The following examples are presented to enable one of ordinary skill in the art to more fully understand the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the embodiments described herein.

The production line for automatically stacking mattresses, as shown in fig. 1 to 2, comprises a transfer platform 1, a slope platform 2, a conveying platform 3, a lifting platform 4 and a stacking platform 5; the switching platform 1, the slope platform 2, the conveying platform 3, the lifting platform 4 and the stacking platform 5 are sequentially arranged in a butt joint mode.

The switching platform 1 comprises a switching seat 11, a switching conveying roller 12 and a switching motor 13; the transfer conveying rollers 12 are provided with a plurality of transfer conveying rollers and are arranged on the transfer base 11 at equal intervals along the extension direction of the transfer base 11 through rotary bearings, transmission gears are arranged at the end parts of the transfer conveying rollers 12, and the transmission gears are connected through chains; the output end of the switching motor 13 is connected to a transmission gear at the end of the switching conveyor roller 12 through a chain to drive the switching conveyor roller 12 to rotate.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: in the assembly line, the processed mattress can stay on a reserved switching platform to wait for stacking, after the automatic starting equipment, the switching motor is started to convey the mattress on the switching platform to the slope platform, the mattress is conveyed to the conveying platform through the slope driving motor of the slope platform, and when the position sensor at one end of the conveying platform senses, the horizontal conveying motor is started; when the position sensor at the other end of the conveying platform senses, the lifting motor is started to drive the lifting plate to descend by the height of the thickness of the mattress, and when the lifting plate descends to the lower limit position, the horizontal conveying rollers on the lifting plate are driven by the horizontal driving motor to be conveyed to the stacking platform to complete stacking actions.
