Background

As a municipal soldier, the wheel type hydraulic excavator has the characteristics of high road running speed, flexibility, convenience in transition and the like, and the market demand is continuously increased.

The excavator comprises an upper vehicle body and a lower vehicle body which are connected through a slewing bearing, and the upper vehicle body can drive the excavating mechanism to rotate to assist in excavating operation; the running mechanism can drive the lower vehicle body to run, and the whole vehicle is helped to move.

In order to prevent the upper vehicle body from rotating relative to the lower vehicle body when the wheel type hydraulic excavator runs at a high speed, which causes a safety accident, a rotation locking device needs to be designed between the upper vehicle body and the lower vehicle body to ensure that the upper vehicle body and the lower vehicle body do not rotate relative to each other.

At present, the traditional fixing method of the wheel type hydraulic excavator is realized by a lock pin assembly, but the lock pin assembly has the following problems: 1. an operator needs to go out of the cab to insert and pull out the locking bolt, so that the operation is inconvenient in actual work; 2. as most excavators do not have the functions of automatic alignment, deflection angle reading and the like, in order to ensure that the locking bolt can be inserted smoothly, a guide sleeve needs to be aligned with a pin hole by a manual operation machine, and the locking operation efficiency is low; 3. it is desirable to separately design the locking bolt for placement when not in use.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides a rotary locking device which is quick in locking, easy to operate and low in cost.

To explain the above technical problem, the present invention provides a rotation lock device for locking relative rotation between a rotating member and a fixed member, comprising:

bolt mechanism, stop gear and actuating mechanism, actuating mechanism sets up on the rotating member for the drive bolt mechanism, bolt mechanism with stop gear sets up respectively on rotating member and mounting, bolt mechanism with rotating member locking when stop gear locks, stop gear includes the limiting plate and sets up the spacing section of thick bamboo on the limiting plate.

Optionally, the bolt mechanism includes a sleeve and a bolt, and the bolt is disposed in the sleeve and can move relatively along the axial direction of the sleeve.
