1. A metal welding wire winding groove disc is characterized by comprising a winding reel, a first wire blocking side part, a second wire blocking side part and a wire starting and hanging mechanism;

the first wire blocking side part and the second wire blocking side part are respectively arranged at two ends of the winding reel, are both perpendicular to the center line of the winding reel and are arranged to limit a wound metal welding wire on the winding reel between the two wire blocking side parts;

the outer surface of the winding reel comprises a winding groove area and a smooth surface transition area, and the winding groove area and the smooth surface transition area are connected end to form the outer surface of the winding reel; the winding groove area is provided with a plurality of winding grooves along the circumferential direction of the winding reel, and the plurality of winding grooves are uniformly distributed in the length direction of the winding reel;

the wire starting and hanging mechanism is arranged at one end, close to the side part of the first stop line, of the smooth surface transition area and is set to be a wire head capable of fixing a metal welding wire.

The metal welding wire winding groove disc of claim 1, further comprising a jumper table, wherein the jumper table is arranged at one end of the winding groove area close to the side portion of the second stop line, and the jumper table is a flat-top boss arranged along the circumferential direction of the winding reel.

3. The metal wire winding slot disk of claim 1, wherein the winding slot is an inverted trapezoidal groove.

4. The metal wire spool according to claim 1 wherein each of the first and second wire trap sides has a plurality of radially disposed support ribs; the bottom of the support rib is connected with the end part of the winding reel, and the top of the support rib is fixed by the fixed coil.

5. The metal wire wound spool as defined in claim 4, wherein the support rib has a plate shape, and becomes gradually wider and thicker from the top to the bottom.

6. The metal welding wire winding slot disc of claim 1, further comprising a threading mechanism configured to secure a wire tail of the metal welding wire; the threading mechanism is arranged on the side part of the first thread stop or the side part of the second thread stop.

7. The metal wire spooling spool of claim 1 further comprising a viewing window disposed on either the first stop side or the second stop side.

8. The metal wire spool according to claim 1 wherein the spool is a hollow cylindrical structure with reinforcing ribs disposed therein.

9. The metal wire spooling groove drum of claim 8, further comprising dowel pin holes, the dowel pin holes being disposed on the reinforcing bars.

10. The metal wire winding groove disc of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the winding groove area is further provided with a smooth closing line area, and the smooth closing line area and the smooth transition area are symmetrically arranged with respect to a center line of the winding reel.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a metal welding wire winding groove disc.

Background

The metal welding wire is usually stored in structures such as a large reel, a spool, a fancy pay-off rack and the like, but the structures are large in size and inconvenient to transport, carry, use and the like. The metal welding wire spool is generally used for subpackaging metal welding wires on structures such as a large reel, an I-shaped wheel and a fancy pay-off rack into small coils so as to be convenient to transport, carry and use. At present, the metal welding wire spool is a smooth surface scroll plastic wire spool and is widely used for winding non-ferrous metal wires, various metal welding wires and various cables.

However, the smooth surface reel plastic wire spool adopts a smooth surface, which causes difficult wire winding bottoming, low wire winding efficiency and irregular wire arrangement. In the winding process of the smooth surface structure, the metal welding wires rub against each other and are scraped. In the process of rewinding, the surface quality of the metal welding wire can be greatly damaged, the wire feeding performance of the metal welding wire is greatly reduced, and the metal welding wire cannot be used in the field of high-end welding.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a metal wire winding slot disc, which can achieve automatic backing winding without manual intervention. Further, mutual friction and rubbing between the metal welding wires are avoided in the wire coiling process, and further damage to the surfaces of the metal welding wires is avoided.

The invention adopts the following technical scheme to achieve the purpose.

The invention provides a metal welding wire winding groove disc which comprises a winding reel, a first wire blocking side part, a second wire blocking side part and a wire starting and hanging mechanism, wherein the first wire blocking side part is arranged on the winding reel;

the first wire blocking side part and the second wire blocking side part are respectively arranged at two ends of the winding reel, are both perpendicular to the center line of the winding reel and are arranged to limit a wound metal welding wire on the winding reel between the two wire blocking side parts;

the outer surface of the winding reel comprises a winding groove area and a smooth surface transition area, and the winding groove area and the smooth surface transition area are connected end to form the outer surface of the winding reel; the winding groove area is provided with a plurality of winding grooves along the circumferential direction of the winding reel, and the plurality of winding grooves are uniformly distributed in the length direction of the winding reel;

the wire starting and hanging mechanism is arranged at one end, close to the side part of the first stop line, of the smooth surface transition area and is set to be a wire head capable of fixing a metal welding wire.

When the wire winding groove disc is used for bottoming, the wire end of the metal welding wire is fixed through the wire opening and hanging mechanism, the metal welding wire is introduced into the first wire winding groove which is closest to the wire winding groove disc, the metal welding wire is wound around the wire winding groove disc for one circle by rotating the wire winding groove disc and then returns to the smooth surface transition area, the direction of the metal welding wire is deviated in the smooth surface transition area, and the metal welding wire is wound into the second wire winding groove disc for one circle. And repeating the steps until the winding grooves on the winding reel are fully wound, and finishing bottoming. The process does not need manual intervention, and the metal welding wires are fixed through the winding grooves, so that friction and rubbing caused by slipping are avoided.

