The color sensor 2 is arranged above a meat product grade detection part of the processing production line 1 of the black-bone mutton product and is used for detecting the color depth of the black-bone mutton product; the detection sensor 3 is arranged on one side of the meat product grade detection part of the black-bone mutton product processing line 1 and is used for detecting whether the meat product arrives.
