背景技术

在机械生产和加工过程中，经常用到连接线比如钢丝绳与固定块之间的连接；

传统主要分为将连接线固定在固定块上，即通过连接线事先打结或者固定在小型固定块上，再通过定位销穿插固定，但实际中，定位销长时间使用很容易变形弯曲，拆卸及其困难，而且根据使用环境的不同，定位销在张紧力较小的情况下很容易脱离，固定性不稳定。

发明内容

本发明提供一种便于拆卸的连接装置，结构简单，实现连接线与固定装置的连接，便于固定，方便拆卸。

为实现上述目的，本便于拆卸的连接装置包括固定块、插装装置和连接装置；

所述固定块左端设有第一盲腔、前端设有第二盲腔、上端设有左端开口的条型槽，所述第一盲腔与第二盲腔连通，所述条型槽布置方向与第一盲腔轴线相同，并上下与第一盲腔连通；

所述连接装置包括连接块和连接线，所述连接线一端与连接块固定连接，所述连接块滑动设置在第一盲腔内，所述连接线滑动设置在条型槽内；所述条型槽的前后宽度小于定位孔的直径；

所述连接块前端设有定位孔；

所述插装装置包括套筒和调节杆；所述套筒固定设置在固定块的前端，所述调节杆左右滑动设置在套筒内、左部位于第二盲腔内、左端直径小于连接块的定位孔直径。

进一步的，所述插装装置还包括压缩弹簧，所述压缩弹簧套装在调节杆的右部、并位于套筒内，所述压缩弹簧一端与调节杆中部接触、另一端与套筒接触。

进一步的，所述定位孔为贯穿孔。

与现有技术相比，本便于拆卸的连接装置由于固定块上设有第一盲腔、第二盲腔和条型槽，使得连接块滑动设置在第一盲腔内，连接线滑动设置在条型槽内，并设置插装装置，

通过调节杆左端对连接块上的定位孔进行定位，防止连接块在第一盲腔内的滑动，通过第一盲腔对连接块的上下限位、插装装置对连接块的左右定位，因此实现对连接块的固定，并且当取出连接块时，移动调节杆，并滑动连接块实现对其取出，实现连接线与固定装置的连接；本便于拆卸的连接装置结构简单，实现连接线与固定装置的连接，便于固定，方便拆卸。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。

如图1、图2所示，本便于拆卸的连接装置包括固定块1、插装装置和连接装置2；

所述固定块1左端设有第一盲腔11、前端设有第二盲腔12、上端设置左端开口的条型槽13，所述第一盲腔11与第二盲腔12连通，所述条型槽13布置方向与第一盲腔11轴线相同，并上下与第一盲腔11连通；

所述连接装置2包括连接块21和连接线22，所述连接线22一端与连接块21固定连接，所述连接块21滑动设置在第一盲腔11内，所述连接线22滑动设置在条型槽13内；所述条型槽13的前后宽度小于定位孔23的直径；

所述连接块21前端设有定位孔23；

所述插装装置包括套筒31和调节杆33；所述套筒31固定设置在固定块1的前端，所述调节杆33左右滑动设置在套筒31内、左部位于第二盲腔12内、左端直径小于连接块21的定位孔23的直径。

进一步，所述插装装置还包括压缩弹簧32，所述压缩弹簧32套装在调节杆33的右部、并位于套筒31内，所述压缩弹簧32一端与调节杆33中部接触、另一端与套筒31接触；通过压缩弹簧32对调节杆33中部进行自动压缩，使得调节杆33右端位于定位孔23内，并通过人工进行插装拔出，不仅方便拆卸，而且实现对连接块21的自动定位。

进一步的，所述定位孔23为贯穿孔。

本一种便于拆卸的连接装置使用时，先将连接块21滑动设置在第一盲腔11内，在连接线22自然穿过条型槽13，由于第一盲腔11并不是贯穿型，即连接块21位于第一盲腔11的最右端，再通过插装装置中的调节杆33左端对连接块21上的定位孔23进行定位，防止连接块21在第一盲腔11内的滑动，通过第一盲腔11对连接块21的上下限位、插装装置对连接块21的左右定位，因此实现对连接块21的固定，并且当取出连接块21时，移动调节杆33，并滑动连接块实现对其取出。