In the invention, the wire starting and hanging mechanism adopts the wire starting and hanging hole, and the metal welding wire passes through the wire starting hole and is bent and hung tightly by a tool.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the diameter of the winding reel is 15-20 cm, and the width of the winding reel is 8-12 cm. Preferably, the diameter of the winding reel is 16-18 cm. The length of the winding reel is 8-10 cm. The winding reel with the diameter and the width can be used for winding 6-10 kg of metal welding wires. The metal welding wire with the weight avoids the phenomenon of disc cracking caused by overload of the side parts of the two stop lines. The radian of the cambered surface formed by the winding groove area is 320-350 degrees, and preferably 330-350 degrees. The radian of the cambered surface formed by the smooth surface transition area of the winding reel is 10-40 degrees. Preferably, the radian of an arc surface formed by the smooth surface transition area of the winding reel is 15-35 degrees. The radian of the smooth surface transition area is too large to fix the metal welding wire, and the radian of the smooth surface transition area is too small to transfer the direction of the metal welding wire during transition.

According to a further embodiment of the invention, the labeling zone is arranged outside the first stop line side or outside the second stop line side.

The winding groove disc according to the invention preferably further comprises a jumper table, the jumper table is arranged at one end of the winding groove area close to the side part of the second stop line, and the jumper table is a flat-top boss arranged along the circumferential direction of the winding reel. After the winding groove disc is fully wound with the winding grooves in the first layer, the metal welding wires automatically jump on the wire jumper table and then surround the wire jumper table for a circle, and then enter a V-shaped groove formed between the metal welding wires in the first layer and are continuously reversely wound to form the second layer. The automatic reciprocating winding does not slip in the winding process, and the friction and rubbing phenomena are avoided. According to one embodiment of the invention, the top width of the flat-topped boss of the jumper table is 0.6-1 mm, for example 0.8 mm.

According to the winding slot disc of the invention, preferably, the winding slot is an inverted trapezoidal groove. The inverted trapezoidal groove is adopted, so that the metal welding wire can be conveniently wound and unwound while being fixed. According to one embodiment of the invention, the center-to-center spacing of adjacent inverted trapezoidal grooves is equal to the diameter of the metal wire. Specifically, the center-to-center distance between adjacent inverted trapezoidal grooves is 1-3 mm, for example 1.6 mm. The depth of the inverted trapezoidal groove is 0.15-0.35 mm, such as 0.25 mm.

According to the winding slot disc of the invention, preferably, the first wire blocking side part and the second wire blocking side part are respectively provided with a plurality of radially distributed supporting ribs; the bottom of the support rib is connected with the end part of the winding reel, and the top of the support rib is fixed by the fixed coil. The support ribs radially surround both end portions of the winding reel. The structure can reduce the whole weight of the winding slot disc while ensuring the strength.

According to the winding groove disk of the present invention, preferably, the support rib has a plate shape, and becomes wider and thicker from the top to the bottom. This can improve the strength of the first and second barrier side portions.

The winding groove disc preferably further comprises a threading mechanism, wherein the threading mechanism is arranged to be capable of fixing the tail of the metal welding wire; the threading mechanism is arranged on the side part of the first thread stop or the side part of the second thread stop. In the invention, the threading mechanism is a threading hole, and the tail of the wound metal welding wire passes through the threading hole and is fixed.

The winding reel according to the present invention preferably further comprises an observation window provided on the first stop line side or the second stop line side. The observation window is used for observing the winding amount of the metal welding wire on the winding groove disc.

According to the winding groove disc of the invention, the winding reel is preferably a hollow cylindrical structure, and reinforcing ribs are arranged inside the cylindrical structure. The hollow cylindrical structure is adopted, the whole weight of the winding slot disc can be reduced, and the strength of the winding slot disc is improved through the reinforcing ribs. According to one embodiment of the invention, the plurality of reinforcing ribs are uniformly arranged along the length direction of the cylindrical structure

According to one embodiment of the invention, the winding reel adopts a hollow cylindrical structure, an auxiliary cylindrical structure is sleeved in the cylindrical structure, and the cylindrical structure and the auxiliary cylindrical structure are connected through a reinforcing rib. On the premise of ensuring the strength of the winding reel, the whole weight of the winding reel is further reduced.

The winding slot disc according to the invention preferably further comprises a positioning pin hole, and the positioning pin hole is arranged on the reinforcing rib. The positioning pin holes are used for fixing the winding groove disc on the main shaft of the layer winding machine, and metal welding wire winding is carried out by rotating the winding groove disc through the main shaft of the layer winding machine.

According to the winding slot disc, preferably, the winding slot area is further provided with a smooth surface mold closing line area, and the smooth surface mold closing line area and the smooth surface transition area are symmetrically arranged relative to the center line of the winding reel. And a smooth surface mold closing line area is adopted, so that the winding reel is integrally formed by polycarbonate or polystyrene plastic and the like through an injection molding machine. According to the invention, the winding groove is formed in the outer surface of the winding reel, and the metal welding wire is automatically bottomed through the winding groove without manual intervention. According to the preferred technical scheme of the invention, the metal welding wires are fixed in the winding grooves for winding, and are wound layer by layer, and the wires are regularly arranged between layers without slipping, so that the metal welding wires are prevented from being rubbed and rubbed with each other, and the surface of the metal welding wires is effectively prevented from being damaged.
