Technical Field

Background

In the technical field of plate production, the plate is generally packaged in a manual packaging mode. The method comprises the processes of adding a cushion block, covering a plastic film, wrapping corners, sealing a packaging tape and the like. Such a process is not only labor intensive and time consuming, but also relatively variable in quality of the packaging due to differences in the quality of the personnel. This severely limits the production efficiency of the production line.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a packaging method and a packaging system for a formed plate, which can realize automatic packaging of the formed plate and improve the production efficiency of a production line.

In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a packaging method for a formed plate material, the packaging method including:

obtaining the size of a formed plate;

determining the type of the plate according to the size;

acquiring packaging parameters corresponding to the plate from a preset database according to the model;

and selecting a corresponding packaging device to package the plate according to the packaging parameters.

Further, the selection of the tray winding device, the horizontal winding device, and the film coating device may be a combination of selection, for example, simultaneous selection of the tray winding device and the horizontal winding device, simultaneous selection of the horizontal winding device and the film coating device, and simultaneous selection of the tray winding device and the film coating device.

In another aspect, the present invention also provides a packaging system for a formed sheet material, the packaging system comprising a controller and a packaging device as described above, the controller being adapted to the packaging device to perform any of the methods as described above.
