packaging machine is shutdown, so that the cigarette strips 01 which are not taken out in time in the transparent paper shaping device are effectively prevented from being damaged at high temperature.

In one embodiment of the shutdown cigarette rod conveying device of the present disclosure, in order to improve the detection accuracy, the cigarette rod detecting unit 1 is an optical fiber sensor.

In one embodiment of the shutdown conveyor of the present disclosure, the first conveyor assembly further comprises a first brush plate 25. The first brush plate 25 is provided with bristles which are abutted against the inner surface of one side of the first transmission belt 24 close to the fixed seat mechanism 3. The first brush plate 25 can function to support the first conveyor belt 24, thereby ensuring efficient transport of the tobacco rods 01. In an embodiment, the first brush plate 25 may be provided with a first brush plate adjustment hole for adjusting the position of the first brush plate 25 on the slide base 21.

In one embodiment of the shutdown conveyor of the present disclosure, the second conveyor assembly further comprises a second brush plate 34. The second brush plate 34 is provided with bristles which abut against the inner surface of the second conveyor belt 33 on the side thereof closer to the slide mechanism 2. The second brush plate 34 may function to support the second conveyor belt 33, thereby ensuring efficient transport of the tobacco rods 01. In practical applications, the second brush plate 34 may be provided with a second brush plate adjustment hole for adjusting the position of the second brush plate 34 on the base 31.

In one embodiment of the shutdown cigarette rod conveying device of the present disclosure, the base 31 is provided with an adjusting hole 310 for adjusting the position of the fixing seat mechanism 3 relative to the slide seat mechanism 2. The adjustment hole 310 may be, for example, a kidney-shaped hole. The position of the base 31, and thus the position of the fixed seat mechanism 3 relative to the slide seat mechanism 2, can be conveniently adjusted by adjusting the hole 310.

The present disclosure also provides a cigarette packaging machine, which comprises a transparent paper shaping device, a bottom plate 7 and the shutdown cigarette conveying device of the present disclosure. The cellophane shaping device and the cigarette rod conveying device are sequentially arranged on the bottom plate 7 along the conveying direction (the direction indicated by the arrow in the figure) of the cigarette rods 01. The bottom plate 7 forms a tobacco rod channel.

The cellophane shaping device comprises a soldering iron 4 and a cigarette pushing plate 5. The soldering iron 4 is mounted on the base plate 7, and the soldering iron 4 is provided with a tobacco rod detection groove 40. The cigarette rod detecting unit 1 is installed on the bottom plate 7 and is located in the cigarette rod detecting groove 40. The smoke pusher 5 may be used to push the tobacco rod 01 away from the cellophane trimming device.

The slide carriage mechanism 2 and the holder mechanism 3 are respectively mounted on both sides of the base plate 7 so as to send the cigarette rod 01 out of the heating area of the soldering iron 4 of the cellophane shaping device.

When the cigarette packaging machine disclosed by the disclosure is in use, if the cigarette rod detection unit 1 detects that a cigarette rod 01 exists on the soldering iron 4 of the transparent paper shaping device after the cigarette packaging machine is stopped, the sliding seat driving unit 22 drives the sliding seat 21 to drive the first conveying belt assembly to move towards the direction of the fixed seat mechanism 3. When the carriage 21 is moved to the position where the surfaces of the first and second conveyor belts 24, 33 are both against the tobacco rod 01 on the soldering iron 4, the tobacco rod 01 between the first and second conveyor belts 24, 33 moves along the tobacco rod channel in a direction away from the cellophane shaping device as the first and second conveyor belts 24, 33 are operated until the tobacco rod 01 is no longer present on the soldering iron 4.

The cigarette packaging machine disclosed by the invention can be used for conveying the cigarette strips 01 on the soldering iron 4 of the transparent paper shaping device to leave the transparent paper shaping device through the cigarette strip conveying mechanism after the cigarette packaging machine is stopped, so that the cigarette strips 01 which are not taken out in time in the transparent paper shaping device are effectively prevented from being damaged at high temperature.

In one embodiment of the cigarette wrapping machine of the present disclosure, the cellophane reforming device further includes a baffle 6 disposed at both sides of the base 31. The end of the baffle 6 is connected with the cigarette rod conveying mechanism. The baffle 6 is arranged to facilitate the cigarette rod conveying mechanism to more efficiently convey the cigarette rods 01 on the soldering iron 4 away from the transparent paper shaping device.

The invention also provides a cigarette packet stopping and conveying method based on the cigarette packet stopping and conveying device and a cigarette packet stopping and conveying method based on the cigarette packing machine.

The shutdown tobacco bale conveying method comprises the following steps:

step S01: and judging whether the equipment is shut down.

Step S02: if so, detecting whether the cigarette sticks exist in the transparent paper shaping device. If the equipment is not stopped, the transparent paper shaping device can work normally, and the cigarette sticks can not stay on the transparent paper shaping device for a long time.

Step S03: if the cigarette sticks exist, a signal that the sliding seat driving unit drives the sliding seat to move towards the direction of the fixing seat mechanism is sent, and a signal that the first transmission belt component and the second transmission belt component work is sent. And after receiving the relevant signals, the sliding seat driving unit drives the sliding seat to move towards the direction of the fixed seat mechanism, and the first conveying belt component of the sliding seat mechanism and the second conveying belt component of the fixed seat mechanism operate to convey the cigarette packet away from the transparent paper shaping device.

According to the shutdown cigarette packet conveying method, the cigarette strips on the transparent paper shaping device can be conveyed to leave the transparent paper shaping device through the first conveying belt component and the second conveying belt component after the equipment is shut down, so that the high-temperature damage to the cigarette strips which are not taken out in time in the transparent paper shaping device is effectively avoided.

In an embodiment of the method for stopping and conveying cigarette packets disclosed by the present disclosure, the judgment on whether the equipment is stopped is specifically as follows: and judging whether the equipment is stopped or not and stopping for a preset time. The method for conveying the cigarette packets by stopping is beneficial to avoiding the cigarette rod conveying mechanism from working when the equipment is started up quickly after being stopped temporarily, thereby optimizing the conveying of the cigarette packets.

The preset time can be set according to actual working requirements. For example, the soldering iron of the cellophane shaping device can be set for a shorter preset time when the temperature is higher, and the soldering iron of the cellophane shaping device can be set for a longer preset time when the temperature is lower, which is not further limited by the disclosure.

If the apparatus is stopped and the apparatus is stopped for a predetermined time, the operation of detecting whether the cigarette rod exists in the cellophane shaping device of step S02 may be performed.

In an embodiment of the shutdown tobacco bale conveying method of the present disclosure, in order to avoid interference between normal operation of the equipment and operation of the shutdown conveyor and avoid rotation of the shutdown conveyor, the shutdown tobacco bale conveying method further includes the following steps:

if the equipment returns to normal work or no cigarette sticks exist in the transparent paper shaping device, a signal is sent out that the slide seat driving unit drives the slide seat to move towards the direction away from the fixed seat mechanism, and a signal is sent out that the first transmission belt component and the second transmission belt component stop working.

If the equipment returns to normal work or no cigarette sticks exist in the transparent paper shaping device, the slide seat driving unit drives the slide seat to move towards the direction far away from the fixed seat mechanism after receiving related signals, and the first transmission belt component of the slide seat mechanism and the second transmission belt component of the fixed seat mechanism stop working.
