Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of design and manufacture of operation tools of large ship refueling station groups, and particularly relates to a fuel delivery hose supporting rail for a refueling station.

Background

A gasoline station is the only place where a ship is refueled, usually in an area above the building, typically an open deck, and near the side of the ship. When fuel is filled, the refueling ship firstly lifts the oil delivery hose on the refueling ship by using a crane on the mother ship close to the outer plate area of the gas station of the filled ship, namely the mother ship, and the oil delivery hose is transported to the gas station of the mother ship for butt joint. When refueling is performed, the oil hose needs to be supported by a proper frame, and the rail on the side of the mother ship is used as a support in the conventional design. The conventional oil hose bracket has the following problems: (1) the common railing is used as a support and has weaker strength. (2) The common rail is used as a support, and the contact part of the common rail and the oil delivery hose is a round pipe with the diameter of 42 mm, so that the oil delivery hose is abraded. (3) The common rail is used as a support, and the oil hose is in sliding friction when being dragged on the support, so that the hose is damaged to a certain extent.
