Referring to fig. 3, in this embodiment, the two binding clip 21 are both in a "U" shape, and the cutting wheel 4 is installed in the "U" shaped groove of one of the binding clip 21, so that two limiting grooves are formed on the binding clip along the axial direction of the cable, which is beneficial to stable limiting of the cable, and the cable is conveniently cut off by the grinding wheel rotating at high speed.

The use method of the tool comprises the following steps: referring to fig. 1 to 3, an operator grasps the forceps handle 22, and outwards applies force to open the two forceps heads 21, so as to place the live cable 3 to be cut at the position of the limiting groove 6; the operator stops exerting force, the two clamp heads 21 are tensioned and closed under the action of the tension spring 7, the cutting grinding wheel 4 keeps proper cable force pressing force due to the tension of the tension spring 7, and the live cable 3 is kept clamped by the cutting grinding wheel 4 and one of the clamp heads 21; the operator loosens the clamp handle 22, the cutting grinding wheel 4 generates internal rotation power by the driving motor 5, and the grinding wheel rotates to cut off the cable to be cut.
