When the seat support tube 4 is folded, the seat support tube 7 is driven to slide backwards in the seat tube sliding sleeve 71, and the handrail tube 9 slides backwards in the handrail sliding sleeve 91 to be rotatably folded. The frame tube 3 is closed to the rear foot tube 5 until the frame is completely closed, and the closing hook 50 is buckled. When deployed, the operation is reversed.
