Background

Currently, a pneumatic vacuum pump is typically used to evacuate the meter analyzer. The pneumatic vacuum pump is driven by compressed air as power, the compressed air on the site of the device is used by a plurality of gas-using equipment in parallel, and mutual interference exists, so that the pressure of the compressed air is unstable, and the vacuum degree in the instrument analyzer can change along with the pressure fluctuation of the compressed air. In order to obtain a stable vacuum degree, a pressure stabilizing valve is usually adopted, the opening degree of an opening and closing piece in a valve body is controlled to regulate the flow rate of a medium, the pressure behind the valve is kept within a certain range, the outlet pressure is kept within a set range under the condition that the inlet pressure is continuously changed, and then the outlet pressure is input into a pneumatic vacuum pump to keep the vacuum degree in an instrument analyzer stable.

However, the prior art can only stabilize a small range of pressure fluctuation, and when the pressure fluctuation of the compressed air is large, the stability of the pressure fluctuation is reduced, so that the requirement of pressure stabilization vacuum in the instrument analyzer cannot be met.
