1. A fixing device comprises a long strip-shaped base, and is characterized in that supporting handles extend outwards from two ends of the base, and a plurality of positioning parts are arranged on the upper surface or/and the side surface of the base.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a fixing device.

Background

In the medical industry, and in particular in various medical laboratories, the storage and use of various samples must have their corresponding identification numbers. However, most of the current methods rely on manual labeling and numbering of storage containers for various experimental samples or manual labeling by printing codes through a label printer. The mode firstly increases the working strength of experimenters and increases the workload; secondly, the problem that the coded information cannot be correctly matched with the sample due to wrong or unreliable pasting is easy to occur in the manual operation process. However, for realizing the automation of labeling and coding, various sample tubes needing coding in a laboratory must be fixed and positioned, so the invention aims to provide a fixing device which can fix various sample tubes so as to meet the requirements of positioning and fixing sample tubes with various specifications and can be matched with an automatic marking instrument.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides a fixing device, which is intended to provide a fixing device capable of fixing various sample tubes to match with an automated marking apparatus.

A fixing device comprises a long strip-shaped base, wherein supporting handles extend outwards from two ends of the base, and a plurality of positioning parts are arranged on the upper surface or/and the side surface of the base.

Further, the upper surface of the base is provided with a plurality of first positioning portions.

Further, the first positioning portion is a positioning hole.

Further, the first positioning portion is a positioning column.

Further, a second positioning portion is provided on a side surface of the base portion corresponding to each of the first positioning positions.

Further, the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion form an included angle of 90 degrees.

Further, the positioning groove comprises a first positioning groove and a second positioning groove which are arranged in a step mode.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the fixing device can quickly finish the fixation of sample tubes such as centrifuge tubes and the like, avoid the inconvenience caused by manually holding and pasting or printing codes, and save a large amount of labor cost;

(2) the invention can be used as an accessory of various automatic coding machines or marking machines, and is beneficial to realizing the automatic operation of coding or marking.
