When the rotation angle of the seed shaft 12 is in the range of 0-45 degrees, the sliding plate 11 and the sliding rod 10 slide along the curved surface 81 and the curved slideway 82 below the seed lifting table 8, the seed lifting table 8 starts to move upwards, the seed separating plate 2 is gradually closed under the pushing of the seed separating device 4, the seeds on the upper side of the seed separating plate return to the seed box 1, meanwhile, when the seed slideway 41 and the buffer slideway 42 rotate to a seed falling gap, no baffle 82 is arranged at the moment, the seed separating plate 2 is closed, the seeds fall to the bottom along the buffer slideway 42, and the first seed filling is completed.

When the rotation range of the seed shaft 12 is in the range of 45 degrees to 90 degrees, the seed filling for the second time occurs, when the rotation range is in the 90 degrees position, the seed separating plate 2 falls down the seed box 1 to be opened, the seeds slide into the other two seed slide ways 41 which are not fallen before of the seed separating plate 4, and at the moment, the two seed slide ways 41 and the two buffer slide ways 42 are filled with the seeds.

When the rotation range of the seeding shaft 12 is in the range of 90 degrees to 135 degrees, the seeds falling for the second time continue to gradually rotate to the seed falling gap along with the seed slide rail 41, then slide into the buffer slide rail 42 at the lower side of the seed falling gap and gradually fall to the bottom, and at the moment, the four buffer slide rails 42 are filled with the seeds.

When the rotation range of the seeding shaft 12 is in the range of 135-180 degrees, the two buffering slideways 42 for the first seed filling rotate 180 degrees relatively, when the bottoms of the moving buffering slideways 42 are aligned with the positions of the seeding pipes 5, seeds on the moving buffering slideways fall into the seeding pipes 5 to finish the first seed filling of the seeding pipes 5 on two sides, because the seeding lifting platform 8 returns to the lowest point at the moment, the upper seed separating plate 2 is opened to perform the second seed filling, and the processes are repeated to perform the seed filling and seed filling work. Namely, in the process that the seeding shaft 12 rotates for a circle, namely, rotates from 0 degree to 360 degrees, each seeding pipe 5 can complete twice seed falling, and the seeding efficiency is high.
