The under-rail elastic cushion plate 11 and the under-plate elastic cushion plate 4 provide rigidity, and the vertical rigidity of the invention can be adjusted by changing the materials, the hardness or the molded surface structures of the under-rail elastic cushion plate 11 and the under-plate elastic cushion plate 4.

In order to realize the insulating effect of the track, the insulating gauge block 6, the under-track elastic base plate 11, the insulating sheath 2 and the under-plate elastic base plate 4 are all made of insulating polymer materials, and the good insulating effect can be realized among the steel rail, the spiral spike 14 and the sleeper 1. The structure can achieve good insulation effect without arranging the insulating base plate under the plate, thereby reducing the installation height of the vibration reduction fastener.

The insulating sheath 2 can be structured without a lower iron backing plate, so that the installation height of the vibration reduction fastener can be reduced.

The invention has simple structure and less parts, and improves the convenience of installation and maintenance; the structure of the invention has no lower insulating base plate and lower iron base plate, thus reducing the installation height of the vibration-damping fastener; the material, hardness and molded surface structure of the elastic backing plate under the rail and the elastic backing plate under the plate can be freely designed, so that the requirements of different rigidities of the rail are met; the insulating high polymer material is adopted between the steel rail and the spiral spike and between the steel rail and the sleeper, so that the insulating property of the rail can be improved; the invention can ensure the rigidity of the track, and the insulating sheath can well limit the displacement or deflection of the iron base plate and the elastic base plate under the plate; sufficient contact areas are reserved among the iron base plate, the elastic base plate under the plate and the insulating sheath, and abrasion of the insulating sheath is reduced. The insulating sheath can prevent grit, debris from getting into inside the damping fastener. The iron base plate and the elastic base plate under the plate can adopt a vulcanization integrated design; the under-rail elastic backing plate and the under-plate elastic backing plate can be made of rubber, CPU, TPEE, TPU or other soft insulating elastomers; the molded surface structures of the under-rail elastic backing plate and the under-plate elastic backing plate can be cylindrical, square and the like; the insulating sheath material can be HDPE, PA or other hard insulating materials; the insulating sheath structure can be annular, square, oval and the like.
