Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the single-screw steel wire rope chuck which can be operated by a single person without using a spanner, is convenient and quick to install and is firm to clamp.

Preferably, the pressure seat groove 21 is formed in an arc shape, and the horizontal portion 31 is formed in a cylindrical shape, which facilitates processing of parts and facilitates mounting in use.
